And that's most likely just the tip of the iceberg....,while Ehrlich and his stooge collected their annual salaries, investors were decimated.
Hey "genius." I can tell you are one of the smart investors. Look at the past press releases from Ehrlich, several which are directed at BeaMed. (In the event you don't know how to do simple research, go to the IPIX website. If you can't figure out what to do when you get there, let me know and I will walk you through it.) Look at his last press release in August 2023. You have earned the top clueless award.
If this notice had any major impact on the fate of IPIX, why didn't the hypemaster issue one of his famous "big on hype, little on delivery" press releases?
Seems like the approval was based on its substantial similarity to the Adler MicroMed Laser Surgery Fibers. Basically the same as an existing product so not sure why it would be a big money maker. And if something additional is added to make it unique, will they have to undergo further FDA approval? It certainly didn't bring Rip Van Ehrlich out of his deep sleep to hype the "news." That could be telling. (Perhaps the "Tachnoogies Ltd." designation threw Ehrlich off and he thinks its a different company.)
I don't believe Ehrlich was called as a witness at the trial. Smart move by the IPIX counsel if correct.
Yep. More wasted on attorney fees. Let's Spend 'Till the End Ehrlich delaying the inevitable. Wonder if Useless Jane is still on the payroll?
The "one good deal" would start with the departure of End of the Line Ehrlich...
Change - Ehrlich out - is necessary.
While Ehrlich's Mess has been involved with B since 2013, the drug has been around much longer, with involvement by the University of Pennsylvania (ownership interest) and Polymedix. And after all these years, longer than 14 years, nothing but failure and clearly no market success. And with the idiot CEO leading the one-man operation towards bankruptcy, this is no Regeneron. More like Regurgitate.
So where is Ehrlich the Invisible Idiot? Shouldn't he be as enthusiastic as you? Brilacidin has presented an incredible risk/reward benefit for almost 14 years. How is that working out? The other two pipeline "company saviors" have completely failed. As for BeaMed, since there is no transparency regarding the financial status of that company, we have no idea if they even have the funds to be successful or if the "amazing StingRay laser" will get Ehrlich back his $4 million. What there is at this point is a missing CEO, a ghost website filled with misleading and stale information, a company that is shifting to lasers now that its once-hyped pipeline has been decimated by failure, a company in financial shambles after the Beverly Blunder's negative court decision, a company without a legitimate board, a complete lack of transparency now that Ehrlich has decided that timely filings -are any filings for that matter - are unnecessary, a 14 year history of hope that has been nothing more than hopeless, and a mess that trades in the. .01 to sub penny range. You may be on the wrong bus.
If your big conspiracy theory is real, then the deck is stacked against IPIX and the investment is a waste of money. So get out while you can.
Shocked she didn't get a big raise after her involvement in the Beverly Blunder. The fact that she got paid at all over these past several months is another reason why this horribly managed company is in the gutter. Wonder what will happen to her now that there is no money? Will she move back to France?
So. If he buys some shares and turns positive (i.e. goes insane), will that make things better for this mess? Of course not. Your focus should be on Ehrlich and the fiasco he has created. Not all drugs are guaranteed. That is understandable. But failure after failure on so many levels is unacceptable. His exaggerated hype on all his failed drugs (check the extreme hype on Kevetrin (which would be easier to find if Ehrlich had not erased all the press releases from his cobwebbedsite), the misleading state of his website (which at this point should be shut down), his descent into the pink sheets, his failure to make timely filings, his Beverly Blunder that basically bankrupted this disaster, his questionable $4 million investment in a company where there is no transparency as to their financial state, abandon ship board members, his hiding of the prurisol failure for weeks, etc....Look to Leo not LR.
Prepare to be deathly shocked if they show you their shares in IPIX and how much they have lost on paper. Truly disheartening. These "investors" are hoping the IPIX toad will be kissed by BeaMed and turn into the handsome prince. Instead, it will be turned into a blobfish.
Does it really make a difference? If he had never posted, do you think this pile of junk company would be better off and the stock price would be significantly higher? Look to the CEO and his failed management style and failed pipeline and that is the sole reason why this junk trades under a penny.
LOL. So LR was responsible for the failure of Prurisol? Kevitrin? B for Covid? Alfasigma dropping B? What power. Useless drugs that never measured up to Ehrlich's hype and the actions of the idiot CEO are what has doomed this company.
Failed pipeline, million dollar lease blunder, idiot CEO, share price on life support, 2 board members abandon ship, one-man operation has zero cash and is in debt, one-man operation no longer files timely reports, misleading website posting stale and inaccurate information....and the only thread of hope is a laser company that Ehrlich deposited $4 million into and if that company ever turns a profit, IPIX will most likely be RIPIX.
If LR holds no shares of Empty Pockets Ehrlich's fiasco company and you do, then the question of who is the fool should be pretty clear, no?
