It was very short lived...

OT: "I assume you missed that"
See post # 27213
OT Actually, the pen ran out of ink. So they did not sign. That was the delay.
About "2 weeks"
Sorry, could not resist.
I don't know why you posted that PR. I assumed you missed that. I am not sure what you know or don't know.
Anyhow, that was during the Genseng, etc. days. Today we have a larger product line which is exciting to say the least.
Keyword: Mid-Atlantic Division of Whole Foods Market.
Domino effect.... It just takes one to start it...
"The Garden deal is supposedly backed up by 500 MM shs in escrow. Wouldn't RSHN have every incentive to keep stock price up? That's another reason RSHN would release news of Garden deal if deal were done."
My though would be that what your saying is true, BUT the stock price would be up BEFORE closing the Garden deal for maximum value of 500 MM shares (in favor of RSHN) to be transfered to Garden's shareholders/owners.
Therefore, if Robbie English is correct, we should expect the PPS to rise strategically before Garden is closed/inked.
Corr may have something in mind or up his sleeve this time around. He may have learned from last year at the run up. I am sure this time around, Corr will sell some of his shares at the "run up" to ( yet to be known) xx???
I feel Corr it will be a major pay day for him this year 2007 as well as all of us, wheather you are a day trader or long.
Note: This is my opinion.
" . . . Bob IS holding back information . . ."
Praise the lord!
I look at it this way. "If" there is litigation, there would definitely be publicity. Not only that, but the kind publicity may bring larger fish, say like Coca Cola, Pepsi, and the likes, whom NEVER heard of Rush, Apple Rush, etc. and may send out a "scout" (for lack of a better term) to sample their product.
Coca Cola's revenues (?) dropped 22% (Can't remember exact number). May be it is acquisition time to bring up revenues.
Only thing is, Rush needs to get distribution out for Apple Rush first before I thing any acquisition can happen OR if the Apple Rush line is so GREAT, someone may want to take over in the early stages.
BTW: This strictly my opinion only.
Agreed. This may truly be a turn around. As I have said before, 2007 may be the year for RSHN!
I feel former RSHN holder may slowly re-enter RSHN after this Press Release.
Once they are back and volume starts to pick up, I am sure we will all see a much better PPS.
GLTA
Could be where the Corr may have consumated a relationship with a Japanese distributor to represent E-water (only). May be Tom Sawn(?) is going out there first after the US show since he is heading the E-water or the other guy, Stewart who I guess put the deal together (?) and Corr to follow after the US trade show is done.
Too many ifs, BUT close one good deal, and the rest will follow. May be after these two (2) trade shows, no more baby steps. It is always that first deal the HARDEST to close, but once it does close, things will be a lot easier.
Time will tell. 2007 may be the year for RSHN.
Glad to hear you will not divulge to the general public. When and if RSHN ever does PR something with substance, it will have a better effect on the PPS rather than just being "factored in to the market". Do not get me wrong, I would like to know everything, but there are some things that need to be kept away from the public until it is consummated. By doing this, you are actually doing RSHN and its shareholders a favor by not letting the cat out of the bag. Some people do not know what they are doing when they spew to the public.
BTW: Tell us what you know…. (Just Kidding)
Agreed... He gets sore in the butt when someone says something negative about NWOG and starts to attack you for saying such, BUT when he starts to be negative about NWOG, it is ok because he is Leebert and no one else can state their opinions. How professional of him.
Thanks for painting the tape my good man.
One good thing is that it appears, based on Ninja's (Thanks Ninja) links re: Organic Apple juice, that we are the only ones with a small package, ie 12 oz, as compared to the links, it shows that they are at least 25 plus ounces minimum.
I am sure there were others at the trade show in various sizes, but we do not know what the sizes were. It would be great that we were the only ones in the smaller packages category, but what are the chances (Have we cornered the market in that aspect?). If we do have that market, we need to capitalize on this soon before competition realizes or decides to enter with their own. Better to be there first before fight for shelf space with others. Maybe someone can ask Bob or someone who went to the show went out to check out our competition inform us.
Bob needs to hire a salesman to who can "walk the walk" and Bob & Co. can keep their jobs as the "talk the talk." LOL
At least, based on that paragraph, we know that RushNet and E-water had a little exposure in the area and that our (RushNet's liability, assuming we were not insured/bonded) if some actually made the basket was someone random who had to purchase a ticket to enter for the shot at 10k or the Fireman for $500.
Some good exposed and it was, I assume, almost free advertisement.
Just looking for the silver lining in everthing that is all... but agree, "Who writes this ...?"
I see a few good lines in there:
A number of chains indicated they would be authorizing the whole line . . .
Organic Apple Rush 100% Juice line which has grown to six flavors, all in 4-Pa[c]ks; Apple, Raspberry Apple, Pomegranate Apple, Black Cherry Apple, Cranberry Apple and Strawberry Apple . . .
