The only thing Brilacidin has shown it's capable of killing is the stock price.
From the June 2022 8-K-
On June 9, 2022, Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Squalus Med Ltd., a company established under the laws of the State of Israel (“SML”), pursuant to which the Company purchased 55,556 shares of SML’s Series A Redeemable Preferred Shares (the “Series A Shares”) and a warrant (the “Warrant”) to purchase 27,778 Series A Shares for aggregate consideration of $4,000,000, or approximately $72.00 per Series A Share. Following the closing under the Purchase Agreement, the Company owns approximately 35.7% of SML’s issued and outstanding equity securities and approximately 41.6% of SML’s equity securities on a fully diluted basis. The Company also entered into customary investor rights and indemnification agreements with SML.
Wonder why these collaborators didn't take a stake-or a larger stake in BeaMed and the Laser Boys had to go to the genius, Lollipop Leo - who can't even handle a simple lease agreement - for $4 million dollars?
At least you are willing to admit that Ehrlich has burned the house down and all that remains are its ashes. And you are also on point with the Phoenix reference as it is a myth, just like IPIX being successful is a myth. Good work.
Ask youself this question - if this product has the potential to be so lucrative, why would the Laser Boys cut idiot Ehrlich in for a high percentage of a company that some here think will greatly enhance the fortunes of IPIX? Why not just use funds from their other supposedly/presumed successful business to fund the project? Unless their other business may not be so lucrative and the stingray, even if eventually marketed, may not bring in the big bucks many are anticipating.
You had me at "Tachnoogies."
{BT BeaMedical Tachnoogies Ltd. (BeaMed)
Gil Shapira
CEO)
Shapiro, Eshkol and Ehrlich. Noogies. The Three Stooges. I get it. Good find.
Check with Leo. Before the crash, he used to be a Spindoctor.
The IPIX shell is virtually destroyed and all inside most likely departed. Lost It All Leo may be the only one around and he is on his last leg. The website is a cobwebbed, misleading mess. A fitting end to this horrible company run into the ground by its swarmy, idiotic CEO.
"Investors" left are holding the empty bag. The shell has collapsed; not many, if any, are standing. Quiet would be good for you, especially after your 3 press release fiasco and the Beverly Blunder. Hard to pump when the pump is a dump.
You look to be one of the last few standing of the once "popular" Ehrlich backers. Who Who would have thought it would have come down to this....
The Shell Keeper still has not changed his website to reflect the change for the departed directors. Not that he cares but he should also change the Collaboration section of his site.
"Take it to the bank(ruptcy)"
LOL. The "company" (Ehrlich) has hyped all these amazing drugs as potential big money makers. How has that worked out? If B is so profitable, where is the funding? Why hasn't there been a successful partnership or licensing agreement? Why hasn't big pharma swooped in and devoured IPIX? Why is this junk trading in the .005 range if it has such a gem on its hands? At this point, IPIX is nothing more than a laser holding company, for better or worse.
.0056, no money, no faithful, no board, no bueno. Will the next press release be about Ehrlich's ultimate failure - bankruptcy?
Definitely to the dump, never to be recycled.
Not sure Ehrlich would know what side of the stamp to lick.
This garbage needs to be hauled off to the dump.
Wonder if they even knew they were directors until Ehrlich had to let them know about the mess he created. Ehrlich is so shady, who knows how he operates.
Wonder if Useless Jane's departure is on the horizon...
The shell is basically empty so the only hope now is for your merger of some sorts. As for an appeal, I bet those attorneys are not working for free. He probably owes them money for the trial and would owe even more for the appeal.
Thanks for the update. Looks like the shell has gotten even thinner now that the "independent" Board has resigned.
Ehrlich is clearly incompetent, an idiot, a fool, etc. who should have been terminated from the company years ago. But proving embezzlement may be difficult since it would have to be shown that he appropriated the funds for his own use or that he fraudulently converted the funds (used the money or property that was not his own for illegal or dishonest purposes). Breach of the fiduciary obligation is possible but again, it would take time to delve into all the facts and make a case.
I think you forgot the "C." IPIX/Ehrlich equals Crock.
Even though the Asleep-at-the-Wheel lawsuit was a disaster for Ehrlich, I can see why the IPIX attorney did not want him to appear at the trial.
The shell is definitely empty after the Beverly Blunder.
The turtle hasn't come out of his shell since August. Horrible management, horrible results.
Maybe a few day traders may jump in but this is clearly not investment material - virtually little cash to begin with that would have been wiped out by the salaries of Ehrlich, Useless Jane and the other two employees, a huge debt now incurred due to the incompetence of the management idiots, a history of drug failure leaving one drug left that nobody seems to want, and some laser technology that the genius CEO paid $72 a share for and it is doubtful if he will ever recover that amount....or that the company will even be around if any profits are ever disbursed. So at this point, I would expect the price per share to travel downwards. Horrible management equals horrible results.
Ehrlich is just a horrible CEO who should have been terminated years ago. Sounds like he relied on Useless Jane who despite earning big bucks was completely negligent and needs to be fired. But who knows what she discussed with Ehrlich. To make matters worse, and to underscore what a slime monger Ehrlich is, he apparently continues under the lease extension for 15 months and then decides that the extension is invalid. Excellent and just decision by the court. Will be interesting to see how End of the Trail/Trial Ehrlich addresses his dire situation.
Crazy indeed,
LOL. Do you really think that idiot CEO and his equally out-to-lunch sidekick stooge - who can't even keep track of a simple lease extension that cost the company big dollars - can negotiate any solid deal? And that is assuming there is even anything worth dealing.
The shell became more expensive today...and if the Laser Boys were to go that route, they most likely would want to cut all ties with the two management idiots.
The shock of today's disastrous ruling may have deflated the hot air balloon.
Now that would be both frightening and sad, underscoring the dismal status of IPIX.
LOL. The fact remains that this was a massive and costly blunder by the IPIX idiots. At this point, if this were a legitimate company, the "independent" board would fire both Ehrlich and Useless Jane.
Not sure the recent volume would be enough to pay for the idiot Ehrlich's expenses. Sad times for the poor fools who bought into this mess in the past few days. Hopefully those who bought in at the sub-penny level got out with a few hundred bucks.
You may want to add the Essex County Superior Court lawsuit to your overview of this mess.
Maybe you will hear from him if he starts a Go Fund Me campaign to pay for his expensive - and possibly company ending - lease blunder.
Wow. Also wonder what Ehrlich had to pay his attorneys to take on this doomed case. Ehrlich may try to drag this mess out with appeals but he will lose. That should be the end of this pile of junk. That lawsuit displayed the scumbag nature of Ehrlich. Reading the alleged facts showed just how despicable Ehrlich and his stooges had become. The only chance IPIX had was not calling Ehrlich as a witness. If they had, the case would have been over in a day.
Can you imagine how your poet's publisher would have felt if there had been a fourteen plus year wait for a successful piece of work and the piece turned out to be garbage?
Let's see how much time is left before the share price drops back to the sub-penny range.
