Does any of this news make a ding's worth of difference to anybody? Ol' Lev, he sure can spin a yarn!
So what?
You see that kind of volume for one day and you think either something bad is going on and people are dumping shares, or something good is happening because there are buyers for these shares now. You tend to think the latter, since the stock did have a 1 cent gain on the day. For the life of me I cannot figure out what is going on. Why so many selling off in one day. Why a penny jump in the stock, which in actual dollar value isn't really significant. Why are people still buying. What is driving this kind of activity. Usually, when the volume and price both are up, there is some good news driving it. I haven't seen any. Any ideas?
Up one cent on volume of 348,000. Amazing.
Everyone who owns a part of this pig hopes for a resurrection of the dead, but that's unrealistic. Lev and his B.S. about "vertical markets", and his close business associations with the Russians and others is just that, B.S. He's been making suckers of the investors, the banks and the celebrities who agree to brand the product. He has lived off these lies for at least three years. This guy should milk cows for a living. Vertical Markets my A*s.
Posted news 7/16/08,from EdgeTech: More Jibberish from Lev.
Edgetech International, Inc. (together with its wholly-owned subsidiary, "Edgetech" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: EGIL) is pleased to announce that the Company has expanded its revenue generating capabilities through enhancements in the server platform. Edgetech International will now be enabled to add paying content to the home page on the device. Front page content will not only drive additional revenues but also enhance the user experience. The Company is currently looking for content partners.
In addition to front page content, Edgetech International has completed the process of producing custom branded units. These custom branded units will allow the Company to partner with web based solution providers to offer solutions in the mobile environment. Combining these solutions with the GPS system offers a very unique value proposition unseen in the handheld device marketplace previously. These devices will be sold through specific vertical market channels. The Company is currently looking for solutions partners. Finally, Edgetech International will continue the process of selling generic units through traditional Retail and Internet Sales Channels with a focus on preparation for the holiday season.
Edgetech CEO Lev Parnas stated, "These enhancements position the company to produce new revenue streams, enable new partnerships and capabilities as well as enhance our user's experience. This is a total win/win situation."
God knows EGIL needs some kind of help, game or not. Although, I think it's clinically dead.
We may be seeing the death throws of EGIL.
Good sector to invest in. Tech is too shakey, to many players. Also, look into the new "Green" startup companies. Recyclers, new domestic oil and natural gas drilling are interesting now.
Evidently they have learned to live with their conscience, assuming they even have one.
Three cents at closing. I think Lev and Keith are backed in a corner as far as they can be.
Where's any news from Keith and Lev in response to the new iPhone. What is EGIL doing these days?
Why are you posting this old news. There is no "truth" when it comes to EGIL, Lev and Keith. This PC EDGE is like a rotary dial telephone now. Who's going to buy one?
Check out CNNnews.com. The second generation IPhone is now full screen and loads six times faster than the PC EDGE. It also has GPS built in. I watched a video on CNN News yesterday and saw how this new IPhone was being compared with the PC EDGE as a presentation. I saw how laboriously slow the edge loaded compared to the IPhone. It's the first time I've seen the EDGE being used. Too bad it was made to look so obsolete on national TV. Watch the stock price. What else does EGIL have to offer?
None of this adds up. There are 52,000,000 shares outstanding as of June - 2007.

At fifty cents per share it would be $26,000,000. Don't know the legitimacy of the site, so this might be somebody's idea of a joke.
Where did this crap story come from? Over a month old. I can't find it except in this posting. There are more than 41,000 outstanding shares in this crap company. I have nearly that many myself. Where does this stuff come from?
This dog is really sick. Not a word on how sales are doing.
LOL
How can anyone get lost looking for EGI? If you know it's EGI, then go to the EGI board. And EGIL is not having a good day.
A real run isn't going to come until, and if, there is some extremely good news, of some sort. But you can still play the penny up and downs day to day and may make some money.
Closes Wednesday @.07, opens yesterday @ .10 with a 200 share volume for the day ($20), with what looks like one buy. No one would offer a dime for a .07 stock unless they are trying to push the price up. What can $20 hurt, right? Like seeding a cloud to get rain. No suckers taking this bait. I wonder who might have made that buy??
There is no way you could have got on this board, read any of the recent postings, and believe for a second that EGIL looks good. However, if that's what you think, and you are interested, I have some EGIL stock available for about the price range you quoted EGI having.
I hope you are not looking for anyone on this board who already has money on this pig to jump in at .12. You might try your friends and relatives (if you don't like them).
EGIL not trading today? Why?
Don't count on EGIL's accountant or attorney giving anyone any information. They are there to protect the corporate officers, not the stockholders. The stockholders should be dealing with the SEC and Florida Attorney General.
Whose accountant and whose attorney are these?
EGIL: Total shares traded 4-07-08 - 400. Total value of share trade activity - $36.00.
Don't know what good it would do. Even if you win, you still have to collect, and there has to be cash or assets to collect from. This company runs on loans and B.S.. It has no revenue, no sales, no income.
1:30 p.m. CDT - EGIL volume - 225 shares @ .09 per share. Total trading value - $20.25
Thanks for a very good explanation.
159.99 British pounds = about $320. So what is this $159.00 consumer spending equivalent?
Welcome back Matty!
EGIL tanking again? When will the bleeding ever stop?
Mattie, come back. We need your sunshine on this board. We can only take so much of BPK's black humor and the general pessimism we all share.
So naive! You haven't been on this board long enough to recognize the unique and dark humor of BPK.
Play the cycles and hope for the best.
As long as we keep pumping the stock and don't criticize the I.R. people on the site we shouldn't have to worry about being deleted by the Admin. Hope this message makes it to the board.
