WOW! Thanks for your prompt reply. Go ARMY! Go SFOR!
If you are what your name implies I must ask you a question. I read the recent article 'US Army is switching from Android to I-Phone 6s". Have you had unit issue yet? My son-in-law got his from the USAFR prior to his recent deployment. Thanks for a reply.
Are you sure Alverez is working on this? Where did you get that specific info? US Army Europe will have 30,000 soldiers stationed in 7 communities by 2017. Those soldiers will have their newly issued I-Phone 6s. If you are correct, SFOR will have its Mobile Trust installed on those 30,000 I-Phones. Not a bad initial sale for Alverez Associates! If SFOR can prove itself with USARUR IMHO an ARMY wide contract could be next. If the other service branches adopt the I-Phone 6 platform as the US Army has they just might want the same level of protection for their airmen, sailors and marines. The size of that DOD contract is mind blowing! We'd be rich (dependent on how many shares you held at contract announcement) !
To clear up any confusion Lt/Gen Teddy Allen does not know me. He retired from the Army 20 years ago. I retired from the Air Force in 2002. Our paths never crossed! I just made people on this message board aware he was on our Advisory Board and might be able to make a phone call to Lt/Gen Ben Hodges on our behalf. He can't because of the legal restrictions in place on Regular commission officers regarding commercial promotion. Yes, I served in EUCOM. No I did not ever serve under the command of Lt/Gen Ben Hodges. As a stockholder I became aware of his need for our product when I read his quotes in the AFN article "I assume everything I write on my Black Berry is being monitored" and Neither radio communications nor e-mails are secure" When I the saw the next day that the US Army is going to issue I Phone 6s to its soldiers I sprang into action. I called Mark Kay with this info. He passed my name and background as a finance officer who had done contracting (before I cross-trained into ops) to Alverez Associates. They called me! No, They didn't know who I was. I was not in their contact data base. The last Air Force contracting I had done was in 1979. I clarified I was not a contracting officer but merely a stockholder. I provided the same info to them as I did Mark and stressed the dates of the fallout money claw back and 2017 FY budget appropriations submission dates by the service branches. The junior exec I spoke to was unaware of some of this info and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. He said he was going to inform his boss. No I do not know if they took full advantage of this opportunity and called their contact with Army contracting at the Pentagon to arrange a sales presentation for the obvious product to meet the Commander of US Army Forces Europe, Lt/Gen Ben Hodges need. I sincerely hope they did as a DOD contract of this magnitude for our company would make us rich IMHO! I did my best to move the ball. Alverez has it. I hope they score a touchdown. I can do no more with this opportunity. I passed the ball to them.
I reported what Mark said previously to me. It was that Target wanted SFOR to repackage Mobile Trust for marketing reasons. Today another poster had a link to the 3&5 packages. If you read the lower half it mentions an installation service for a fee. What Mark had alluded to me is that a similar service will be available in Target. He did not specify a date. Hope this helps.
Thank you for that comforting bit of technical analysis. IMHO the correction was healthy, the pause that refreshes so to speak. Like you I'm not panicking. In fact I will continue to load down here every payday in anticipation of that "next leg up". I know the potential of what we own. Long & Strong SFOR
No phone will be made on SFOR's behalf by Advisory Board Member Lt/Gen Teddy Allen. I have been informed by a fellow poster to this message board that he has a personal policy of no calls. I perfectly understand this. General Allen was commissioned as a Regular officer. West Point grads & outstanding officer candidates are tendered this. I was ROTC and commissioned as a Reserve Officer. The rules regarding commercial endorsement are different.
Like Retired Reserve General Chuck Yeager (first to break the sound barrier) promoted Ray-O-Vac batteries I can promote SFOR. General Allen can not. I did not realize this was an issue until it was brought to my attention. I publically apologize to General Teddy Allen for any inconvenience I may have caused him and aske readers of this message board to now refrain from requesting his assistance. Ask for Alverez Associates assistance in securing the U.S. Army Europe contract instead. Sorry and Thank you.