The company plans its first full production of all these items at the end of February . . .
. . . no one else has Sparkling Organic 100% Juice . . .
shipment of its first container of products to the Caribbean has arrived in Puerto Rico and is making its way into retail stores now . . .
--------------------------------------------------------------
Wish Garden comes soon.
Maybe the the market finally digested (figured out) what the CEO said in the interview and as a result, the PPS.
"Order number is 2B" as in " . . . to be announced . . . "
Do not forget to factor in the pallets.
Wow, CLYP on Bid...
Do not forget, other variables are the profit margins on Organics are higher and the bottle count per "run" also effects the margins.
The more through the "run", the larger the margin per bottle. Other factors are the freight forwarder used, custom fees, etc.
All varies for eWater, Organics and the Ginseng drinks, etc.
OT: Correction... See post 22234. "Japan is roughly the size of California YET has HALF (150 million) the population of the ENTIRE UNITED STATES which has about 300 million."
OT: Japan has the same (approx) population as the entire United States combined. Hence they have more of everything and not spread out like the US.
You will notice that the PPS was at .0010 pretty much all day. Then take into account 21.xx million spread over three(3) trades at .0010. Look at the chart of today only, you will notice that the PPS dipped to .0009 THREE times today.
http://www.hotstockmarket.com/index.php?page=Research
Coincidence...???
Some evidence that putting the bid at .0010 or lower does bring down the PPS and giving the MMs incentive to go lower.
I just hope that people will one day understand that under bidding the PPS is not doing yourself a favor nor any other investors except helping the PPS slide further.
Remember, the PPS is only worth what the market will buy the PPS at, hence, underbidding the PPS. Every time someone wants it at .0010, and as the PPS walks lower, someone else will come in and want to under bid at an even lower price at say, .0008, and the cycle continues.
If you guys are gonna buy, please do so at the ask. You would yourself as well as everyone else a favor.
This is my opinion of course.
My theory is with all the drinks, soda, energy drinks, etc.... Organics is the foot in the door to many, many, retailers ESPECIALLY the bigger chains.
Like another poster has said, Apple Rush Organics is a TRUE gold mine.
This (and the teas and eWater) is where the money is!!!
I just think that Bob Corr did not realize that he had a gold mine when he was too focused on his Ginseng soda(s). The Organics are also specific in terms of "Organic" BUT is ALSO universal/mass appeal in that it is a fruit drink.
MANY retailers WILL want this Organic Apple Rush. Ginseng is still good, but only to specific groups and markets. Those sodas have a specific market and more of a "specialty item".
I just can wait for the teas to come out. Ginseng tea WILL also be a good seller and almost trendy.
I really hope Bob Corr really does give us longs some sort of Divy on the record date. Possible? Maybe ... Time will tell, we have until June'ish the 29th??? to find out...
Hope the best for all the longs.
BTW, these are strickly my opinion and my opinion alone. Do your own DD.
Thanks. I was actually looking for the actual photo graphs as it would look in the camera's eye as opposed to a computer rendition.
But the site page does look VERY nice. I just can't wait to get my hands on one "locally".
If Bob Corr was smart (or stratigic), Bob would do another interview on the internet (can't remember the talk show name) and bring more attention to the stock BEFORE releasing more Press Releases to have more effect on the PPS. Someone here who is close or in more constant contact with him.
Cheers!
I hope you are able to post pictures of the new look of Apple Rush soon. I am very interested in them. I know Apple Rush drinks will be a great seller since it is so universally accepted type of fruit drink and especially since it is "USDA Organic" certified. That is such a great selling point and does bring attention.
I just wish I could source it out here in Los Angeles, but I really feel that after this show and the next down here in Southern California, I might see it here locally soon!!! Los Angeles is a HUGE Market and California itself is like (can't remember the exact) the 10th largest economy in the world (even though we are just a state), comparable and larger than a lot of countries' economies and THE LARGEST ECONOMY in the United States.
Possible...
AOL and Time Warner merged (Can't remember if they merged or AOL bought Time Warner or vice versa). Anyhow, after they merged, then they became AOL Time Warner. Soon after Time Warner spun off AOL as a seperate free stock and took the AOL name off the corporate name.
Similar situation but not exact.
Maybe someone can research the above. I am too lazy right now. I research it later.
Think of it as day trading. Day traders buy low and sell high. MMs can buy low and sell high as well, BUT can also sell high and buy low.
Make small amounts wether on the bid or ask. MMs make money no matter what.
