The truth is that they didn't purchase the Alaskan-25 unit. Next question?
If the data from the comparison study is positive the shorts will get destroyed.
Risk/rewards says to buy all you can afford here.
I think it's going to be a very Merry Christmas for the shareholders.
GLTA
Vermillion (VRML) went from a penny to over $35.00.
I think that in the short term this is one press release away from .25 or higher and up from there.
I'm very impressed with the steps that management has taken to bring the "right" individuals on board and to promote the company.
This is a ground floor opportunity to make a substantial return on your investment over the next several years.
p.s. I was a skeptic.
The timing of your trip is very interesting.
Don't you live close to Missouri?
http://www.freep.com/article/20121207/BUSINESS07/121207029/1002/rss02
Very interesting.
Remember with penny stocks and especially with AMBS it's "buy on Friday for news on Monday".
Look at the list of impressive press releases over the last four weeks detailing a number of "right" moves by management.
Don't get me started about the company having "Wendy" as the individual that is the company's initial contact with potential investors.
Enough said.
The company appears to be "loading up" with very qualified advisers and directors that have impeccable credentials. As bio-techs go this one appears to be doing a lot of things right in order to be successful.
Many of my original doubts are being diminished as the company announces more positive moves.
Positive results in the comparative study will explode the share price.
.15 on good news and up from there.
Great momentum play.
p.s. "The trend is your friend. Don't fight the trend. Go with it."
It's rather upsetting that the company remains silent as the share price gets hammered.
There's a major difference between issuing "puff" p.r.'s and issuing "informative" p.r.'s.
Once the company failed to meet the November 1 start date for gold production and purchased a smaller wash plant than the Alaskan-25 unit it should have informed the shareholders as to the reason(s) for the delay and the change.
Tax loss selling and some profit taking could drop this back to the .012-.015 range but I don't expect it to go lower.
Who's buying in anticipation of the comparative study results expected before the end of the month?
How high would positive results for MANF spike the share price?
Is .15 realistic?
Fridays are always a challenge for penny stocks. It will be interesting to see if it holds above yesterday's low of .019.
I noticed that the buy order on Level 2 for 1,000,000 shares at .02 disappeared yesterday.
p.s. Still wondering who had almost 4,000,000 shares to sell yesterday.
Years until MANF technology could produce a viable drug if ever.
Dilution - Dilution - Dilution.
Any news from anyone about the progress or lack there of at Tarantula?
I heard that the company may issue a p.r. "around the holidays".
Without news this may go back to the .010-.015 range.
I can't understand why management has been silent over the last six weeks.
Play this as a daytrade and make a few dollars on the "puff" p.r.'s.
Don't expect anything long term except more dilution followed by a reverse split and then more dilution.
The company can milk this for a few years.
Buying and holding is not how to make money here.
All imho.
p.s. The company lost almost $3,000,000 in the first nine months of this year with three employees. Where did it go?
New investors must be very happy here.
They can convert the debt at a 65% discount to the market?
Getting shares under one cent here?
It's time for management to step up to the plate and inform the shareholders as to what is happening at the company.
Checkout the company's partner, Rainbow Coral -RBCC, and you'll have a very good understanding of what is going on here.
Google the company's C.E.O.
Below .02 by the close tomorrow.
A number of newbies got burned.
.012-.015 is my new target.
Just kidding.
Wonder when the company's management will finally issue an update on any progress regarding gold production?
No news will kill a penny stock.
Seems like a huge red flag to me especially now that the company has an additional 750,000,000 shares to sell.
The "Rainbow Connection" is also a cause for concern.
Research Rainbow Coral Corporation and the background of the company's C.E.O.
I have to assume that no one here is concerned about Rainbow Coral ,RBCC, being a major investor/partner with Amarantus?
Has anyone taken the time to research the company and it's management team?
That's irrelevant since I don't see any where that the company is conducting any type of on-going research to accomplish that goal.
I saw one report of research conducted in China (?) that related to MANF being detected in the brains of some rats. Did I miss something?
Any thoughts on what a realistic support level is with the share price falling and no news being released by the company?
The chart would indicate it's in the .015 range.
There had been a buy order for 1,000,000 shares at .02 on Level 2 for several days last week. It has been removed.
Can someone please explain how the company lost almost $3,000,000 in the first nine months of the year with only three employees?
What type of G & A expenses could require an expenditure of almost $2,500,000?
Does anyone know what the conversion terms are for the two transactions referenced here:
NOKOMIS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2012-- Rainbow Biosciences, the biotechnology subsidiary of Rainbow Coral Corp. (OTCBB: RBCC), is pleased to announce that its joint venture target, Amarantus BioSciences (OTCBB: AMBS) has secured over $1.1 million in funding through two separate transactions.
