Looks like all that excitement will be crammed into one week.
The volume is still pretty good, compared to our glory days where a 5000 day trade was welcome. LOL. Looking for more excitement though, like last week.
Bid just moved up to .175, which is good. The spead yesterday made it seem like the not to distant "old days."
That sounds ominous! LOL
You're just ahead of the game, Rena. It's next week that the ask will be up to .31. LOL Great week overall.
Volume not bad for a Friday (40,000)with bid/ask remaining at .19 x.21. All the necessary communication channels appear to be in place. Willy's working hard, we have new posters on RB, the company has been profiled on a couple of stock picking board, and we're in the process of getting a home base in the form of a website. If management gets it right this time, we could be in for a fun summer.
Yes. It looks like we've also been picked up by some of the penny stock publications. One named OTCEAGLE, which proclaims itself as the #1 Ranked Investor Site, lists CVIA as one of its "Hot Stocks."
If it's as good as this week John, let's breeze through the weekend. Excellent volume today and from the RB board, it looks like we even picked up a few new shareholders/posters.
Very good, Willy. Price to .22, bid/ask up, volume to 250,000. Smiles all around.
Jas, hard to tell but we have to like what has been going on this week. Today was particularly nice with good volume once again, a raised bid/ask, and the closing price at .20. Hopefully our teen years are over.
If the company gets it right this time, Willy, we can actually move. We have the pr/contact channels set up, now we need more substance to take us to another level. Interestingly, for the first time in a couple of years, I have actually received inquiries from friends/relatives regarding the purchase of CVIA. This is the "avegage man's" indicator that things may be looking up. LOL
We're shaping up but we still need more "meat on the bones" before there is a breakout.
Good "pr" overall, with an emphasis on the company finally finding its identity. The feel you get from new managment is that they have discarded the "puffery" that was the mainstay of the KAA administration and our focused on a real business model. For the first time in over a year, I may actually buy some additional shares. LOL.
Good effort, anyway. LOL
Tasty - in the November press release re B-Right Trucking, the deal was to be concluded sometime before January 20th. "Fact-wise" that is the only event that I am aware of - but who knows what else is going on.
We might have to give Willy some credit if we go that high in volume. LOL. Go Willy. I don't ever recall seeing it as high as it is today at the sub-$1.00 price level. Can't wait to see what the company has in store for 2002 and beyond.
I believe you may be right, Fitz!
Ask is up to .18 on volume of 327,000. I can't recall the last time I've seen that high a volume. This is actually starting to get fun again.

I hope we're all wrong and it's $1.00! After having lived through the POS Anderson era, at least we are a bit more realistic nowadays. No more $20 projections. At least not yet. LOL.
Looks good!
Bring us home, Willy. The market, in general, seems to be picking up. Good time for and anxiously awaiting CVIA's next move. Let's see if it will generate shareholder interest.
News would be good. Let's put our IR group and Willy to work in 2002.
Thanks John. Good to hear. Merry Christmas.
Rena -let's hope the constructive dialogue continues. LOL. There are a lot of "ifs" involved for CVIA to succeed but it can be done. If management can show us that they have a solid plan, a real product(s) and are a credible group, then the shareholders will fully support CVIA. If management, IR, and the shareholders are on the same page, and that page is readable, we'll be off to a good start in 2001. The CVIA leadership need to build a workable foundation and then get out from under their shell and make the shareholders aware of who they are.
That's a good start, John. Ideally, if there was some type of official company profile easily accessible to the investment community, that highlighted the background of the board members, included an interview or two that contrasted the past and the present and focused on the direction the company is heading, defined their business plan, and made reference to articles like those on Tuotro, this would go a long way in establishing a foundation for investor confidence. I'm not sure what the most affordable media would be to get this information out (website, press release, articles, etc.).
Thanks Robin - It would be great if we could get that type of information out there. Perhaps our IR group could arrange for somebody to "interview" our CEO, ask pertinent questions about the company and weave that into the profile.
If I were a potential investor, or a current investor interested in buying more shares, I would like to see a full-blown profile of CVIA management. This would include business involvments, prior positions, education, whether the past companies they were involved with were successful or not, etc. Knowing more about these individual who are running and guiding the company can do much to strengthen shareholder and potential shareholder confidence. Willy - in your experience, what is the best way to get that type of information out to the rest of the investment world? Thanks.
I remember Mottern from a past incident involving one of the frequent posters on Raging Bull. He seemed like a real "Ace," IMHO. LOL. Just out of curiosity, I know that he is a member of the Georgia Bar. However, I wonder if he is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar? Since CVIA will be paying him for his legal services in CVIA stock, I'm assuming that he is entitled to practice law regarding an Oklahoma company. I will check on Monday and see what's up.
Bring on 2002!
WHO let the dogs out! LOL. John - I have no problem with the company issuing shares to pay debts, make acquisitions, etc. Given the situation that POS Anderson left us in, what alternative do we have? The key is that the shares issued benefit the company and shareholders in the long run. If that happens, we will all be smiling.
Thank Willy - Check out Ex-10 on the S-8. The language speaks in terms of "the company," which is CVIA and "the participant." On the signature line, reference is to "Wastmasters" and "the participant. It seems as if they used an old Wastemasters form and forgot to replace Wastemasters with CVIA. Does Wastemasters even exist anymore? I thought there was a name change. Looking forward to 2002.
Willy - could our "crack" legal team have recycled an old Wastemasters form and possibly have forgotten to substitute CVIA in place of Wastemasters?
John - good repost of a Willy post.
Josie -don't waste your time with this guy. He's like one of those bobblehead dolls that you put on a car dash board. Entertaining at times but serves no real purpose. On the one hand he says he likes CVIA. Look at his past posts on RB to see how enthusiastic he was about CVIA. Apparently nothing has changed with respect to CVIA. The only thing that has changed is that the mysterious Russel Management has decided not to pay Willy to blow his little horn. It sounds like Willy was ready to "pump" until he got "dumped." Goodbye Willy.
Willy, it appears as if their business direction is starting to unfold. Now, if they can produce a solid core, with real revenues, then maybe we will have a chance. Like you said in one of your previous posts, it will ultimately be the product and the markets interest in the product that drives this company. Z
Let's hope the outcome is positive, the buying continues, the volume keeps going up and the price ascends to new high levels!
Matt - nice improvement with the board, particularly the ability to pull up 10 posts at once. Good job! Z
Way to go Eugene. No one can fault you for not putting your money where your mouth is. LOL.
