I hope that PR waits until Tuesday...relentless selling tomorrow would be kind of nice so I can buy in cheap when my money hits. LOL
I won't have anywhere near 200M shares...but I'll be pretty content with my 500K ;)
Have any of you played around with the new app? I installed it on my girlfriend's phone and entered a Macy's gift card she had. We tested the family sync and aside from a minor hiccup (couldn't connect to the Macy's server to obtain the card balance--this may not be setup yet and could quite possibly be why they're holding off on the PR), it all worked out flawlessly. No crashing or other issues.
Great point!
I'm actually sitting here trying to teach myself to code in Java for a mobile app I'm developing (thankfully I have a buddy who's familiar with it or I wouldn't already have this app nearly ready for release lol)...but anyway, what you're discussing is very very easily accomplished.
They get a large chunk of those fans utilizing their Eventure Everywhere app at a football game. They program in a basic code for in-app avertising.
If you play games on your phone or tablet, you know that little space on your screen that almost always contains advertising or pops up in between screens with an ad.
In web programming that's normally like a two-line script. I'd imagine in java programming, etc it's very similar.
Now they write a simple if-then statement that basically says "if the users are present at "x" event or a part of "x" ad-hoc network, then display "y" ads". Again very very simple to program. Now they sell ads to various companies prior to the event...so Budweiser may buy in for sporting events, Ford may buy in at races, etc, etc.
They get companies to buy in for specific event styles and Eventure sets the app up so the ads are hitting their target market.
This would help in advertising efficiency so Ford isn't wasting their money advertising their F-350 turbo diesels at a clean energy convention.
It's genius!
Another thought...dispensaries can also likely skirt the laws themselves by selling gift cards directly. They can then legally deposit the money in the bank because that money was not used to purchase marijuana. It was used to purchase a GIFT CARD.
I think it's a potential revenue maker for Eventure...but I think their main Eventure Everywhere product will be their main revenue maker. This just has the potential to make a decent amount on the side.
Assuming you mean for both medical AND recreational use?
Approx 23 have it legalized for medicinal use...and with medicinal use, many insurance companies won't cover it since it's federally illegal. You can't buy it at actual pharmacies since it's a schedule 1 drug federally. It must be obtained via dispensaries. Since banks are federally insured, they likely can't touch it. I'll post a few articles I'm finding on it as I'm typing this message.
For those people in those 23"ish" states, gift cards would certainly work to their advantage rather than carrying cash into the dispensaries. I'm also willing to bet they can skirt the laws by utilizing third-party companies to sell the gift cards.
People can then buy gift cards to the dispensaries from those companies using cash, check, or even credit card. The company then pays the dispensaries in cash and they take a commission from the sales.

It'll end up in the Apple Store soon enough...their approval process just takes a bit longer than the Google Play store's process.
This is a VERY valid point!
I recall seeing a report on tv that since cannabis is illegal on a federal level, banks will not do business with any cannabis related business for fear of running into trouble with the feds. So even though cannabis is legal in some states, they are cash only operations.
If EVTI has an exclusive app for this, they've tapped a huge new industry. Colorado made so much money last year they had an issue on the ballot Tuesdsy to determine whether to send refunds for the excess to all the taxpayers or let the government direct it to something like 3 specific areas.
I think the excess taxes alone totaled around $66 Million.
I usually get a handful of gift cards around the holidays and my birthday...parents often get a ton of gift cards for birthdays, christmas, mother's day, father's day, etc.
You ever see the gift card racks at Walmart and how empty they get around the holidays?
This app also has the ability to link the accounts of families so family members can all share the same gift cards. I'm willing to bet that utilizes their patents as well.
ie.
Dad gets a $200 gas card for Christmas from Grandma & Grandpa...wife fills up her car every 2 weeks, daughter is at college and comes home on the weekends. Mom and dad pay for her gas to get back to school. They can all share that gift card amongst each other using this app and it appears it may track spending so each person's app will update the balance whenever it's used.
I'm out of posts for the night.
Have a good night all!
That would make an awesome feature...something I would totally utilize, especially around the holidays. LOL
Oh I agree...I was surprised there were no updates PRIOR to the product release to hype it up a bit more.
Odds are there will be in-app purchases or they may have contracts with retailers to make commissions off gift card sales. I'm not sure just yet though. Typically it's via in-app sales or in-app advertising.
Nobody said it generates no revenue. I haven't explored the app to see what they've done with it.
And why complain about a free app? Free is the way to go. You charge money for the app download, you lose most of your users. If Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Youtube, etc charged for their use, they never would have succeeded. You find other ways on the side for revenue generation.
There are a number of ways...I need to explore the app more to see how they are going to be doing so. It's also possible this will link with other products relating to their Eventure Everywhere platform which we should see any time now.
What products do they have out? The Eventure version 1.0 platform that they were still in the process of developing when they put it in the app store?
Do please enlighten us on the other products they have out.
And personally I hope it DOESN'T head north until at least Tuesday since my money isn't available to load up more shares until then.......
Reasons why?

