I'm not into playing a game of "twenty questions". I know what I know by what is posted here, the companies Facebook up dates and through some diver sources I happen to know. Overall, theres nothing much to say because nothing much (next to nothing apparently) has been found.
"site you" was meant to be suit you. Loved the closing pain job. Thats alway an indicator of things.
Wasn't putting words in your mouth. Read again as I did not point specifically at you. Six years, find nothing but if something is or was found, its a secret at the companies choosing. Give me a break. This is a publicly traded penny stock that only moves on news or is that assessment a classic mistake too?
Explosion you're right. The bull shit meter is maxed. Only thing that can happen.
I make no classic mistake. I do believe if this company had any thing significant to show, they'd be shouting it to the moon. Kind of sounds like the numerous opinions of how they're holding back on announcing all these secret finds until the 1715 Fleet 300 year anniversary. It was so secret they didn't do that either. The company never said it but you wistful thinkers posting here did.
Why is it that you people have to convince yourselves over and over again? As for me, I have little doubt regarding the previous finds. Called flotsam. No ballast, no further cannons, no further artifacts of any consequence (wood with fittings and a deadeye with strap. No wreck site - period. I have always said establish and follow the trail if doable. The point is which way to where? If the trail is represented by more wood and misc. conglomerates of iron fasteners, more than likely more of the flotsam. No ballast no cannons???????
Hopefully its not going to ever come as they will have shut down this scamming pig and put Goldberg in jail where he belongs.
I'm assuming your referring to this companies attorney? There was a post on this board this morning with bad background referral to this person (true or false I would not know). One of the loyalist moderators here deleted it in short order. As I am not into this legal stuff, I do ask the question as to why this company would have this attorney as legal counsel ?
You are right. It's been dead for a long time and just hasn't fallen over.
I agree completely. Seems odd to me that for a company with the magic touch for acquiring contracts, this one doesn't seem to be happening. I know, you know few if any groups burn up money trying to work through through the winter months. Bad odds for workable days versus down time. At least thats the way I see it.
Franky, start up was over a long, long time ago. Actually, the start up was based on a zero site referred to as the Juno Beach Wreck. Interesting asking the question why? Like I said before, that all seems to be "swept under the carpet" In my opinion this is allot of talk. non performing company. The we wanna, were going to, hope its posts don' here don't carry much credibility. Good luck any way.
Have you considered the fact that the company puts out nothing because there is nothing.
Let me make a correction as I met Goldberg. He's a pot gut puss as liar. He's not going to soar anywhere.
Am I missing something? I went to the Facebook site and only see photos of wood with some fasteners (spikes/nails) and a deadeye lying on the bottom. Is this what your referring to? Strong indication of above the waterline breakaway material (flotsam). As I understand, no ballast, no artifacts, one cannon. Shipwrecks found and historically documented like the 1622 "Atocha", 1631 "San Joseph" and others had large pieces of (flotsam) go for miles. Flotsam is not the shipwreck. May be going in the wrong direction. Time and diligent work will tell.
A company that founds itself on The Juno Beach wreck speaks volumes to those in the know.
Watching the final flush, for ethical persons, is going to be allot of fun indeed.
Its been in flush mode for a long time.
So are you saying there's a formula to be announced as to how to turn a turd (INOH) into a salable candy bar?
Didn't know Goldberg had his own private team of jesters.
It already is NOTORIOUS as one of the longest running outright scams, so far surviving a shut down by the SEC. Inevitably, it will come to be.
Search for what? Suggest your company perk up and diligently search and try to find treasure. Isn't that what its all about. Six years plus, give me a break.
I'm not the one who made any mention of paying divers in the winter. As I do believe I recall, that was capted. Clearly, as I follow the NOAA Sebastian - Cape Canaveral coastal weather reports, winter weather is a very bad time to continue operations. The professional companies shut down. What this company does or is doing is another matter.
With the State of Florida, for some qualified, exploration contracts were obtainable but not surprisingly, salvage contracts were never issued. Now, along comes a penny stock company with no background in this field which obtains, what appears to be easy access contracts. One cannot help but question why, as always taunted on these postings, SFRX gets the contracts. Can't find treasure but can get contracts (what contracts?) but now the supposed key contract doesn't seem to be happening. Is that a Spring time event also?
I'm fine because I'm not buying. As to sitting on a / the site I would't bet the life of an ant on that one. Accept the on going explanations (the permit - when Spring comes) then maybe you're lottery number will come up. I'd actually like to see that happen for al you dedicated persons.
