I am just hoping Corr will bust out a surprise divy in Apple Rush either based on Dec or hopefully sometime as in now, since I have boat loads of shares right now.
Agreed, but if Bob does make Apple Rush into an IPO, then we have a different story here. Apple Rush, imo, has great potential to become a take over target, even at the very early stages of growth. Judging by the recent PR,investors conclusions on actually testing the Apple Rush product and their confidence being renewed based on the taste of the product, comments from his taste testers, (tasters who were probably distributor or from chains since the recent event was not open to the public) comparisons to IZZE, matinelli (sp?), etc., Wholefoods entering the picture, teh stage we are in as far the the Organic market accelerating in terms of growth, enthusiasm of HQ re: Apple Line, pilot run depleted within the first few weeks, on a second run of Apple Rush, and named in a recent article re: Expo (out of several thousands), I believe we are about to enter explosive growth w/ Apple Rush...
RSHN, on the other hand, imo, believe the only way it will be a take over target, is if Japan takes off. Imo, a Japanese company would be more of a suitor.
If and when, RSHN buys (or a portion of) Garden, I feel they will probably spin it off as a separate entity and have regional distributors set up in and around the US.
This is all of my opinion of course.

Apple Rush Finds Juicy Success at ExpoWest
Wednesday March 21, 2:52 pm ET
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN - News) is pleased to inform it's stockholders that the Organic 100% Juice Apple Rush line was a sparkling success at the Expo West in Anaheim, CA. Attendance at the Expo, the world's largest natural food show, was up 10% to over 47,000 trade personnel. Their response to the six flavor line was overwhelming; Buyers from Distributors and Retail Chains immediately authorized the line.

Attendees widely praised the company's Organic 100% Juice beverages. Many people who sampled them stated that the Original Apple was better than Martenelli's®, and taste testers were openly smitten with both the Pomegranate Apple and Strawberry Apple flavors, in addition to the appealing look of the products. Frequently heard was the comment that IZZE® and Knudsens® do not hold any comparison to the taste of the Apple Rush line.
A Company spokesman stated, "We're bottling 5 truckloads of the 6 Apple Rush beverages soon, and have great expectations for the line. The company has orders from coast to coast as well as Canada and Puerto Rico, and we firmly believe it is because of three basic yet important things; our product is Organic, has broad consumer appeal due to superior packaging, and tastes great, better than the competition."
Robert Corr, RushNet CEO further stated, "Organic foods and beverages are a $5 Billion category, with growth of 20% in the last year(a). RushNet's timing on this product couldn't be better. We're shipping samples daily to the many distributors and retailers who showed interest at the most recent trade shows. ExpoWest was a fabulous event for RushNet, and I believe it to be the best response so far for a new product introduction."
Additionally, the Company is in discussions with two regional bottlers, who now hold Organic Certification, in order to expand its production across the U.S. for the Apple Rush line. More capital will be needed for new production locations and the Company is seeking private placement capital at this time.
The e-water(TM) label redesign and new carton design are progressing, as is the government approval in Japan for marketing the product there. The Company received notification this week from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that e-water® is now a Registered Trademark (Reg. No. 3,218,693), owned by RushNet, Inc.
Martenelli's®, IZZE® and Knudsens® are Registered Trademarks of each of their respective companies.

Pilot run which was geared towards vendors and produced as sample product.
I did not expect to see them for sale until at least a month or so after the pilot run. Lets wait and see.