Here's the permissions:
Version 1.0 can access:
Identity
-find accounts on the device

-read your contacts
-find accounts on the device
Location
-approximate location (network-based)
-precise location (GPS and network-based)
Photos/Media/Files

FYI, you do not have to turn your GPS location on with it. It's recommended, but I keep mine off to save battery life and it's running fine without it.
This PR will be a product release announcement--the past PRs were partnerships with shady companies and bank deals that some people didn't translate as being so good (which IMO will still pay off well in the end).
One of the biggest issues with potential shareholders currently was they didn't have any legit products out...this will address that issue with proof since anybody with an Android phone can install the product for themselves.
You'd be surprised...storing credit/debit card info on cell phones as well as digital coupons is a big thing these days. I don't do it personally but it IS very popular.
Have you not seen the commercials on television lately advertising Samsung's tap to pay method (which they compare to Apple's tap to pay since apparently Samsung's is accepted at more locations)?
Odd...it says it's available for all my devices and I just successfully installed it on my Samsung Galaxy S5.
I don't know when it will be on the Apple store, but they have a longer approval process so it's likely we will see it pop up on there soon as well unless they coded it in an Android only language. Not likely though.
Who said there are no products being produced by this company?
Better get in before the PR hits fellas! I'll bet it's coming Monday morning!
Eventure Gift Card Wallet
They also have their Eventure platform available on there, but that's version 1.xx. Their PR's said they will be releasing version 2.0 here soon. I have high confidence that will be following suit very shortly.
Good luck to all and don't forget to get the word out!
I'll admit, my confidence was beginning to waver...but this is bringing it back!
Another red close.....good job EVTI......
Look at all the relentless selling this morning!
It's ok, you can enjoy your math. Considering my cost basis is at a point where I can turn over a profit from a single good PR, I'm perfectly content where I am.
Bumped up my share count a little more and lowered my cost basis considerably...I'm happy now.
Have you ever tried to contact them and ask? Seems that's the easiest way to avoid any speculation...to the best of my knowledge he is, but I've never bothered to ask. His signatures on some of the more recent filings are enough assurance to satisfy me.
I just want his chair...looks comfortable...
Why EVTI?

