Agree
Allot of their potential news is dependent on the fda, and will be released when they get the approval.
If they get the ok on any of the four drugs the fda did the pre approval inspection for then they won't wait for a meeting to start producing and shipping.
imho
Little shake out this am.
May have taken out a stop loss or two.
GLTA
SG Up 10 percent on your last buy a week ago,
Smile
GLTA
Thanks I know very little about the in and outs of mm.
I remember calling and speaking to John when iweb was .04, after talking to him I bought a bunch more. A couple of weeks later it broke a dime and never went lower.
I hope you are correct and we are on the cusp of anther rally.
I have really loaded up over the last year.
GLTA
50k blocks, there were 4 of them, and all four executed in the same fashion, they were not reflected on L2.
Not showing up on level 2. Is that indicative of anything in particular?
A little volume this am relative to what we have seen.
Would like to see us close above .19 today and over 500k vol.
That might indicate that news have leaked and that we are very close.
GLTA
"All of the recent fluff pr's are better suited to be released to prospective and qualified customers; not the investing community at large. "
This may be an effective and cheap way to get the word out about the tech. I don't know.
I don't think the purpose is to pump up the stock price.
If it is, someone is delusional.
Hopefully your buy at .17 was at the bottom.
Sure appears that way, even with silence and a shaky market .
I remember that game show.lol
I agree hoping for no whammies on iweb.
The wheel has been spinning for many months now I think John and Dale might have pulled it a little to hard. ( I think they had a wheel on that show?)
I think, hope, maybe, possibly we are very, very, very close and will close by eom.
GLTA
g2nec.
What is the situation on the dilution issue on ghlv in your opinion?
Been watching it all summer.
Thinking about getting in.
I know you are knowledgeable about eltp so that is why I asked you on ghlv.
Nice to see eltp start to perk up.
I like iweb for a pure cloud computing play with merger to close soon.
GLTA
I would not mind if we hit .15 before the merger.
I have some buys in the low sixteens. I don't think they will fill.
I believe .17 is good buy.
Boy it has been a long road.
My first buy on iweb was at 1.25.
Loaded up at .05 some years later and sold most of that out around 30 cents .
I have been buying back ever since and have an average in the low twenties.
Wish I had waited to buy back until now but not patient enough.
Easy double from here if/when merger closes.
GLTA
Tried to pick up some all day at .074 but no dice.
Moved it up to .0745 and got filled instantly.
Easy double from here and most likely with more than one launch a triple short term.
GLTA
Hope this is the begging of several private sector contracts.
Don't expect to see much in the way of contracts or price movement until closure.
But I have been wrong many times before.
My prediction for closure was second week in July, this year not next. lol
GLTA
Sorry I will remind you to give the DOD a call after the next military contract.
"recommend to contracts/purchasing agents, to stay away from this piece of work"
Better hurry, get on the line and give BroadAspect a call let them know what a big mistake they have made.
GLTA
I believe promarks revenue are in the 100 million range. I think Dale has a pretty good relationship with contract purchasing agents.
I will buying some tomorrow if I can get some below .17.
The company has let the shareholders know the deal is still on.
What else do you want them to say? Give another date that may be out of their control.
Do you feel they are intentionally holding off the merger to hurt the share holders?
Maybe Dale and John are playing golf everyday because they care about making money themselves.
Those two men stand to gain allot more than anyone on this board.
John has bunches of shares.
Are you trying to get the price down in order to pick up shares in here to trade it back up to.20?
GLTA
I think that the selling/shorting all along could have been/is the investors that are helping iweb raise their 10 tp 20 million to hedge their investment in the company and get a better price. Hope not but I doubt the shorting is all retail. That is my guess where allot of the selling has come from.
imho this is providing yet another great opportunity again today. Yepeee.(sarcasm on the yepee)
I think things will look different by the eom
GLTA
I don't know if that would make things any cleaner for them.
I do think we will be very happy when this deal closes.
I would love for it to close sooner rather than later. But I have been able to pick up a more shares at .17. Which I feel very confident will look cheap after the merger. Even with some of the higher guesses on outstanding shares.
One thing the people who are negitive or critical (a good portion of wich I can understand) have not been able to do is come up with a comparable or better product and price.
If this happened the merger might be in jepordy and we might be toast.
If it was out there I think we would have heard by now.I feel this is the main reason promark has not and will not bail on the deal. IR says Dale and John are both motivated and working together in very close contact.