Some time ago, I use to work in the foreign exchange markets and use to talk to our borker/dealer/MM everyday. They were like MM herein the pinks. The broker /dealer/MM told me that when I place a bid on a certain currency, the broker will look for someone in their network and match me up with someone on the ask and make $$ of the "spread". Broker/dealer?mm can also "create the market" and be on the ask (hence selling me short). The broker/dealer/MM did mention that they usually or almost always offset their entire position at the end of the day. Now not all broker/dealer are the same (same goes for MMs).
MMs job is to "create a market" and "provide liquidity". MMs take advance by selling short and minipulating the PPS to cover.
Also, I believe (IMO), eveytime someone places an order at bid and below bid, that is pulling the MMs down to that PPS. If the MMs see alot of these orders at bid, below bid, way below bid, this is giving the MMs incentive to sell you shares they do not have in order for the MMs to sell to you. As this happens, after selling to you at the bid, below bid etc., the MMs will take it further down because since the MMs sold these shares short to you, the MMs start and shake the tree by going lower the the intial bids that were place belwo bid, to get people (weak hands) to sell so that the MMs can re-cover (cover) shares sold short. Remember the phrase, "The PPS is what the market will pay for it." Keep buy at the bid (or below) then you are saying you want the PPS to go lower. You may get your bid and be happy, but you are actually pulling the PPS lower for yourself as well everyone else without even knowing it.
Imagine this process happening as a cycle that is like the back of a shampoo bottle. "Rinse and repeat" (happens in general to all stock - pinks).
Bottom line: every time we place a buy at bid or below bid, the PPS goes lower. Look at the PPS gradually go lower and lower and lower - people placing bids below the bid and then the MMs go even lower to cover their shorts sold to the bids (that were placed below bid). It is like a cycle that keeps repeating until their is good news.
NOTE: One other thing, I really hope that Corr stops leaking information (at least not all info) to the general public through phone calls. the public know what is happening or about to happen is bring in day traders. Why? Learn the phrase, "Buy on rumor' sell on news". this leaked information becomes "factored into the market". If Corr did not leak the news out, and when news actually comes out (that is not rumored), the PPS WILL GO UP.
As far as how the company looks now, i feel it is in a better position then it EVER was in VNET/RSHN's history.
A lot of contracts, contact, distribution, product expansion, is in the works, i.e. e-water, japan, Kroger, Garden, Apple Rush, (I can't wait to the teas), etc.
Look at SoBe, Hansen's energy drink line (bought out - not originally Hansens). Alot of these companys started VERY small, and grew at a small/slow pace and then EXPLODED like the domino effect. Once one a signed deal is consumated, it may just explode right before your eyes.
We already know Japan deal is every near. If that closes, that will be alot of revenue and be profitable to the tune of approx. 2 million at the very least. If and when the Garden deal closes, we have most of the Chicago area with room to expand outwards. That is more $$$ for us at RSHN. Apple rush line expanding with a show in Last week of January. There, I truely feel they will have some sort of deal made with the Apple Rush line. Apple juice is like a universal taste. EVERYONE knows apple juice. From babies, to teenagers, to adults, the elderly. Does not matter what ethic background you, religion you are, EVERYONE knows apple juice.
Imagine when RSHN takes over Garden, they will start to funnel Apple Rush (which is easy to sell) in to it 2,000 plus accounts. more $$$$, more $$$$, more $$$$, etc.
I do not know if the above made any sense to anyone - i have a hard time articulating it in to words but I know it in my head.
I think I typed too much even though I have more to say, but I will stop here. This post started out as a comment to a poster's post, but ended up like this.
There is just too much potential here.
Keep the faith.
Note: Unedited for spelling and grammer - I am at work.
"The fact that it is happening is encourging! However the interest in this stock seems to be going down the tubes?"
One reason is because there used to be so many threads about RSHN. Now there are VERY few and no one to run these threads.
Bob Corr's New Years Resolution for 2007 was to keep his timelines.
I would not be suprised that Corr already has these new additions prepared for the January Trade shows which is about two (2) weeks away!
Speculation: 51% & 49%. My guess is Garden has something to do with it, an unknown player (to us) in the beverage industry and a brewery (in MN).
OT: Don't forget on how much you would have on the air conditioning bill.
"I got the feeling that crossing i's and dotting t's was all that remained." This part was funny...
Great post and thanks for the information.
"If Japan is going to do enough volume for the purported 100 conex containers (still only rumor) , why isn't someone in Japan or somewhere else in Asia being licensed to bottle the stuff over there. Making it there instead of shipping it clear around the world makes a lot more economic sense."
Take this answer for what it is (Speculation, I actually got this from a "semi" reliable source): Bottled in US only for the fact that it becomes an "authentic" "American" product "imported" from the United States rather than bottled in an other foreign country.
You are right as for a economics is concerned, but US made/produced products have a (more) demand in Japan (this does/does not include our POS cars made in the US -- pro-American car lovers).
Agreed, I believe they learned their lesson (I hope)! Time lines may be more accurate at this point in time.