I add something further. When I mention the names Fisher, Marx or Weber, I have had the opportunity and honor of actually knowing these professionals and have been on a major expedition with one of them. My purpose is to emphasize that I'm not blowing smoke when I render my opinions. On the other hand, with the exception of capted, 90% of the comments and opinions given here is a lot of "blowing smoke" (you know where), so thats just my opinion.
Let me try to nicely put it this way. Established historic pros; Fisher, Marx, Weber finally hit "a big one" but in the interim, they constantly worked wrecks and fond REAL artifacts, REAL treasure. That was their life. They got wet and did what they did. How can you so smoothly try to compare a penny stock company that, to date, has done nothing but do piggyback promotions on previously found wrecks and have not produced anything worthy on their own in over six years. Rather embarrassing I would say. Then again, like you say, WHEN the permit comes, WHEN Spring comes, well maybe things will be different. Talk's cheap while performance says it all. For all of you so sincerely dedicated to this company, I wish you well. Hope lucks on your side and it happens.
With due respect, I don't believe the cannon was a plant as you say. That said, I also do believe it was simply "re-found".
Allow me to kindly make a correction. Burt Webber found the 1641 "Concepcion". Mel Fisher found the 1622 "Atocha". It took both men many years to reach their goal but both were dedicated to the history, diving and salvage. Many shipwrecks and recovery of artifacts and treasure along the way. Don't recall either of them sitting behind a desk running a penny stock company.
What you fail to mention is that the person that searched for 14 years was already an established pro. in his own right (Mel fisher). His track record clearly establishes the fact that he was finding treasure all along the way. No comparison to this company.
Frankly there's nothing to get. Time, performance and results after six years in the field more or less prove that. Perhaps when all of that is turned around (if ever), then i shall have a different perspective. Until then, its all talk and as I said before talk doesn't find treasure.
What makes it ready to go?
Suggest you concentrate on one (they can't find) and be grateful if that ever happens. Now you want a French one too? This isn't exactly like going to the super market.
Gonna be heating up real soon when Goldberg's sitting in the courtroom.
Talk doesn't find treasure.
You had better have the company confer with the dear "Dr" DeBry on that one - If he knows. As stated before, if her artillery was provided by or leased from the Crown, its categorized as a warship. That actually came up and was presented by Spain at the first UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty conferences in Paris back in 2000 + or -.
Take the recent discovery of the 1708 San Jose (by Colombia) Colombia is not a signature to the treaty, and even though Spain may want to try every angle like "warship", "war grave", as far as they're concerned. it was lost, abandoned in their territorial waters. Spain is not going to go hostile and take on the "big guy" (Colombia). In the case of a small fry like SFRX, knowing that the State of Florida offers no iron clad indemnification to protect the salvor with whom they entered into contract, well, just look out.
You're right. big things coming in 16. The SEC finally shuts down this SCAM and, dreams come true, GOLDBERG gets convicted and gets some jail time. Big thongs indeed.
You're quite wrong. Spain is not after past recoveries. Ever since they won both their cases (Juno off Virginia) and the Mercedes, things changed. Also, if artillery on any ship was provided (leased) by the Crown, they will try to make a case out of it. This applies particularly when the salvor has no protection (indemnification) from the State.
Matter of fact I did catch the hint but saw no need to get into it. You are apparently referring to the Ribald shipwrecks of 1565. The issue brought up by capted was Unesco and Spain which also brings up the question what SFRX will do if they ever did find the 1715 Concepcion? Do you think Gould is going to give that a free pass?
Read what I said. A Spanish shipwreck. At this point there's no positive identity to what Pritchett might or might not have found.
A reminder. The USA never signed the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty. Spain will be the threat. Their attorney Gould has already given an intimidating notice to Global Marine, Inc. (Bobby Pritchett) that if and when they find a Spanish shipwreck in their Cape Canaveral contract area, they intend to intervene. The reason is understandable in so much that the State of Florida does not provide any indemnification to protect the salvor. Wonder of SFRX even knows about these things. As to Dan Porter and Panama, Panama is a signature to the treaty but in spite of that, they had initially grandfathered in the 1631 San Joseph, researched and actually found by Jack Haskins. For some political reason, Panama changed their position and UNESCO moved in. Was never a stable deal to begin with.