I am not privy to any future conversation that could happen between any two Flag officers. I am a retired officer now. However, over my 20 year military career I was privy to such conversations. When Generals spoke to one another, issues and potential solutions were discussed. Then things happened to solve whatever problem or problems that had arisen. Lt/Gen Ben Hodges has a COMSEC problem with insecure emails. SFOR has the solution but to the best of my knowledge he is currently unaware of that.
Thank you for supporting our troops! Go Army! Go SFOR!
Thanks! The more Mark hears from share holders about the possibility the better. Much now depends on Alverez Associates.
You are spot on! Let's pretend Alverez is able to snag US Army Europe as the beta testing major command. If SFOR can prove itself to soldiers in the field using their newly issued I Phone 6s how long do you think it'll be before it goes Army wide? I did one tour of duty in the Pentagon. I assure you that once one service provides it's people with a shiny, new item the other service chiefs consider it for theirs. Do you realize the enormity of a DOD contract of that magnitude? Imagine the impact it could have on SFOR's bottom line! Much of course depends on Alverez Associates.
Why does it have to be "one big company"? Would you say the same if it is one big Federal Agency or Department such as the United States Army?
This is exactly why I believe SFOR has a shot at winning at least a US Army Europe contract. America's best deserves the best mobile device keylogging defense and encryption. SFOR has it!
Any combat operations vet can tell you COMSEC (communications security)saves lives during hostilities. Please help save a soldier's life in the next conflict. Help make Lt/Gen Ben Hodges aware we exist. Call Mark Kay at (732) 661-9641 and request that he ask our Advisory Board member Lt/Gen Teddy Allen to call General Hodges & tell him what we have to offer to help protect his troops. If our Federal Distributor Alverez Associates can just make a sales presentation to his contracting officer I'm confident our product will sell itself. Please make the call, Mark Kay needs more input on this issue than I alone can give him. Thanks!
Hail Mary Pass to Lt/Gen Ben Hodges Commander U.S. Army Europe
Sir, read in AFN your BlackBerry may be monitored & emails insecure. Please accept this (Mobile Trust) to address your COMSEC concerns with your new I Phone 6 Best Regards, Major (My name)USAF Retired Former EUCOM Member. Amazon stated the copy of our software should arrive at his Headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany in 8 to 10 days.
If I thought my catching a hop from Dover AFB to Germany and hand delivering the package would have made any difference rest assured I would have done that! I knew that it would have been impossible for me to merit any of his precious, highly scheduled time so this was the best I could do. I have been as hard charging as I could on this. I now solicit your help. Please call our CEO Mr. Mark Kay at (732) 661-9641. Ask him to request our Advisory Board member Lt/Gen Teddy Allen to work for 10 minutes on our behalf. A telephone call from him to General Hodges could help our Federal Distributor, Alverez Associates, schedule a sales presentation to either Division Communications or the Contracting Office. Do this soon since we are running out of time to be included in the Army's budget proposal for FY '17. Thanks!
I don't have General Hodges or General Allen's direct e-mails or phone numbers. Please contact our CEO Mr. Mark Kay at Strike Force Technologies. His phone number is (732) 661-9641. Thank you!
Be a Patriot! Please call/text Mark Kay soon. Ask that our advisory board member General Allen call General Hodges and arrange a Mobile Trust sales presentation. I can't do this alone! My one call to Mark is not enough. If you are serious about supporting our troops and your patriotism is more than bumper sticker deep DO IT! Help them to be ARMY STRONG! Go SFOR!
The problem is Mark has yet to ask our Advisory Board member Lt/Gen Teddy Allen to please call Lt/Gen Ben Hodges at US Army Europe. I hate to write this but right now General Hodges doesn't even know SFOR's Mobile Trust exists! Consequently, what is a game changing DOD contract is going to slip through our fingers.