FWIW Ir says the reason for slow sales is they dont have an extra million or two to put out a bunch of trial products. They will shortly and sales will take off. Because the products are great and cheap.
GLTA and have a great weekend.
You have to think it was a third party just wanting eyeballs on the stock.
At this point I can't believe they (3rd party)would think we would have a big run to sell into with a pump.
Bet we are much higher in a month.
GLTA longs
SG
I have appreciated your humor as of late . Very funny.
Also agree with you on the silliness of some of the pr's. Unless it helps them to sell products.
Must be some reason they had a couple of prs in a row.
GLTA
Hey Tracker,
I am "buying with both fist's"
I did not start at .30 though.
If you know what I mean.
Hey Captain,
Have you been able to pick up any shares in here?
I used most of my funds above .20.
Bought a little at .17 a couple of times this week.
Should have waited but who could have known.
I would not be surprised to find that they have been waiting all this time on an outside agency to get the final piece.
Been a long haul but will be worth the wait.
GLTA
I will buy some at .17.
Small order, maybe you will sell them to me?
GLTA
The sad thing is if you look closely you will see a whole bunch of people standing all around it waiting. I am one of them
Wait I see something.
Its the SSSG, I can hear some swearing and lots of complaining about someone named sig.
And someone named tracker is yelling about the pond becoming diluted.
GLTA
If you like the story try buying back in the .01 -.02 cent area for a bounce play.
It is a cash cow with tax rev from sales.
Its about money, not about the well being of people.
GLTA
Pulled the trigger on 10k more at .095,
Haven't bought any in a while.
Looking forward to CC.
I have a fairly large position.
GLTA
SG can you list some of the positives you see in iweb at this point?
I'll bet not.
I can list some negatives.
Hope some of the people who are negative will actually give me some of their shares in the middle teens.
Highly doubt it, but we will see.
Yup'
me to
I did add a little more.
Also added some ctyx.
I think this field is explosive and both make for a very interesting play.
I don't know which one will take off first.
GLTA
I would assume that this would lead to many more sales as iweb products stack up very well as compared to industry averages and prices.
STERLING, Va., June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IceWEB, Inc. (OTCBB:IWEB), www.iceweb.com, a leading provider of Unified Data Storage and building blocks for cloud storage networks, has conducted I/O (Input/Output) testing on its unified storage platforms. In one test, the IceWEB RAID5 storage system, doing random reads and writes with 8KB blocks, delivered 200 IOPS (Inputs/Outputs Per Second) for SATA drives, over the twice the industry average of 95 IOPS for RAID5 storage systems.
Tracker
What do you think about todays announcement?
The way i understand it this could mean allot more rev at 50 plus percent margins.
Still shooting for a dime?
From what I hear if you are short you could be in trouble.
Or if you are waiting for a cheaper price well you might be waiting a long time.
From what I hear.
What have you heard ? lol
Love todays news.
GLTA
I agree,
Why invest in such a loser company?
Really like the potential in this pr this should lead to many new contracts.
May or may not have any immediate effect on price.
But still very nice.
GLTA
Tracker said it.
He heard it somewhere.
He's pretty reliable.
GLYA
Hey thanks,
When will we know what the total outstanding is?
I do agree the potential is huge for any of these companies who get there product out into the main stream. I think I will look futher into the products of these companies and try to compare.
In your opinion does mdfi have a superior product, or better marketing. What gives them the upper hand on these other companies?
I think I may take a small position here, almost did yesterday but need to look a little deeper.
GLTA
Besides the huge market issues and its pull on iweb. I think that people could have interpreted the unwritten message in the last pr as iweb would not have relased this pr if we were only a week away from closure.(thus sold) That may or may not be true. It sounds like they may have everything internally wrapped up. They are most likely waiting on responses from outside angencies/layers. Days or months they may not know when they will get the letter or call.
Are there govermental agencies involved with something like this either federal or state? Which ones? IRS?SEC?
With layers who knows, not as bad as goverment but could be close to as bad.
GLTA
I can do better than that!
I'll be surprised if we close before Nov.
Does anyone know what the total outstanding shares are?
I like this field and think it could have some real nice growth.
Hope we get a bounce here and set up a new base. ( after I build a position)
Based on what?
Blind price projections with absolutely no bases doesn't carry much weight.
You have to come up with something.
I know you already tried rs and merger fell through.
At least say you heard something.
Be creative.
