Agreed, but if Bob does make Apple Rush into an IPO, then we have a different story here. Apple Rush, imo, has great potential to become a take over target, even at the very early stages of growth. Judging by the recent PR,investors conclusions on actually testing the Apple Rush product and their confidence being renewed based on the taste of the product, comments from his taste testers, (tasters who were probably distributor or from chains since the recent event was not open to the public) comparisons to IZZE, matinelli (sp?), etc., Wholefoods entering the picture, teh stage we are in as far the the Organic market accelerating in terms of growth, enthusiasm of HQ re: Apple Line, pilot run depleted within the first few weeks, on a second run of Apple Rush, and named in a recent article re: Expo (out of several thousands), I believe we are about to enter explosive growth w/ Apple Rush...

RSHN, on the other hand, imo, believe the only way it will be a take over target, is if Japan takes off. Imo, a Japanese company would be more of a suitor.

If and when, RSHN buys (or a portion of) Garden, I feel they will probably spin it off as a separate entity and have regional distributors set up in and around the US.

This is all of my opinion of course.