Yeah, he had Alverez Associates call me and I pray they take this ball and run with it but I can't promise they will score without General Allen breaking the ice for them and arranging a sales presentation to HQ or Division Comms. This is killing me! Ladies and Gents if you want this to happen PLEASE call or message Mark Kay and ask him to contact General Allen about this. You and I both know A call from one General Officer to another can make things happen. We are running out of time. Fallout monies will be clawed back to Washington the end of this month. That leaves the appropriation in the budget year starting 1 October as our last shot at this. Having done one tour in the Pentagon I can assure you Army contracting is already working on specifying just what software is going to be pre-installed on the I-Phone 6s to be issued to the troops. If we don't strike while this iron is hot soon, forget it, game over! Some other (inferior) company's key logger protection & encryption will be on those I-Phones. That IMHO would be bad for the ARMY because we have the best mousetrap out there. I urge any readers of this posting in the strongest possible terms to call/text our CEO Mr. Mark Kay at their earliest convenience and as shareholders respectfully request General Allen call General Hodges soon. Help us General Hodges, you're our only hope!
Please add the word on-line before the abbreviation TV shopping provider in my post. My bad. Sorry for the minor inaccuracy. To be honest I didn't think to add that because I thought we were all familiar with Mark's statement regarding this as on-line.
Also, I never gave August as the release date for this. If you have info regarding an August release date please share it with us. Thanks!
I agree. Can any chartists confirm what I see: 1.) An Ascending Triangle, and 2.) The bullish three white soldiers candlestick pattern. Thanks! With the number of eyeballs looking at our chart and message board we should see increased volume IMHO.
Yeah, my heart bleeds for him (NOT). Actually I'm disappointed with him and his kind. I read SFOR would drop back to the "trips" and it didn't. Surprise, surprise! I was counting on them to manage this and they let me down big time. What can I say, I was forced to slap the ask to add more rocket fuel. SFOR Long & Strong!
Our Ace in the hole IMHO is Lt/Gen Teddy Allen USA Retired. As you all know General Allen joined the SFOR advisory board a couple months ago. If ever we could use his help it is now! A flag officer will pick up the phone if another flag officer of equal rank calls. Although he may have to coordinate schedules through General Hodges' executive officer and wait for a convenient time. Remember, General Hodges is a very busy man as Commander, US Army Europe. I asked Mark Kay to request General Allen call and say "Read about your COMSEC concern with e-mails & your Black Berry Ben. A company, SFOR, I advise has the solution to your problem". What I now ask any reader is to please consider
calling Mark Kay now at (732) 661-9641 and request the same. I hope Mark is flooded with calls and messages to do so and realize that he probably won't speak to me again. But, I like you are a partial owner as an investor in our company. I believe it is not only right to ask this of General Allen but the timely thing to do. I hope you and I are of like minds on this issue. I close with a paraphrase of a commercial I just saw, SFOR, it's about opportunity. Strike while the iron is hot. Go SFOR! Go Alverez!
Details of 7/20 Alverez Associates Phone Call Part 3
Although Lt/Gen Hodges likes his Black Berry he will lead by example and transition to an I Phone 6 for standardization purposes. This is our golden opportunity IMHO! The executive agreed and promised to inform his boss (I hope a decision maker) tomorrow. I provided Alverez and Mark contact info from the USAREUR website suggesting they call the HQ unit and perhaps Division Comms. I also told them to e-mail their canned Power Point presentation on Mobile Trust (I hope they have one!) to any officer that requests briefing support materials. I regret I did not have any personal contacts I could refer them to since I was last posted to EUCOM in 1999. All the people I knew have been reassigned or retired. I also advised them to be ready to do a skype presentation or even go to Germany on short notice if requested to make a sales presentation. I reminded him that time
is of the essence for fallout monies being allocated now and next
FYs appropriations being budgeted. Now let's see if Alverez Associates can deliver the goods as our sole Federal distributor.
Details of 7/20 Alverez Associates Phone Call
Like Mark Kay he was aware our software does not work on the Black Berry. The fact that the USA is switching to I phone 6s is IMHO a potential game changer for us since Mobile Trust works on that platform. I referenced the article that outlines US Army requirements: 1.) I phone 6s software must be installed & activated, they want these I phones to be field ready out of the box ready for issue to soldiers 2.) Whatever software is installed MUST NOT slow down functioning 3.) Given the concern of US Army Europe's Commander (Lt/Gen Ben Hodges) that "Neither radio communications nor e-mails (unclassified, believe me the US Army can protect it's classified e-mails unlike some American politicians!) are secure" The executive also knew Mobile Trust is "military grade" encryption. I then reviewed for him a possible red herring. As you are aware the majority of purchases by and Federal Agency must be through the GSA catalogue. Currently we do not have a mil-spec number. However, when it comes to the area of frequently updated or replaced software it is not required. That mil-spec requirement is for hardware such as an M1-A tank engine component that has met rigorous test standards. So if anyone on this board raises the issue it's bogus! The military buys off the shelf software. End of story!
