No because in the PR from SKT* they stated the suggested retail price was $25.
Definitely hiding shares. I just bought 900k at .0068 and the 10,000 shares didn't budge.
The pricing for weed on pharmajanes is messed up. An 1/8 is $32, but a 1/4 is $82. Why wouldn't someone just add two 1/8's to their cart and only pay $64? Then the half ounce is $157 but could be only $128 if you bought all 1/8's and $256 vs $332 on the ounce. This is pretty dumb and should be fixed.
Both companies are underneath IEquity, how does a screw up of that magnitude happen? I don't really care that it was a misunderstanding. They don't have their ish together at all. Besides, what did we get for giving Aventura "the rights to the intellectual property in the proprietary technology, processes, formulations, and marks of Berkeley Bio that have already been developed" ?? Nothing? That's what I thought.
people moving SKTO money over there. probably with good reason.
Only 18.5 million shares traded, so it doesn't seem everyone is dumping. But we REALLY NEEEEEED to hear from the company. This is BS.
I agree. Something, Hell a lot of things aren't right here.
MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/13 -- SK3 Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: SKTO) announces today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories , a firm devoted to developing the pure science of cannabis medicine. Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratory ("Berkeley Bio") was formed as a partnership in 2011 by Dr. Charles Apel , Ph.D. and David Hoye , who has been a well-known cannabis researcher and author since the early 1970's under the pseudonym "D. Gold."
While the firm itself is new, Mr. Hoye and Dr. Apel began working together about forty years ago when Dr. Apel helped Hoye develop the methods in Hoye's book, D. Gold; Cannabis Alchemy, Methods for Preparation of Extremely Potent Cannabis Products in 1972. The book, still in print and available on amazon.com among other outlets, has sold over 100,000 copies over the years and is recognized as the standard work on cannabis extraction and concentration. It was the first book published to present cannabis technology from a consumer's point of view.
Hoye went on, through numerous books, products and inventions, to become an authority and household name, again as D. Gold, in the world of scientific cannabis culture and technology. He opened the first new legal dispensary in San Francisco in 1996 after the passage of prop. 215, and founded the Dharma Patients Cooperative non-profit (now Dharma Care and Hospice Program) in 2006, which supplies free medicine to terminal hospice patients in California who have been recommended cannabis medicine by their doctor, but cannot afford it.. Recently Hoye penned the soon-to-be-published, Cannabis Chemotherapy, a compendium of scientific literature demonstrating the efficacy of concentrated cannabis medicine in treating cancer.
Dr. Apel has devoted much of his life to pure science, obtaining his PH. D in chemistry from University of California . Dr. Apel then conducted original research which showed that life on earth originated from freshwater ponds struck by lightning, instead of crawling from the sea. Dr. Apel has presented his findings at major universities around the world. Dr. Apel is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the astrochemistry branch of the Space Science Division of NASA/Ames Research Center , a research scientist with SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence), has served as a consultant to the Artificial Life Project at Los Alamos National Laboratory , a Lecturer in Biochemistry at San Jose State University , and is the Chief Science Officer at Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratory . Dr. Apel is also an Associate Editor of Biosystems Journal .
The main concentration of Berkeley Bio is the development and production of non-psychoactive cannabinoid medicines, primarily for the treatment of cancer, allowing patients to obtain medically efficacious doses without attendant, and possibly negative, psychoactive consequences. A secondary interest is the development and production of equipment for the manufacture and production of cannabinoid-based medicines. Berkeley Bio has made substantial strides in these areas.
"We are pleased to have Berkeley Bio, Dr. Apel and David Hoye join the SK3 family," said A. Mayor, President of SK3 Group . "Our goal has been to assemble the finest minds on the planet to develop this venture. The team that SK3 Chairman Kevin Allyn has already assembled is first class, and with the addition of Dr. Apel, we have added a highly-respected scientist with a great mind and much knowledge in our area. David Hoye brings us a lifetime of experience in the world of cannabis, with many inventions and accomplishments. The acquisition of Berkeley Bio brings us a solid research laboratory to further our efforts to ensure that lawful consumers of cannabinoid medicines are able to have their medical needs met. We could not be more pleased and we look forward to a successful collaboration as we build this business."