Foodex Japan 2007
FOR FOOD INDUSTRY, JAPAN TAKES THE CAKE
Received Thursday, 15 March 2007 01:47:00 GMT
CHIBA, Japan, March 15, 2007 (AFP) - With their refined taste, generous wallets and unbending loyalty, the Japanese are dream customers for any food company. But conquering such a demanding market can be a trying experience.
Exporters from 66 countries are hoping to tickle Japanese taste buds -- and form lasting relationships with Japanese distributors and restaurants -- in Asia's largest food industry show, which got underway this week in suburban Tokyo.
While theoretically reserved for professionals, the Foodex show expects more than 90,000 visitors this week. So many of them are ordinary gourmands that the management decreed the venue off-limits to luggage and shopping carts.
The Japanese foodie this week can sample everything from French chocolate to Italian olive oil to Australian asparagus to banana chips from Samoa.
Despite their enthusiasm, Japanese customers are also demanding when it comes to quality, making them the ultimate prize for foreign exporters.
"The Japanese ask for the best. So long as it's good quality and well-packaged, they don't look too much at the price," said Jean-Claude Racine, president of Biscochoc, a chocolate maker in the French Pacific territory of New Caledonia.
Despite being the world's second largest economy, Japan devotes little land to agriculture.
While existing industries, most notably rice farmers, enjoy substantial political clout to block foreign competition, Japan imports a massive 60 percent of its food, largely from the United States and China.
"Japan is a complicated market. To sell here you have to reprogramme your brain in a certain way," said Juan Carlos Raga of Spain's Elitte consortium, which sells produce such as olive oil, wine and ham.
"Things move slowly here and you have to be extremely meticulous. The Japanese are more demanding than even the most demanding customers in Spain," he said.
Michelin, Europe's restaurant bible, announced this week that it will start its first guide in Asia covering restaurants in Tokyo.
"While French cuisine is a building up of flavours, the Japanese by contrast take out more and more to leave the product's very essence. That is very impressive," Michelin's publications director, Jean-Luc Naret, told a news conference in Tokyo
"Japan really has things that are marvelously well done," he said.
Bernard de le Court, the representative here for Belgian fries maker Lutosa, said one of his biggest Japanese customers specified that 80 percent of fries must measure at least five centimeters and that 30 percent be more than 7.5 centimeters.
"The reason is aesthetic. On a plate, longer fries look prettier," de le Court said.
"They inspect certain shipments at random. When they have doubts, they get out a ruler and measure every fry. I'm based here and I understand the general spirit of the market well. But sometimes it's tough to pass along the message to the headquarters," he said.
The Belgian said that the first year can often be the most difficult to export food to Japan.
"But once you have a relationship of trust you can work well together in the long term. It's nice. The Japanese pay well and they're loyal," he said.
The stringent rules can also be a point of friction. Japan and the United States went through months of intense negotiations, with US lawmakers at one point threatening trade sanctions, to set safety standards on US beef after a scare with mad-cow disease.
"The period in which you have to prove yourself can last years," said Arturo Villarreal, the representative of Mexican beef exporter SuKarne. "It's the exporter who has to adapt to the market."
"But by being so demanding, the Japanese are making a tremendous investment in their suppliers. In the end it's like they have a stake in the company. And that's how you create loyalty," he said.
Success in Japan also pays dividends elsewhere.
"The Japanese market is very special and very tough," said Babak Niavarani of Iranian dried-fruit company Tistria. "But when you manage to satisfy the demands for quality here, you're sure you can sell your product anywhere in the world."

