Wow, kinda mean there sir. LiamS wasn't hurting anybody : /
I was at the show itself for about 2 1/2 hours but I was only at the Rush booth for about 30 or 40 minutes. Coming by the booth were a mix of people, and when I saw that I mean a some were your average consumers trying the drinks out and inquiring about where they were available. Then you had your small store owners asking about carrying the lines. Finally there were the larger people dropping off cards and inquiring about getting the beverages on a wider scale. I do recall one woman asking about the can lines and their sizes.
I was thinking to myself that maybe she represented schools in some way, but those were just my personal thoughts. Could've been anything.
There's much bigger things, going down but some things are better left unsaid. I'll just let em' play out on their own ; )
That's one of the questions that I had wanted to ask myself : /
Had to stop the Q/A because Bob wasn't just getting interest from people coming up and down the isle. He was receiving numerous phone calls from entities interested in his products. I don't think we'll be at all disappointed though
No, all I know is that Kraft requested a presentation. He was just making a rundown of the cards. Not an exact quote but it was along the lines of saying, "this company here based in Europe showed interest, they have 1,000 stores. This one's based in Australia and showed interest in the product line. (showing the Kraft cards) Representatives from Kraft came by and they want us to hold a presentation."
Sorry nothing further than that
lol, nope. Bob's the man on the left in that one eom
No problem. There were no flyers for the new e-water bottles while I was there. They just had the Rush and AppleRush flyers. Now that you mention it though I would've liked to have seen those myself.
I'm not stressing over it or anything though, since the first production run of the new bottles is scheduled for next month anyway.
Oh, when I said that I meant that I took your name out by copying the surrounding pink color of your name around it. I copied your name over with the look of the card itself rather than just blacking it out because I figured it would come out better that way.
I learned how to do things like that through majoring in Media Communications in my High School
Thank-you. And yes, the man in the red tee is Mr. Corr himself
rofl. That is me in the middle. The young lady is I believe a model hired by Bob to sample off the drinks and answer questions and the man by my side is Bob himself
No problem. If you mean as a whole I loved it. I'm definitely going to be hitting that show every year from now on. There were about 6,000 booths and each one had free foods to try it was amazing! I had a good 3 or 4 energy drinks though and it wasn't a place to be acting crazy so I was quietly hyped up, lol.
From a Rush perspective everything was running very smoothly. Mr. Corr showed me a bunch of business cards that were given to him by interested buyers just for that show alone and you best believe that there were a lot! When I say buyers I mean businesses with multiple (multiple being hundreds or thousands) locations. People were really liking the drinks too. They were sampling them out left and right.
Oh wow, lot's of positive feedback from all you guys. Thanks for responding to my message. Glad I could help out = )
No problem. But I'm not quite a doctor yet, lol : )
OBTW:
Alopex. Just incase I edited your name off the badge with a cloning tool. No worries.
Here's the pics...
Back home... = )
TRADESHOW NEWS
(sorry about being late. I was helping my Grandma buy groceries. Sounds cheesy but true, lol)
Allright alopex63 allowed me to utilize his pass to the tradeshow so I went over there yesterday to check out the Booth for Rush and AppleRush and ask Mr. Corr some questions.
Questions for the Show
1. There’s been rumor that shareholders may still receive a dividend of some sort from AppleRush Inc. although it was believed that these plans were scrapped. Is this true?
Yes. The dividend plan is ongoing and the paperwork concerning it is near completion. All RSHN shareholders will be receiving shares in AppleRush when it is IPO'd. He didn't specify whether or not the dividend would be performed along the same ratio as the previous dividend announcement had stated.
2. Are there any thoughts of merging Applerush and Rush into one company and/or uplisting to the OTC:BB stock exchange?
Absolutely! His major goal is to have both companies operating under the same roof and eventually move into the major stock exchanges. He's already in talks with major companies with stocks trading on the Nasdaq and NYSE in efforts to form partnerships or merge with some sort of shell or OTC:BB traded company to slowly climb the ladder.
3. I know that the transfer agent covering RSHN is First American Stock Transfer, Inc. but they tell us to go to company officials for the proper share count. Can you please tell me what the current numbers are for the outstanding shares and the current authorized share count? How many shares are held by the company itself? I know you're asked this a lot but there's still a lot of speculation going on about that.
According to Corr
OS = A little bit under 4 billion
AS = 6 billion
Company holds "several billion"
4. A lot of investors have been under the impression that the number of outstanding shares was much greater than that. Does this mean you've been doing a silent buyback or retirement? If not do you plan to make positive adjustments to the share structure in the near future by way of buybacks and/or retirement of shares?
Corr said that he has not been buying back shares as of yet, but he does plan to do so when there's more revenue coming through as a means of rewarding current share holders.
