My average in this stock is .00165, so I have a LONG ways to go before breaking even. I never expect the pps to ever get back to that level, but .0005 would be nice. Heck, I'd just like to see .0001 on the bid.
As far as I can tell from phone calls, ISYX is still in business. They still have employees that are still installing and servicing their systems. If they ever get a handle on their stock problems (shorting, authorized & O/S history, etc), we should see an increase in pps. At least that's what I'm hoping.
IMO, this is not dead...it'll come back. However, if you want to write it off for tax purposes, you probably have a good arguement if you ever got audited. You can claim that you tried to sell at the lowest point allowable (.0001) and there was no market for it. If it ever did come back, your basis would be zero. You better check with your tax advisor before writing it off.
Again, IMO, it'll come back...to where, I don't have a clue.
Hey, I'm just glad that the company is still around. IMO, this PR was not intended to pump the stock price, as some of the naysaysers would want you to beleive. Obviously, as there were no trades off this annoucement.
The company is still kicking and thus my investment still has a pulse. I'm still hopeful.
Old-n-Grey...you mean you didn't understand him? I thought he was perfectly clear.
Patiently waiting for this stock to move...even a little bit would be nice.

FWIW, I just talked to the Transfer Agent
He said that he is not gagged. He was being inundated with phone calls from shareholders (not just ISYX) and just decided not to give out that information anymore. He said that information on O/S and A/S can be obtained from the company. He said that the CEO did not gag him.
I talked to Wil a week or two ago and he said that he has no plans on any further reverse splits. I failed to ask him about the A/S.

Questions for Mariner and EdFrankie
1. I know you guys are the monitors for this ISYX board, but apart from that, what's your stake in the stock? Are you shareholders?
2. If so, why would you be warning us about the imminent RS before you guys can dump your own shares?
3. If you're not shareholders, why are you guys wasting your time on this? Good Samaritans?
4. Where are you hearing about this imminent RS? From the transfer agent? Gut feeling?
Thanks guys.

Where did you get this information? From the Transfer Agent?

momentumtrader...I agree with your comments on the ISYX boiard that there is a massive naked short position on that stock. My question is what can be done to make them cover. It seems like they can short, short, and short some more, w/o ever having to buy.
OT: momentumtrader
Did you ever visit the ISYX offices like you mentioned over on the ISYX message board? Sorry for comimg over this board to get your attention. You can reply over on the ISYX board.
TIA

Did you ever visit the company like you said you were going to do?
Regarding a serious run by "getting the word out". IMO, if you want a serious run, Wil needs to follow up on a statement he made to one of the posters on this board, when he said that there is going to be audited financials. I'd like to see what type of money ISYX is making on these resort areas, marinas, etc.
The difference between ISYX and 99% of all the other .0001-.0002 companies, is that ISYX has a real operating business. If audited financials show that this is a profitable business, or working towards being a profitable business in the near future, you'll get your rocket launch.

I'm sure it's on your list of questions to ask, but ask again about the buyback plans. Since he mentioned it a week or so ago, he increased the o/s, instead of decreasing it.
Thanks

The CEO, Wil Riner, has told several people on this board, that he will not RS this stock again. He RS it in the past, but will not do it again. However, there are some on this board that believe that Wil talks on both sides of his mouth and is not to be trusted.
There seems to be a good business plan in place and the company appears to be expanding in the USA and abroad.
Oh, besides no plan for anymore reverse splits, Wil has told some on this board that he plans a company buyback to reduce the o/s.
As long as Wil is true to his word, I see no reason why the pps can't go to .02 within time. Getting to that point may be a rocket ride or a roller coaster ride. However, if Wil keeps on printing shares, then I don't see this getting much past .001.
All IMO

YOu can find L2 here

Joker...30M shares traded at the end of the day is only a $3000 transaction. Not a very big deal, IMO. A bigger deal would be 30M shares traded at .01, which is hopefully in the not so distant future.
Rasica..thanks for your thoughts. I've been in this stock for over a year now and have averaged down to .0017. I'll be happy is we see anything near that price.
I don't believe that the short position is 3B, but the 13M seems pretty low too.
Thanks

Yea, I'm new to the board...couldn't respond yesterday because newbies are limited to three posts a day.
I've been an ISYX s/h for slightly over a year now...got WAY TOO MANY shares...been averaging down for the past year....
I call Wil about once a month to see what's up and how many more shares have been added. He's very hard to get ahold off...always seems to be in a meeting...but I keep trying and he eventually takes my call...even called me back a couple of times.
He never tells me much...I mainly call to see if someone still answers the phone..which is always a good sign.
I'm mostly invested in ANTS and am waiting for that stock to do what it's supposed to do. I invested in ISYX from someone who recommended it from a post on the Raging Bull ANTS board. Just discovered this board a few days ago.
I hope everyone is right when they say a squeeze is about to happen. Go ISYX.

You mentioned that you estimate between 2.5-3B naked short positions in ISYX, which is many times over the float.
First of all, this has to be illegal. Second, what can be done to force them to cover? What's to say that they just keep on shorting, with no intention of ever covering?
I've had an order for 15M at .0001 since early this morning and haven't been filled. This MAY be mm's selling back and forth as someone suggested.

Thanks for your posts. I'd love to see ISYX reach a nickle. That's far beyond what I'm hoping for. I started investing in ISYX a little over a year ago when the pps was much higher. May 17, 2006, to be exact, when the pps was .58 (taking into account the split and reverse split). I've been averaging down ever since, trying to keep up with the downward spiral caused by dilution, naked shorts, splits, reverse splits, etc. The only reason why I didn't jump ship and cut my losses is because this seems to be a real company, one that is gowing fast. If it wasn't I'd be long gone. My average is down to .0021, so I still have a long ways to go before I break even, but if what you say is true, we should be in for quite a show here pretty soon.
If any of you are interested in a very good audio on what is naked shorting, here's a link.