Hmmm we really need to hear something about what is going on from the company. So basically we got sold for nothing? Benz really may be the worst attorney on the planet.
Good move. I'm already pretty loaded up, but I'll be biting again if we touch below .03 ever again.
Closed at .0331 on TDA.
More hope for SKTO than most of the other plays. The irony is everyone thinks this is the one being hyped. It's not, which should tell you they are building something long term. They easily could have pumped and dumped this already by now. They've been in the MMJ business for almost a year and haven't done it. That is not their plan here. If you want to invest, then you will have to hold long and it won't always be smooth and easy.
That's the great thing about SKTO. They have several sources of revenue!
By the way my Monarch Vapes came today and they are great. Take care I-Glow, it's always a pleasure speaking with you.
Without AEG* we have no pharmajanes and thus no way to distribute products and collect revenue. Many successful companies have different subsidiaries that perform different functions for the whole. This is a really good business plan we have here. Wait for all the pieces to come together.
Let me start by saying that I completely understand your frustration. I've been there. That said, I now hold more shares than ever and will most likely add more if it drops below .03 again. Many big things can come other than the yearly and the Q1. We have the name change and dividend. I realize you may have given up on those, but the chill being lifted from AEG* tells me something is coming, and soon. We have an excellent company here with more potential than anything else you will ever get to invest in this early. Is everything perfect? No. Most businesses aren't, especially in their infancy. The rule I learned was that businesses should not expect to be profitable until their third year. Is management communicating well? No, but let's hope because they are working hard and want to bring us the best news possible by way of making the business successful. Aside from that, we are still waiting for some sort of addition to the team. They mentioned awhile back they were looking to add board members or something of the like. Who knows, maybe they get a big name to join them? Everything is speculation at this point, that is what the stock market is: speculation. I am completely content and not afraid at all of these low volume drops. Hang in there, I truly believe you will be glad you did.
I'm just glad they actually have it registered. You know how stoned our management team is. Give em a break.
Shares for sale have all but dried up. No one is buying or selling here. More waiting game.
Larry King say's he could come back. Just in time for an Interview with Medical Greens very own Kevin Allyn!

I and at least 8 others that I know of bought AEGY through TDA on Friday afternoon. You can go to the sister board and search my posts for the proof I posted. Believe me or not. The chill is lifted.
Would 'created by' have been a better word choice?
Dharmanol has less THC in it than some products at Costco and Walgreens, are you sure it is classified as medical marijuana?
The products are made by Berkeley Bio which is wholly owned by SK3 Group, Inc. (soon to be known as "Medical Greens")
They aren't just messing with us. You really think they are sitting around on a Saturday night taking down the websites just so a few of us on the boards will get excited about it? This is one of the craziest theories yet.
Janescard.com back up. They fixed the typos, and I think they added more information. Still can't apply, but something tells me it is COMING SOON!!! Monday?
Sweet! I'm in control of 190% of the company! I guess you should all be really mad at me for how slow things have been going huh... sorry, I'll get on it.
When did I ever say I ordered it through pharmajanes? I don't live in Cali.
But again you are now harping on HOW the products are ordered? Who cares? The product is real and the company is collecting money. Whether it's PayPal or cash. Money Is money!
With profits from SKTO.
Nice! I have my tracking #. Ordered yesterday. Nice friendly and expedient service.
What are you claiming I did? You say I sold 850,000 shares of SKTO before the bell yesterday?
This is categorically false.
Just ordered mine.
I'm thinking about going to a bunch of music festivals this spring and summer and handing out flyers for monarch vapes.
Well I bought 2,500,000 shares at .0075 on thinkorswim. Here is the proof:

So there's a DTC Chill but no one is enforcing it. Good enough for me. There is a lot of money waiting in TDA to buy AEG*. This can only be a good thing.
I just confirmed it by buying on TDA. Chill is off. That is good news.
19-5-27
That's gainers-even-losers by the ones I'm watching. But yea, the majority of the gainers are only up slightly with only 4 gaining 15%+
Good to have another friendly face around.
Disclaimer: Be aware that your sanity may take a beating by next November.
They are paying for them through paypal. They are actually very nice looking and come in fancy packaging. Definitely more upscale than your average Vape. And at a similar price point.
Here, take a look for yourself:

It still says product out of stock.
It has been known which companies they were referring to for awhile, and none of them were SKTO or AEG*.
SK3 Group is now a detective/armored car company? Great.
They have got to do something about their checkered past. Management shake up could help. Following through on one of their now 8-9 month old promises.... so yes, there are things. They just aren't doing them.