5. How’s the plan to purchase the bottled water plant in Northern Georgia coming along?
It's coming along nicely. The main thing that is slowing down the acquisition is that the plant needs a blending tank for the production of the e-water. RushNet is budgeting to purchase the plant along with needed equipment and the equipment costing is being done now.
6. Since you decided not to go through with the purchase of Gray’s brewery, do you have your eyes set on any other brewery and or breweries?
No, he isn't looking into brewery purchases for the time being.
7. How did the Deep Ocean E-water version do at the tradeshow in Japan?
The design for the new e-water label gained a lot of attention from consumers but that was all that was displayed at the show in Japan by way of the new e-water bottles. In other words it was just a showcasing of the concept for the bottle design. There will be a production run for the new e-water bottles next month.
8. Has AppleRush made a presentation for the Restaurant Chain that showed interest in the Apple Rush line at its home office in Minnesota?
No, but they will be going to in the very near future. The reasoning for their not presenting as of yet is because the chain wanted them to have an l.e.d (neon) sign that would be put out in the front of all 450 locations showing that they had the AppleRush products (sounds like it's pretty much decided already. The signs have already gone into production).
9. What’s up with the whole approval in Japan process?
The reasoning for it taking so long was that they were having trouble finding a bottler that would be able to take all of the ozone out of the e-water. We're gonna be in Japan strong though. Gen 2 international who we all know (well most anyway) has Japanese 7-11's under it's belt is doing big things for Rush. Speculating on whether or not 7-11 Japan might want Rush products is over, because Mr. Corr has been contacted by 7-11 Japan and they want e-water in their stores.
:/ hmm... maybe I should've bolded some stuff earlier on... oh well, lol
also:
1/2 dozen companies in Korea wants AppleRush products
600 stores in Hong-Kong
Companies in Australia
Europe as well
A Canadian company with 1,000 stores wants the beverages.
*Oh yes Kraft wants a presentation as well
10. Do you plan on reporting financial statements anytime soon? This question has been causing a slight bit of turmoil as of late with investors.
Yes. As with the dividend process the paperwork is being worked on right now. He said that by the end of this month AppleRush will be pulling at least $100,000 in revenue per month
Cameras weren't allowed at the show unless you were a badged member of the press but I managed to sneak some pics in. I'll be posting those up or at least a link to them a little later. Mind you they're not the best cause I had to do them on the sly
I don't know whether or not you've seen Chrispy's slideshow but his pics are amazing. I've never seen such a huge display for any one type of beverage. If possible you should see about putting the slideshow in the i-box with a big caption over it saying something like "just 1 of over 900 locations"
Wow you've been on the ball man. And it's nice to see that the channel 5 news exposure in Chicago raised interest in the product line. I still can't believe how huge that display was, lol. I've never seen such a large display for any product line before
It worked out just fine and OMG that display was huge 0_o lol.
I wasn't expecting them to have such a showing when it was just introduced to that store. Thanks for the pics
Volumes looking nice considering how early it is right now. I have a feeling we might see a PR release about the Applerush products being featured in the Chicago magazine
I'm located in Brooklyn as well, and I can definitely make the Tuesday show. If you're willing to turn over the pass just let me know when and where to pick it up. I'll bring a camera to the show but if anybody threatens to take my camera or fine me or something nobodies gonna be seeing any pics, lol
Wow, when you put your charts together it's like an art : )
Thanks for keeping up with the chart updates.
OBTW: Do you have a paid subscription to stockcharts? I've wondered about whether or not I should try that out sometime.
And I wanna thank everyone for their responses to my Rush update. Just wann=ted to be sure that new hands know what they can look forward to in terms of what's been told to us thus far...
Things are looking real good around here as of late:
-Applerush line received airtime on a Chicago news program.
-Rush attending a trade show that's starting this Sunday and will carry over into Tuesday. Not to mention that there are more trade shows to come this month and next month as well.
-Plan to purchase a bottled water plant in Northern Georgia that lies directly over the largest deep-water aquifer in the Eastern part of the United States. This purchase is to expand production for the e-water line which has expanded and needs to be produced in the Eastern U.S.
-Restaurant Chain with 450 locations has shown great interest in the Apple Rush line and requested a presentation of it at its home office in Minnesota.
-School food programs have found the Apple Rush's can lines timely availability attractive.
-Apple Rush though still continuing to expand, is now in distribution in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Southern California, South Dakota, Canada and Puerto Rico. Apple Rush continues to explore the ever increasing inquiries from 20 serious Asian companies and importers, from multiple countries
-Gen 2 International is now the exclusive Sales Agent for Apple Rush in Asia and all the Islands in between (Gen 2 International is a full service importer and exporter of foodservice products and other retail item, as well as apparel)Among their clients are Denny's Japan (650 units), Co Co's Japan (300 units), and Ito-Yokado Supermarkets, Japan's largest supermarket chain, which is also owns Seven Eleven worldwide.