Any information on what the conversion price was for this portion?
Amarantus entered into an unrelated equity financing arrangement with a separate long-only institutional fund (the "Fund") that assists public companies in financing operations and expansion. The Company settled over $500,000 in accounts payable, which the fund had acquired from various creditors of the Company, in exchange for shares of common stock. The transaction substantially reduced the Company's liabilities, including a portion of its outstanding accounts payable balance.
Did anyone notice how Rainbow Coral released the old news about the patent being upheld this morning. Spiked the share price up to $1.24 before it closed at .91.
A number of individuals got burned on that "pump". Almost a 30% "hit" from the high.
Research RBCC so you'll know who the company is in bed with.
Note: Wasn't Rainbow's current C.E.O. the former head of the "World Series of Golf" venture?
Actually I called and spoke with Remy and asked if the company had to do an S-1 filing for the shares issued to the noteholders that were converted to debt at a 50% discount to the market. He said that an S-1 filing was not required for those shares.
I'm calling the company tomorrow and will ask if there were any financial transaction in the seven week period from October 1 to November 18 that could be dilutive.
I suggest others call so that we can compare responses.
Take the time to read the press release. It said that there had been no financial transaction that would cause dilution since the 10Q was reported on November 19.
From the press release:
"The Company has not entered into any financing transactions that would cause shareholder dilution since the Company's 10Q was reported on November 19th, 2012."
Why didn't the C.E.O. state that there had been no such transactions this quarter which began on October 1?
Is it possible that in the six week period just prior to the increase in authorized shares to 1,000,000,000 that one or more dilutive financial transactions occurred?
The next 10-Q will disclose whether or not the C.E.O. was technically telling the truth while not disclosing all the facts.
I own too many shares to go to the dark side.
Just don't understand management's lack of competency when it comes to promoting the company to the market and keeping the shareholders informed.
Hopefully great news will be released when least expected.
My grandson who is in the second grade could have produced a better video.
The only thing the video did was confirm the company isn't using the Alaskan-25 unit.
Recall this statement from the company's October 18,2012 press release:
"Today Bonanza Goldfields Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BONZ) announces it has purchased and received shipment of an Alaskan-25 (placer ore processing plant) manufactured by Goldfield International Inc. and expects to be in full production by November 1, 2012."
Did they or didn't they?
"The truth will set you free."
Apparently current management doesn't believe in an awareness campaign.
I think you are correct in your assertion that the company has moved beyond the spec phase. It's unfortunate that the company's new C.E.O. was too conservative in promoting the speculative aspects of the company's potential going back to when he first came on board. Any reasonable "campaign" as compared to other similar penny gold mining stocks would have moved the base to the .06 range or even higher.
The company has now moved into the "show us the money" stage where the market will be looking for actual gold revenue. I don't think it will take to July for the market to find out what the reality is in regards to gold production from the Tarantula site.
Good luck to all the "BONZ" faithful both old and new.
p.s. .12 by Christmas is still a possibility. Are you listening Santa? :)
Let's hope that it isn't .012 shares. :(
Christmas is still about three weeks away. :)
Hope springs eternal.
p.s. Members of management do read the posts here.
I didn't say my broker got me a million shares at .018. I actually bought 500,000 shares at .018.
Have a great day!!!
Out at .037. Was in at .018.
Good luck to all who stay. I typically sell too soon.
If it doesn't pull back then I may buyback in at some point.
The 1,000,000,000 shares is somewhat worrisome longer term.
It appears that my prediction of .12-.15 by Christmas may be in jeopardy.
It's disappointing that the company has not released any updates in regards to the start of gold production at Tarantula since they obviously missed their initial start date of November 1.
With the end of the year approaching I would expect there might be some tax loss selling by those that bought this at a higher price and even some profit taking by individuals that bought shares below a penny.
No news is not a good thing for penny stocks.
I may consider buying a few shares when the share price goes back below .015.
Good luck to all the "BONZ" faithful both old and new.
p.s. Hopefully a few members of the "BONZ" management team reads this and gets the message.
.022 or .039 close today? Place your bet.
GLTA
With the news out today the move higher was easily predictable considering how the share price had gotten hammered over the last four trading sessions on high volume. A reversal was "in the cards" and it was obviously assisted by the news and the SeekingAlpha article.
Tomorrow will be a bit more of a challenge as the shorts will have had a little time to regroup. I would expect it to move to the .033 range after the open as the shorts will back off to get a higher price for their shares. The question will be in which direction it will go from there.
Close at .039 or .023?
Can't wait to watch it happen.
GLTA
Tomorrow will be the real test to see if it can close above .03.
