Greenbelt CEO released this statement:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/greenbelt-ceo-issues-letter-shareholders-140000380.html
Cannabis extraction mentioned a lot (PURA) their partner.
GRCO is up 25% on the news of the spinoff, and PURA is down. This looks like more manipulation on the part of a small group of PURA traders.
The signs are all there, the stock price is experiencing gradual systematic downward pressure (orchestrated not random), the board is full of new posters/aliases screaming "SCAM" and they have upped the hate talk about the last dividend to scare people off the new dividend.
This is the time to buy, I just picked up a couple hundred thousand more this am.

I am in PURA for the bulk CBD Oil extraction business. The food and drink products are just gravy and to keep the lights on. I believe/hope that they use their nursery to create large amounts of CBD oil for sale to other downstream producers. Also I can see them processing CBD for other cultivators (esp. California) for a price using their (assumed superior) process for high quality yields.
My next prediction is the old PURA will change it's name to EverX and include food and beverage products and also the grow business (which they may spin-off at a later date). The Extraction Company will keep the PURA name and do both contract extraction on-site (utilizing Greenbelts self contained shipping container sized lab - modified for extraction) and extraction of their own(the EverX company's) hemp/mj to supply USMJ dispensaries and their own family of products.
I am guessing that we may see a 1:10 spin-off for the new company, meaning that their will be about 50,000,000 share of the new entity distributed as a dividend and another 50,000,000 held by the new Parent Company (EverX in my example) for a total A/S of 100,000,000. My guess is that the spin off company will quickly out pace the Parent Company in Revenue and Growth, with the high yields in CBD vs. beverages and food items.
You shouldn’t bet. Stay away from this stock, you do not have any credit here.
Now you all see the Power of the "RAISON":

-as in Raison' interest
-as in Raison' potential

the most important reason or purpose for someone or something's existence.
also meaning a compound word for a Reasonably Dried Grape.
Watch out guys! I’ve been watching the stock for a while and my research tells me that people are “dumping” this morning in anticipation of the “reverse dilution”
;-p
There are 1/2 a Billion Shares ahead of you. Buying 3,000,000 (A few million) at .0003 vs. .0004 is saving $300.00. I would speculate that if you put your order in and it eventually filled, it would mean that momentum has changed for the negative and you wouldn't want them. JMHO.
You hit all of your talking points in one email with the exception of "dumping"
yes, I am most definitely sure...LOL ;>)
If this is what dilution looks like, More Dilution Please!!!
Don't be surprised if the offer price for new shares is in the $120's. 85% of the float is already held by institutions that leaves about 3 million shares traded and owned by individuals. If some one wants to take a large position (say 2 million shares) and did it on the open market, the share price would go through the roof before they got their shares. But if you basically buy them right from the issuer (GWPH) they can get a set price which will not be below current market price. GWPH does not need to sell shares now, just to survive like many companies do. With all of the cash they have on hand they can finance the period of time required until they cash in on FDA approval. This is just some big buyers wanting in on the action the cheapest way they can get in.

It is already 1/2 way back from my buy point. Picked up 40 contract for 12/15 and they have almost doubled. I predict that it will be over 120 by Friday. IMHO of course.
Volume too low for this kind of drop. Bought a bunch of DEC 15 Calls when it hit 112.00 for when this rebounds later today and by end of week.
Hmmmm....I wonder why no one saw this coming:

Finally they are emerging as a CBD oil production house. That is what I invested in, the Water was just to keep the lights on until then (IMHO). They are going to process CDB (and THC) from other peoples crops for now, and eventually do it from their own in East Texas. My next hope is that they set up in NV, CA, OR, CO, Canada etc. and become a contract producer of Oils using the patented/superior process for growers as a win/win.
Stop whining about your free shares, enough already. It did not go as they planned (they admitted as much) and they are going to buy them back. This probably means that they will swap the 53 million restricted shares one for one against the 100+ million reserve shares they have. Doesn't cost any money or dilute anybody. Besides, most of you are crying about a few hundred bucks at the most.
Educated guess, but this went from less than 10,000,00 shares on the bid @ .0003 with 400,000,000 @ the ask of .0004 a couple of weeks back to 500,000,000 on .0003 and less than 100,000,000 on .0004. The bid bottomed out at .0002 and momentum has reversed. A potential quick cash generating business in Canada (dispensary) has people thinking positive again.
Now that is just greedy. ;-P
This is about to roll over to .0004/.0005.
What is your order?
Half a billion on the Bid, less than 100,000,000 on the ask. The tide is turning...
Neither does he...
Do you just "Copy and Paste" these post from your past posts over and over again?
I believe that PURA is getting ready for a Share Buyback and a Cash Dividend by the end of the year. They are also in talks with a major candy manufacturer to supply CBD and THC candies in time for next Halloween. (See us Bulls can be ridiculous too) ;-P
Then he would have to "Reverse Split" his number of predictions at 1:1000 so that he could issue more predictions and continue his Delusion (Dilution I mean).
The FDA does not enforce laws, or did I miss the latest episode of F.D.A. S.W.A.T on TV last week? The DOJ does. And if my memory is correct, congress voted to uphold the rule that will not fund the enforcement of anti-mj laws by the DOJ. Making unproven medical claims regarding any drug that may directly cause harm or mislead people to fore go proven treatments in lieu unproven methods is illegal. At that point the DOJ gets involved.
Why don't you put a little more context into your scaremongering?
Here is some more meat from the article:
"In a statement, FDA officials said they’ve becoming increasingly concerned about the “proliferation” of products that claim to treat or cure diseases such as cancer.
“Substances that contain components of marijuana will be treated like any other products that make unproven claims to shrink cancer tumors. We don’t let companies market products that deliberately prey on sick people with baseless claims that their substance can shrink or cure cancer and we’re not going to look the other way on enforcing these principles when it comes to marijuana-containing products,” FDA Commissioner Dr. Scott Gottlieb said in the statement."
These CBD Companies are being warned because they claim they can cure cancer. 4 companies named because of false claims of cancer treatment, not for having CBD in them. End of issue.
So you are selling $300.00 of stock to reduce your risk? There are over 900,000,000 shares on the Bid and less than 20,000,000 shares on the Ask there is no risk to the downside at this point. You waited 2 years, think you could wait a little longer.