This mess has taken too many punches to ever get up. Prurisol was a complete failure and Ehrlich's antics in keeping it quiet for a period of time showed his true colors. Kevetrin was shut down. And B for Covid was hyped but failed....which is why this junk is at .007. How is Empty Pockets Ehrlich going to pay his debt for the Beverly Blunder?
"...another application for Brilacidin." Speculation that will go nowhere. Desperate hope does not equal reality.
Why? It is not true. Better to rely on the actual filing by this morgue company:
"Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
"On December 1, 2023, Alfasigma S.p.A. (“Alfasigma”) notified Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) of its termination without cause of the Exclusive License Agreement between the parties dated July 18, 2019 (the “License Agreement”), which granted Alfasigma the worldwide right to develop, manufacture and commercialize locally-administered Brilacidin for the treatment of ulcerative proctitis/ulcerative proctosigmoiditis (UP/UPS). A description of the License Agreement is set forth in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company on July 22, 2019 and is incorporated herein by reference. Alfasigma terminated the License Agreement following its decision to discontinue further work under the License Agreement. On December 4, 2023, the parties entered into a mutual release relating to the License Agreement and the Company waived the 60-day notice period for terminations without cause by Alfasigma."
LOL. Alfasigma did drop B. Read the December 5th, 2023 8-k, the last financial filing by Out-to-Lunch Ehrlich before he ceased filings. Unless you think Pinocchleo is a liar.

The only thing Brilacidin has shown it's capable of killing is the stock price.
From the June 2022 8-K-
On June 9, 2022, Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Squalus Med Ltd., a company established under the laws of the State of Israel (“SML”), pursuant to which the Company purchased 55,556 shares of SML’s Series A Redeemable Preferred Shares (the “Series A Shares”) and a warrant (the “Warrant”) to purchase 27,778 Series A Shares for aggregate consideration of $4,000,000, or approximately $72.00 per Series A Share. Following the closing under the Purchase Agreement, the Company owns approximately 35.7% of SML’s issued and outstanding equity securities and approximately 41.6% of SML’s equity securities on a fully diluted basis. The Company also entered into customary investor rights and indemnification agreements with SML.
Wonder why these collaborators didn't take a stake-or a larger stake in BeaMed and the Laser Boys had to go to the genius, Lollipop Leo - who can't even handle a simple lease agreement - for $4 million dollars?
At least you are willing to admit that Ehrlich has burned the house down and all that remains are its ashes. And you are also on point with the Phoenix reference as it is a myth, just like IPIX being successful is a myth. Good work.
Ask youself this question - if this product has the potential to be so lucrative, why would the Laser Boys cut idiot Ehrlich in for a high percentage of a company that some here think will greatly enhance the fortunes of IPIX? Why not just use funds from their other supposedly/presumed successful business to fund the project? Unless their other business may not be so lucrative and the stingray, even if eventually marketed, may not bring in the big bucks many are anticipating.
You had me at "Tachnoogies."
{BT BeaMedical Tachnoogies Ltd. (BeaMed)
Gil Shapira
CEO)
Shapiro, Eshkol and Ehrlich. Noogies. The Three Stooges. I get it. Good find.
Check with Leo. Before the crash, he used to be a Spindoctor.
The IPIX shell is virtually destroyed and all inside most likely departed. Lost It All Leo may be the only one around and he is on his last leg. The website is a cobwebbed, misleading mess. A fitting end to this horrible company run into the ground by its swarmy, idiotic CEO.
"Investors" left are holding the empty bag. The shell has collapsed; not many, if any, are standing. Quiet would be good for you, especially after your 3 press release fiasco and the Beverly Blunder. Hard to pump when the pump is a dump.
You look to be one of the last few standing of the once "popular" Ehrlich backers. Who Who would have thought it would have come down to this....
The Shell Keeper still has not changed his website to reflect the change for the departed directors. Not that he cares but he should also change the Collaboration section of his site.
"Take it to the bank(ruptcy)"
LOL. The "company" (Ehrlich) has hyped all these amazing drugs as potential big money makers. How has that worked out? If B is so profitable, where is the funding? Why hasn't there been a successful partnership or licensing agreement? Why hasn't big pharma swooped in and devoured IPIX? Why is this junk trading in the .005 range if it has such a gem on its hands? At this point, IPIX is nothing more than a laser holding company, for better or worse.
.0056, no money, no faithful, no board, no bueno. Will the next press release be about Ehrlich's ultimate failure - bankruptcy?
Definitely to the dump, never to be recycled.
Not sure Ehrlich would know what side of the stamp to lick.
This garbage needs to be hauled off to the dump.
Wonder if they even knew they were directors until Ehrlich had to let them know about the mess he created. Ehrlich is so shady, who knows how he operates.