Details of 7/20 Alverez Associates phone call Part 1 I apologize for my tardiness in posting this but 1.) In the summer season we live in a New England log home down a dirt road without internet connectivity 2.)The car broke down yesterday AM & took all day to fix 3.) I'm limited by the time the library is open to e-mail.
As I wrote earlier Mark must have passed my phone number to Alverez. A junior exec called asking if I was a contracting officer. I apologized for any confusion about that since Mark had apparently used my retired rank. I informed him I was just an activist shareholder with current information to share. He was all ears! He was aware of Lt/Gen Ben Hodges COMSEC complaint reported by AFN (Armed Forces Network News) during the June NATO field exercise in Poland that "I assume everything I write on my Black Berry is being monitored". He was not aware of the most recent press release that the US Army is switching from Androids to I phone 6s. That's when he got excited!
Like I wrote he can't disclose the name of the TV commercial network at this time. Also, he said those two other stores signed on yesterday. Yeah, you & I think that is newsworthy but he may not until product is literally being sold by them. I understand him being conservative with this. The man does not want to disappoint. In a previous conversation when I raised the lack of news issue he snapped "I won't put out fluff PRs" I respect that & hope you can to. Look, I've bugged the man enough recently and shared what he said. Why don't you call him with your questions and share the answers like I did. I've found him to be courteous to me, a modest share holder, and most of all a straight shooter.
It's a team effort here. I really appreciate team members like you. Together, we will win!
Twenty minutes I got a call from Alverez Associated! Mark had given them my number. I reviewed the info I had discussed in detail with Mark. I just hope they can get through to a Comms Officer at US Army Europe (USAREUR)who has been tasked with resolving their General's concern in the near future.
Understand. I apologize for even requesting it. I don't have PM response ability here but can receive one.
My 7/20 phone call with Mark Kay Part 3 Today I gave Mark what I considered actionable information. I also asked him how things were going. He told me that two more stores signed on yesterday who will be carrying our products bringing the total to nine. I asked if these were brick & motor stores like Target. He said "No, they are a combination of all our retailers including on-line ones". I did not press him for any details as they have not been released. Yes, I know this is incremental progress. My point is that it is progress on the 4 point company growth plan articulated by our CEO. I'm glad for it & hope you are to.
Another thing was that "We are working on our commercial" He told me he still can't disclose the name of the TV shopping provider at this time. I then wished him well, told him I appreciate his hard work on shareholders behalf and that I hope to meet him someday at an annual stockholders meeting. He told me "we haven't had one in awhile but that it may happen around the end of the year". IMHO it will be a very Happy New Years for SFOR stockholders. GLTA fellow longs and I hope to meet some of you in Edison N.J. at that meeting if it happens. First rounds on me, I think we are going to have something to celebrate! Go SFOR Go!
I don't want you to step over the line but could you mention that our advisory board member Lt. General Teddy Allen (USA Ret) would like to chat with him about the SFOR solution to his unclassified e-mail COMSEC problem?
I suggested Mark call Lt Allen and arrange for him to call HQ EUCOM. Sadly, since I retired in 02 I couldn't provide Mark a current phone number or name of General Hodges executive officer to schedule the call. Thanks!