"Over 5 Billion Sold!"
I have to admit, that is a good line... lol I am gonna have to forward it to HQ!!!
Interesting, CYLP is now on Bid and has been off the Ask.
Your tone changed... you must have bought in ... Well good luck...
Wow, the spread is wide . . . could it be, no shares availabe ... nawww...
A closing of Garden would be good (of course), but I am more interested in Japan.
Second largest economy in the world with money money being no object them.
Thanks for the info.
GLTA
That is interesting... CYLP was THE ONLY ONE at .0006, but moved up to .0007.
Usually, if there were more MMs at .0006, he would move up to .0007 and when all others move to .0007, CLYP would move back to .0006.
Interesting turn of events!
Maybe HQ people finally learned that "loose lips sink ships"...
Maybe they are not giving anymore updates on the phone and the PRs will finally be a surprise rather than, "Oh, we heard that on a phone call last week . . ."
Could it be good news for us? Stay tuned and we will see...
For those who have not seen it:
"You want the truth ... You can't handle the TRUTH . . . !!!"
(Quote - Jack Nicholson)
j/k just some humor.
Mod... Please delete post 28092. Thanks!
That kinda makes sense ... First/pilot run of Apple Rush on or about the end of February. Now, a total of six flavors available from the initial two flavors.
Going to March, we (RSHN) enter Expo West to show case Apple Rush's new and expanded line along with the other Rush products...
Going into mid - March . . . what is happening...? Are we . . . did we. . . go to Japan to another show (if memory serves me right, Rush was listed and HQ did say they were going to be there).
45 days (or less) from March 9 (ish), Apple Rush is spun off as a free trading stock.
Now the question is: How do we, as shareholders benefit? Do we, as shareholders, still receive the our divis? (This was not only brought up by Waterpro, but another member who also met with Bobby Boy, if I remember, in San Fran. So at least there two instances in which an Apple Rush, as a stock was brought up. Will Bobby Boy reward us who have held RSHN sometime last year (Dec.)? Or will there be a new date of record? Will we even get anything???
The Ask is getting lighter . . . Bid increasing . . .
I don't believe we have to worry about VERT, only CLYP. IMO.
Bravo, AK47! Well said...comment. RSHN is in a way better position than it ever was in its history.
waterpro:
If you decide not to go, please let me know at marayatano ?at? Yahoo <.> com
If you are near Los Angeles, if you do not mind, I can come and pick it up.
I would like to "look around" and "report" and take pics for the Board.
I am supposed to go to Santa Barbara, but may just go to Anaheim.
It could be vendors or if they are referring to a show, it could mean vendors who slide their cards into a machine to RushNet's info.
PR is ok, just like we all have been asking... an update ... The Rush feels that Apple Rush is a "home run" for Rush. That is a lot of confidence going into the show today. Six flors now available, first run of product line recently completed, etc., etc., etc. This PR shows progression (We want progression)...
Expanded / larger bottles for e Water. Must have been good results from one of their test markets whom requested larger bottles with water that is fortifed with substance rather the plain ordinary filtered water.
Shows good things to come.
We all know there is always another PR soon after the the show... Monday thru Friday of next week.
This PR is just the intro to the next PR...
IMO
"Check out today’s press release on Expo West. They are talking about natural and organic products - http://www.expowest.com/press/releases/010807.cfm
Don’t forget, we got one of the best booth locations (by Kraft Foods and Power Bar)….."
This will be a great show since we have a full line up of Organic Apple Rush!!!! I am sure they will turn heads and have new distributors!!!
Apple Rush, E Water, and (hopefully soon) the Teas.
IMO
The IR Firm:
http://img341.imageshack.us/my.php?image=marthastewartstocktipys3.jpg
BTW: This is only a Joke and not intended to say anything about the IR Firm.
Agreed. Too close to a PR to sell any... why sell for a small profit and potentially loose out if/when RSHN PRs something or RSHN just happens to run...
We already know there WILL be a PR. We have TOO many things on our plates and TOO close to a successful close by RSHN, i.e. Japan, Garden, Apple Rush expanded line, E Water expanded lines, Green Teas, distributors, etc, etc, etc. ...
OR... you never know who is buying now that Signature (?) has inside info. Could it be... IR firm tells their family and friends to buy ... ? With a rep like Sig, it is to be expected...
Notice HUGH volume out of thin air w/o news. IR waiting for BOB to go for it, release them... systematiclly? Who knows...
Pure speculation here ...
Not sure about that because if you look at the Pinksheets quote, you will notice they have yesterdays date an the others have a time stamp.
My guess/theory is that they did not do a single transaction today, at least on the ask. They are just there and can be moved out of the way easily.
IMO.
Agreed! As long as everyone does not sell and hold for the next PR (which is rumored for today), I feel we should be able to rise and hopefully pass through the resistance (depending on the type of PR).
Hang tight my friends! Patience Grasshopppers!!!
Total Volume was 65,224,399 as of 2:34 PST
CLYP off the ask and at Bid.

If someone opens a new Thread on HSM, I am sure more people will be made more aware of RSHN. It would be very good visibility for RSHN since HSM is a VERY high traffic site. It will benefit all of us.
The one that is open now, was formed by a person who lasted posted last year on the entire HSM site.
New blood = $$$
More people as the base of the run, the better . . .
