GreenBackClub.....you seem to know a few things about the SEC and the legal process. VPLM, stated that the process to become up listed to the OTCQB, is about four weeks. Is this the estimated time (07/28/16), that we can expect this to occur? Or is this the process of filing and then more waiting before we actually up listed to the OTCQB? ....thanks.

Do the math. If the IPR is granted, that's 12-18 months. With the litigation Stayed (if granted) the litigation wouldn't start up until after the infamous IPR. FACT! Then the lawsuits, would take a few years, with any additional appeals. I've been involved on a winning side of a law suit and it was well over eight years before we saw a dime!

The only consultation on the tail end of the 12-18 month IPR, is that there are other infringers that might want to acquire the company. As well, as the treble damages that might initiate a settlement prior going the full length of the 3-5 years or so litigation.

Wel, I can appreciate your enthusiasm but, making money? Aren't they trying to raise $20 million ? What was the outstanding shares 400 million? Real good tradable stock. They'll dilute and the price will decline. Then time to buy. IMHO But, revenue and making money are two different things.