My 7/20 phone conversation with Mark Kay Part 2
I stressed to Mark the importance of communications security to the US Army that General Hodges underscored in his interview in Poland during the NATO field exercise Anaconda with his quote
"Neither radio communications nor e-mail are secure". Unit commanders now knowing his concern will be forward leaning on this issue (IMHO as a former staff officer). Referencing yesterday's article I emphasized that the Army wants the I Phone 6s it's going to issue to its soldiers to be pre-loaded with software. Consequently, I suggested Alverez Associated brief their Army software project officer contact ASAP. Since it's 7/20 fallout money from the appropriated funds pot will soon be clawed back by Washington so I have only slim hope for SFOR to get some on unit commanders discretionary basis and that only if the Communications staff officer is aware of our product. However, the real prize is with the start of the new Federal FY on 1 Oct.
With Mr. Kay's call to Alverez Associates he has placed the ball in their court and it is up to them to bring home the bacon.
My 7/20 phone call with Mark Kay Part 1
Last night I left a message on his answering machine regarding the complaint of Lt Gen Ben Hodges. "I assume everything on my Black Berry is being monitored" and yesterday's article by Curtis Moldrich "US Army is switching from Android to I Phone" (sixes)
Mark acknowledged receipt of that message and wanted some explanation/detail which I provided. I also outlined appropriated vs. non-appropriated funds, Unit Commanders discretion and the logistics chain. At the end of our conversation Mr. Kay thanked me for my input and stated "I'm calling Alverez Associates" about this. I hung up feeling satisfied I had made a tiny contribution towards our company's future success. I also felt grateful that our CEO is genuinely interested in shareholder input as long as it's informative. This guy is like the senior officers I served under, all business so don't waste his time with idle conversation.
US Army is switching from Android to I phone (6s). This is good news for SFOR. When I chatted with Mark about the Anaconda you'll recall the commanding general had a Blackberry. He believed "it was being monitored". Now I phones will be issued to USA troops, including I assume, the general. At the time Mark sounded a little crestfallen stating that "Mobile Trust doesn't work on Blackberries". Today the situation has changed in our favor.
Don't believe me. Read it for yourself. Today's article was authored by Curtis Moldrich. Hello Alverez Associates, have I got a business lead for you!
Thanks but no thanks. This is the most high risk investment I have ever made and that only after extensive DD revealed the outstanding potential here! I appreciate your offer though.
SFOR is a high risk/high reward scenario. However, I have only invested money I can afford to lose in this company. People's risk tolerance varies. I appreciate that particularly when it comes to the pinks. We have entered the world's largest casino, the stock market. Madames and Mansours place your bets. I'm betting on SFOR! GLTA fellow longs.
Can someone help here? I'm not good breaking down those O/s, A/s and R/s. But I believe the expertise is contained among our message board members. Thank you for your time and effort on this matter and sharing the results of your research with us!
All will be revealed 11 August when the three: Trustwave, Duo and Centrify have to get off the dime in court and openly state how they are legally proceeding.
IMHO It'll be like the wedding feast at Canna! You'll recall the steward was surprised that the best wine had been saved for last.
Let's face it, until the MSFT settlement SFOR was dead! Then like Lazarus, it rose from the grave to live again. NO, I am not likening Mark Kay to Jesus! However, his putting up two million dollars of his own money (please see the video) to keep SFOR viable was going above and beyond what is required of any CEO.
I agree that a formal buyout offer must be a generous one. However, if you look at the accumulation going on somebody is loading. Your guess is as good as mine's. Mine is Singapore Telecom. IMHO this 130 year old, venerable firm, the largest telecom provider in Asia will do the honorable thing. Recently they discovered the can of worms their Trustwave acquisition came with (our patent infringement lawsuit). This is just like what blindsided Microsoft with their Phonefactor acquisition. However, Singapore Telecom would not consider it dishonorable to quietly acquire shares on the open market. Particularly at the currently depressed pps. That way, should a settlement be reached they minimize the fiscal damage to themselves.
I know the lack of ticker news in 2 months is frustrating. I once brought that up that point to Mark Kay and to be frank got slam dunked by the man! (he doesn't tolerate fools) In his heavy NJ accent and in no uncertain terms he informed me he doesn't put our fluff PRs. He told me PRs would be issues when and only when there are newsworthy events. Although humbled, I appreciated his candor. Like Orson Wells once said in a winery commercial "We will serve no wine, until it's time". I can be patient for the good news I believe is coming & hope you can be likewise.