- Gen 2 unveiled the new e-water line highlighting DO Hawaii, suppliers of the Deep Ocean Water which will be the primary ingredient in RushNet Inc.'s new Deep Ocean e-water product at the Natural Products Expo in Hong Kong from June 27-29. There is no doubt in my mind that we'll be hearing something about how that went down in the near future.
-All of the off-shore leads from 2007's Trade Show activities have been turned over to Gen 2 for prompt development. These include inquires, often multiple ones, from South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Australia and Guam. Already there is serious pre-order activity for the brand in some of these countries.
-RushNet, Inc's Apple Rush division passed both its Organic and Kosher Certification inspections
-A South Korean foodservice company, who servers one million meals a day, said they wanted the Apple Rush line as well as a major Japanese beverage distributor is looking to make a commitment to import the line
-A key distributor with strong ties to a major food & beverage company who covers all the Caribbean and Central America was clearly interested developing its Organic program with Apple Rush as its centerpiece
-There was also a serious inquiry from a high ranking U.S. Military Procurement Officer for developing a worldwide distribution program for the Organic Apple Rush line.
- RushNet Inc has purchased Garden Beverage, Inc., which is a Metro-Chicago beverage distributor. Garden Beverage hit its 2006 sales projection with revenues in excess of $5 million, and sales during Q1 of 2007 exceeded those for the same period in 2006 Garden distributes to over 2,000 locations in which Rush will be slowly implementing their own product lines
Wow, I was thinking the volume would hit well over 200 million when the after hours was posted before but it'll be real interesting to see what will be shown with it now. Just over 203 million shares traded...
You ain't kiddin'. After hours when all the trades are posted there's a good chance we'll be well over 200 milion shares traded for the day
I really think the quick dip to .0003 did it. This definitely looks like the turnaround point to me. Funny though we did get good news I was expecting a whopper to get me to see the turnaround. Time will tell... but the story will get good quite soon IMO : )
OMG, volumes picking up serious steam eom
If you're talking about alfa I think he just typed it in really fast after he saw the trades, But you never know...
I know exactly why you're saying that. I was about to purchase some tickets until I saw that I couldn't take pics. I just figured I mine as well not bother since the tickets were a bit expensive to be 'looking' at foods and beverages with the occasional samples
I just hit up the Fairway Supermarket in Redhook Brooklyn NY. That's where I used to always get my Rush beverages from. Good news is they still have them stocked, but the bad news was that they were the old batch of bottles stating 'sell by June 07.' Not too far past the date but I still wasn't about to drink them. I put in a request to hae the shelves re-stocked with the new bottles with the extended experation dates.
Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on more before I head back to school. There are a bunch of other stores in NY though...
Hey MaryKate.
I don't know too much about charts but doesn't the PPS usually follow uptrends in the CMF? Just wondering because the CMF has been looking much better as of late
I think your message was pretty good. The only things that you might want to add are the websites and phone numbers to reach the companies by
I was thinking the same thing as I posted that. I don't remember any talk of marketing in the U.S. aside from the mailing of fliers and pamphlets. Maybe I missed something along the line and maybe that question was already answered today, but I don't know cause I'm just logging on.
Hey Stockhound. This PR should answer some of your questions about marketing:

You should make sure that you let tooflets know where you came across the drinks, unless you have already. You may already know but Tooflets is keeping a listing of all places that sell the drinks and what drinks are available at each location
Yes, it seems that you were absolutely correct about the ADX (14). It did pull a bit of a fake there but it still isn't looking too bad. Still room to move up, but just as easily could turn further South. All depends on future numbers and news...
Nice, I'm just holding a little over 5.7M Hoping I can pick up more before things start picking up, but I have a feeling the price might start moving even before the time it would take to post money into my account : /
It's been a long wait but I think SIRI is finally in for some nice movement, at least from a charting perspective. 20 day CMF is finally in the green showing that people aren't being scared out of throwing a little money in a these prices and I'm really liking the way that the MACD and the PPO have been saping up lately. Oh, not to mention that the RSI (14) has creeped up a little past 54 and moving beyond 50 generally means that an uptrend is approaching.
Not too sure how to post charts but I'm probably gonna start doing a few chart annotations for the board to take a gander at.
cheers
Wow, that's quite a ways off for you. It's a 4 - 4.5 block distance for me. Lol by all rights I should be hella big by now, lucky I have the crazy fast metabolism that I've got... Lucky for me I can pick up those Rush products in the city. It's not too long a drive for me to pick up a few bottles ; ) haha
Wow, that's pretty sad. It's been said before that Signature's a straight up sham, but at least if they go down we won't go with them, so I won't worry about it.
Here's the link to the NACS approval, incase you weren't aware of it:

USDA approval came through for the Apple Rush line
We got NACS approval too (you have to check the site for NACS)