Meet Jason Harvey, CEO of Eventure Interactive
(See above link for his resume and other valuable details)
Now now now...your numbers may be correct, but I thought it was common knowledge that people shouldn't buy in at 52 week highs. If you buy in at 52 week highs, all you can do is pray it doesn't plummet and continued north. If you're dumb enough to do that, then you're a bigger gambler than I.
Smart investors buy-in low based on future potential...
So let's say that today you throw in $50 just for shits and giggles...based off that $.0015 share price and not factoring in any surcharges (so the number of shares will be less obviously) you will end up with around 33,000 shares.
Let's say that those of us who did our DD were correct and this company does well...they end up using their equity line a few times, pay off all their convertible debt, release their products on time and begin generating significant revenue and acquire millions of users. They manage to keep the company afloat without tapping the equity line any more once they're generating revenue and get a cash offer of $2 per share of stock from some company like Facebook (who is KNOWN to buy out companies with products they want to utilize ie Instagram and they attempted to buy out Snapchat) once EVTI has proven to be a real player in the game.
A $2 share price is not an unreal number...it could be way less, but it could be way more.
Regardless, I think it's fair to say it's POSSIBLE.
So now you have a $50 investment in 33,000 shares that is now worth $66,000.
So you gave up Starbucks for a month...but would that not have made for a worthwhile investment?
Do I recommend anyone dump their retirement fund into this? HELL NO. This is still a penny stock. It's still risky and it's still a gamble. But is it worth tossing some spare cash into and sitting on it a while? You betcha!
My money isn't available til tomorrow...I'll take a small drop today. LOL
LOL!
Some days I feel like a pumper and start doubting myself and then I go back and re-read what I've researched and realize I'm not pumping. I'm just very confident in a low risk, high reward gamble.
I've gotten at least two friends to buy in, both are long and just as critical as we are who simply agree with the potential this company has. None of us are heavy hitters, just a few guys who want to try and change our lives on a small investment.
I worked extra this week to hopefully buy in more while we're still way low...buuuuut I guess I'd be okay if it started "the big run" north too.
Hopefully we'll get an update on things this week so we can stop being so anxious waiting on a product rollout.
Oh man! This is big!
Do you see that people?!?!
Better get your orders in now...after market opens tomorrow, this stock is rocketing northbound!
$1+ by Thanksgiving!!!
:)
You do realize Jack is derived from the name John, right?
He wasn't promoted to CEO until May, 2015.
I'm talking since they put Jason Harvey in as CEO...I don't think anyone here will deny they f-ed up in the time prior to that.
Now just think if the company turns around and that $45 turns into thousands...not a bad gamble, huh?
Yeah you may lose it all but crap, I'll eat out one less night a week.
Either way, let's see what November does. If they release a successful product, it's expected to happen this month or at the latest, next month according to their PR's. So far they've been pretty good at following their intended schedule.
Agreed 100%
If you do your own DD, you'll find there is mad potential. Yes the company screwed up but they are making changes to rectify their errors. Will they ever come back? There's no guarantee but the possibility is there.
Get on Google and start researching.
Except it would be oddly coincidental that a member named jackg was telling people on here that he owned over 100m shares and counting well in advance of the SEC filing being released...when doubted he said to keep an eye on the SEC filings...now the filing is there and he's still being doubted.
I believe in coincidence but that's an awful lot of coincidences all happening together.
Key Points
EVTI promoted a new CEO as of May 2015 with an extremely impressive resume including Google, AT&T, Ford, Microsoft, and others. He specializes in marketing and strategy. You can verify his resume by looking him up on LinkedIn (Jason Harvey).
EVTI has announced their primary product/revenue maker that everyone has been waiting for will be released around the holidays. Check the PR's for that information.
EVTI recently acquired a $7.75 million equity line to pay off their convertible debt and get their products developed, marketed, and released. They will be debt free in the very near future. That full agreement is listed in one of the recent 8-K filings.
EVTI partnered up with FFFC who is involved with celebrities Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong to provide branded products for Cheech & Chong. This in itself isn't a HUGE deal, but it's a great form of advertising, a potential revenue stream (via licensing agreements if they are debranding the Eventure products and replacing it with Cheech & Chong's brand), and it's something that can be replicated for virtually anyone who wants a similar branded product solution. This means they could technically be providing branded products to thousands of celebrities replicating the revenue stream they develop with Cheech & Chong OR if they leave their name on it too, it will get them access to MILLIONS more potential users of their products. This can substantially increase the value of the company.
Meet Jason Harvey, CEO of EVTI
We can only speculate...they have said their product will be released "around the holidays"...so I would hope they post a PR to help hype it up before release and hopefully around mid-November we'll see an official release.
I'm hoping they release their wearable cameras and any other accessories at that same time. The app will be nice...but accessories will really help boost revenue generation if people want to get folks some interesting techie Christmas presents.
