Just like Kevetrin, Prurisol and B for Covid were good for the one-man operation? On the other hand, it could be a big flop, just like everything else Ehrlich touches. So you really think the Laser Boys laser beam will bring in $100 million a year??? Sounds ridiculous. If it had that much potential, why sell almost 40% of the company to the Flying Dutchman for $4 million? And of all the potential investors in this “gem,” Ehrlich was the major mark? That in itself should tell you something is not right.
Try worthless.
The sad reality of IPIX. But even if the pipeline held a few gems, in Ehrlich’s hands, the gems would turn to dust.
Not sure it is possible to raise the dead, especially in such a decomposed state.
And of course, BP can certainly move in an buy a smaller company if it really sees that its drug/pipeline has the potential to be lucrative...which has not happened here.
Ehrlich was at best negligent with the Nevada registration, Beverly lease agreement, had no company phone communication for several days, and permitted the company to drop onto the Pink Sheets. How would you expect him to know about that FDA program assuming it’s relevant to B the Wonder Drug.
Hide-the-Ball Ehrlich is either completely out-to-lunch, which is believable, or he is a liar, also believable. As CEO, perhaps he should self-consult with his CFO, Board President, and Secretary to see if they know what is going on as descending to the lowly depths of the Pink Sheets seems significant.
"Leo Ehrlich
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, and Secretary"
Wonder if Leo Pink Sheets has separate personalities for each role he plays...
No mention of ringworm but the report does look like ring around the collar.
From the 10Q - "In April 2023, Alfasigma did confirm some delay in the progress of the UP/UPS clinical program, which could move out the trial start beyond end of 2023."
One would want to lose money if investing in this garbage dump.
Reads like a coroner's report.
Wow. 8 years ago!!!
The Company held a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) on September 19, 2019. The number of votes cast for or against, as well as abstentions and broker non-votes, as applicable, with respect to each matter is set out below.
Proposal 1. Increase in Authorized Shares of Class A Common Stock
By the vote reflected below, the stockholders approved an amendment to Article III of the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of the Company’s Class A common stock from 300,000,000 shares to 600,000,000 shares:
The last meeting I recall - though not technically a full shareholders meeting - was the one where Ehrlich the Awful wanted to increase the number of shares by 300 million to 600 million.
Down memory lane...Looks like Bertolino found a new home...

And the corpse is rotting....
Wonder how old that description is. Here is another inaccuracy from the IPIX website:
"ON WHICH EXCHANGE IS INNOVATION LISTED?
Innovation is currently listed on the OTCQB exchange. Innovation went public in 2007."
Leo Pink Sheets has to do something to earn that big salary. The least he an do is make sure the information about his "company" is accurate. But then again, why would he even bother...
A horrible CEO who has fallen into the gutter. First Ehrlich did away with the annual board meetings, then the update letters to shareholders vanished, then the Update section on the Website went stale, then the office phone was shut off, presumably either intentionally or through neglect, and finally he used to communicate with a select few - which was bad in and of itself - but now nobody. He might as well get rid of the “contact” section on the ghost town website.
Excellent post.
The crazy Merck scenario would have to include Merck telling Loopy Leo to cut off his virtual office phone and hide out on the Pink Sheets to minimize his spilling the “news” to anyone.
You might want to alert Leo Pink Sheets - who has a history of being asleep at the wheel - and let him know that his drug is in Phase 3 because there is no indication on the company website that B is in phase 3 for skin infections. (http://www.ipharminc.com/stages-of-development). To the contrary, the company website only references the completion of Phase 2 but nothing about Phase 3 (http://www.ipharminc.com/brilacidin-1).
Who are those "numerous entities (aside from Alfasigma)? One would think Leo Pink Sheets would be all over those numerous entities willing to pay for B and hype it to the hilt.
As we already know, B the Wonder Drug has consistently proven successful in humans in one category- killing any investment in IPIX. Any thoughts on why Leo Pink Sheets is not hyping these pieces? Perhaps the Laser Boys can tweak their magic box so that their laser beam can track down a missing CEO.
If only mice could invest in IPIX, even the three blind ones, there might be some decent volume.
Zzzzzzz. No effect whatsoever on the dismal share price. With Leo Pink Sheets at the helm, any speculative value is disappearing as fast as Ehrlich. .
Waldo Ehrlich and his Shanty Town Shell now hiding somewhere in the Pink Sheet vortex. He may never be found.
Yes. That was a red flag right there.
Your inquiry should be what is Ehrlich’s interest in the company at this point and why won’t he communicate with anyone. Delete the “contact” section on the website as it is nothing more than a farce.
I want to pick the mind of an incompetent (being limited in my negative description here) CEO - why did you allow the Beverly Blunder to happen, why did you state the company was registered in Nevada when it wasn’t, why did you bury the results of the Prurisol failure for weeks, why did you allow the company to fall into the Pink Sheets, why is there no company phone connection despite the representation on the website that there is an active phone, given the company’s limited funds and atrocious share price, will you and your other management employee reduce your salaries?
Nothing more than a diversion from the reality of the IPIX mess.
LOL. Good cover for the incompetent CEO. Maybe that is also why he dropped into the pinks so nobody could find him. All part of the Incompetent Vanishing CEO Protection Program.
Loathsome Leo has been difficult to contact and communicate with for years, especially after his company turned into a run-down shell of its former self. His latest antics - allowing the company to flow into the Pink Sheet gutter without a word to shareholders or an explanation and his making the designated company phone as useless as its shares - underscore the pathetic status of this mess and its horrible management.
That works…
Under Ehrlich’s pathetic leadership, his run-down shell is producing no to limited volume. Having him as a CEO is like hiring a blind, drunk chauffeur.
Finally, after almost 5 hours. $145 dollars. Sad.
This bad joke of a company has been told for years but only a few got it. Looks like that is changing. Zero trades in over four hours, a CEO who has overseen the demise of this company as it has dropped to under .02 a share, has few resources left, virtually no employees, has cut off another means of communication with the company and has dropped this mess onto the Pink Sheets. Horrible company, terrible CEO.
That’s “quiet” an optimistic statement given the circumstances.
Yep. The Hermit in the Shell is running out of Shell games..
Wonder if Pink Sheet Leo still has the virtual office in Wakefield...
Ehrlich has been an atrocious CEO, etc. for years. Reality is a gut punch to some.
$600,000 is a big blunder, particularly for this cash strapped mess. And it is still going through the court system so who knows how much Lost It All Leo is spending on legal fees. Now you have a shell with virtually no money, a CEO and his sidekick who will drain whatever funds that are left, a fall into the pink sheets, and the list phone connection. Add to that his Nevada registration blunder/lie and you can see why this junk trades for under .02. As for B the Wonder Drug, all that press has done absolutely zero for the share price. Wonder why…