Hi
Thanks for looking into our EVERx shopping application. The shipping function is simply a connection to UPS Ground Shipping. The expense is an an expense of UPS. We think its high too. Our partner, City Blends has recently entered into the distribution business and we are optimistic our shipping options will improve in the near future as we tap into City Blends resources.
Thanks

You better check your Shipping costs, $113.00 for each case of water cannot be correct to California. It is a deal killer for me.
I communicated with Mike Murphy by email info@aciconglomerated and he said that they are using UPS's shipping calculation by ZIP Code and PURA realizes that it is ridiculous at this point. This is why City Blends locations will become a Distribution network for the water soon. At $120.00 a Case, it is still cheaper than their two competitors, but I am with most people, I am not paying that much and will not order until they fix shipping costs.
BTW shipping was $113.00 a case to Northern California ;-P
Here is the deal with all of your Dividend Shares:
They are not unrestricted until December.
They are not registered so you cannot trade them until you pay to get them registered.
The company admitted that they way they did the PURA Dividend Deal was poor and any Deal going forward will be better executed.
They have announced that they are most likely considering a buyback of some or all shares of PURA that are restricted. Failing this they have also mentioned hiring a lawyer to get the shares registered for all investors at their own cost.
There have been so many people on this board posing the same question regarding "when can I sell my shares?" trying to prompt the fear that over 50,000,000 shares are to be sold once the 12 month lock-up period is over. Some one who has 25,000 Dividend shares, had 5,000,000 USMJ shares, and if you had that many shares of USMJ and still feigns being clueless about the status of them, then color me shocked.

Does you or anybody have any knowledge of what is going on as far as MLCG still being involved in the MJ tourism business? Or any idea what the press released regarding the "disruptive acquisition strategy" was about from 4 months ago? TIA
From Your mouth to God's ears. I took a shot at this when I thought the Spanish Peaks deal was happening. Dead money now IMHO.

CBLiving 24 bottles = $150.00
CBNaturals 24 bottles = $100.00
EverX 24 Bottles = $60.00
I have ordered a couple of cases of EverX, anybody else? C'mon, let's get the stock price above the CRV for the bottles for a start.
No he doesn't.
Here is some more information on short interest:
http://otcshortreport.com/company/PURA?index=usmj
The 77,000 shares was reported as of 9/15/17, but around 5 million naked shorts shares have been sold since the last report 9/15/17 through yesterday. The volume of shares traded and the % of those shares being sold short has increased dramatically.
What is 'Naked Shorting'
Naked shorting is the illegal practice of short selling shares that have not been affirmatively determined to exist. Ordinarily, traders must borrow a stock, or determine that it can be borrowed, before they sell it short. Due to various loopholes in the rules, and discrepancies between paper and electronic trading systems, naked shorting continues to happen.
BREAKING DOWN 'Naked Shorting'
With naked shorting, an investor sells shorts associated with shares that they do not possess and have not confirmed their ability to possess. If the trade associated with the short needs to take place in order to fulfill the obligations of the position, the trade may fail to complete within the required clearing time because the seller does not actually have access to the share. The technique is seen as very high risk, regardless of its associated legal entanglements, but has the potential to yield high rewards.
While no exact system of measurement exists, most systems point to the level of trades that fail to deliver from the seller to the buyer within the mandatory three-day stock settlement period as evidence of naked shorting. Naked shorts may represent a major portion of these failed trades.
Naked Shorting and Liquidity
Naked shorting can affect the liquidity of a particular security within the marketplace. In cases in which a particular share is not readily available, naked short selling allows a person to participate within the associated activity even though they are unable to actually obtain a share. If additional investors become interested in the shares associated with the shorting, this can cause an increase in liquidity associated with the shares as demand within the marketplace increases.

Massive Dilution!!!
Did you guys know that EverX is not 100% CBD Oil!!!? Turns out this scam product is mostly WATER!!! Can you believe it, PRM was right, MASSIVE DILUTION!!! I went to buy some at the store, and when the clerk led me over to water section, I thought it was some cruel trick. I was hoping for 16.9 ounces of pure CBD so I could chug it down in no time flat, and I get mostly WATER!!!
The company should be clearer that their product is mostly water...;P
