Now we just need Corr to get on Subpenny Radio, M1, etc. and get the word out. The more publicity, the more volume, the easier the PPS will move up!!!
We need volume!!!
Go RSHN!
Japan's biggest retail conglomerate, Seven & I Holdings caters to six of the so-called seven deadly sins (saving wrath for its competition). The "seven" of the company's title reflects the seven areas of business that it is involved with: convenience stores, superstores, restaurants, supermarkets, department stores, financial services, and IS/IT services. The "holding" part of the firm's name consists of its five wholly-owned subsidiaries: Seven-Eleven Japan(parent of 7-Eleven in the US), Ito-Yokado, Denny's Japan, Millennium Retailing, and York-Benimaru. Created in 2005 after stock-transfer agreements absorbing its subsidiaries into the company took effect, Seven & I operates about 31,000 stores worldwide.
Interesting... it mentions Denny's (Japan). There was a PR with Denny's name in it. Will have to look back for that PR (later) since I am still at work... maybe someone else can look for it ... reading the above and the need of a water bottler... gets you thinking... Did Corr actually do it? This is HUGH distribution here...
OT: Welcome back Dr. Jekyll.
BTW: Bottled water already costs more than Gas.
Just a little humor.
NO WAY JOSE!!! When pigs fly; when Hell freezes over...
OT: Freeloader!!!!!
j/k
OT: We are on Blue Island time... didn't you get the memo? j/k
One rotten "apple" spoils the bunch . . . Fact or Fiction? Today: The answer would be "yes". Tomorrow: ?
Stay tuned...
Also RSHN may, or may not, be at the above bold section, but it is of substance since it does show case our product.
RUSHNET, Inc. To Develop New HAWAIIAN Deep Ocean, e-water(R)
Source: Business Wire (May 10, 2007 - 12:19 PM EDT)
RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN), Robert Corr, President of RushNet Inc. announced today that they are in development with DSH International Inc., dba DOHAWAII, to create a new Deep Ocean Hawaii version of their popular e-water. DOHawaii www.DeepOceanhawaii.com is the major bulk producer of Deep Ocean Water in Hawaii, utilizing their ship and barge mobile harvesting technology offshore Oahu, Hawaii, and will be the exclusive provider of bulk Deep Ocean Water to RushNet Inc.
The first market for introduction of this pristine bottled water will be Japan, where Deep Ocean Water is already a popular and successful beverage. Predevelopment interest in this product is so enthusiastic that RushNet Inc. plans to target the entire Asian marketplace in the near future. RushNet Inc. is finalizing development of the Deep Ocean and their “taste profile” for the Japanese market at their California bottling facility, Tropical Beverages, Santa Ana, CA, TPBV.PK, which specializes in functional waters, and currently ships numerous designer waters to Japan.
Once all regulatory approvals have been obtained, RushNet Inc. plans an aggressive marketing campaign to introduce this unique e-Water, Deep Ocean™ www.hookline.com/ewater/picnew1.jpg to the U.S market. RushNet regards this pristine water as an exciting addition to their original e-water®, new e-Sport™ oxygenated water www.hookline.com/ewater/picnew2.jpg. This new line of e-water products further separates RushNet Inc. from the crowded beverage marketplace.
Hawaiian Deep Ocean Water is harvested from 600 meters – 2,000 feet below the Ocean surface off Oahu, Hawaii, where the water has been protected from the influences of the toxic environment of our Earth’s surface. This remarkably pure resource, considered the healthiest source of water available today, undergoes state of the art desalinization and R/O treatment on station, and is securely shipped to RushNet Inc. in 5,200 gallon flexitank lined containers. In June of 2007, DOHawaii will be exhibiting at the Asian Natural Products Expo in Hong Kong, showcasing their BULK mobile harvesting technology, and international delivery options to a wide range of markets requiring large volumes of pure fresh water. RushNet Inc. has arranged for bottles and other sales materials of this new Hawaiian Deep Ocean Water to be available for display at this exhibition, to showcase a finished product. This will be a major opportunity to introduce their new Hawaiian Deep Ocean e-water to buyers from many Asian countries, including Japan, China, South Korea, and Singapore.
By mail, with order purchase, email, etc. ?
Thanks!
Determining The Ex-Date
UPC Rule 11140 governs the
designation of ex-dates for
securities. The ex-date is the date
on or after which a security is
traded without a specific dividend or
distribution. The payable date is the
date that the dividend is sent to the
record owner of the security. Under
the UPC, two methods are used to
determine the ex-date of a security,
depending on the size of the
dividend or distribution.
Dividends Or Distributions
Less Than 25 Percent Of
Security Value
The first method, under
subparagraph(b)(1) of Rule 11140,
provides that for dividends or
distributions that are less than 25
percent of the value of the subject
security, the date designated as the
ex-date shall be the second
business day preceding the record
date. For example, if the issuer of
the security has announced a date
falling on a Thursday as the record
date of a distribution, the ex-date
will be on Tuesday, two days
earlier. The price of the stock is
adjusted downward on the ex-date
so that the amount of the
distribution is reflected in the
current stock price. Thus, in this
example, Tuesday is the day on or
after which a buyer would purchase
the security without the dividend
and the seller of the security would
keep the dividend. If the sale
occurred on Monday, a day earlier,
the seller would not keep the
dividend.
Actually, no one doubts CHRIS. We all know that that Bob and Chris communicate almost on a regular basis. Chris has disclosed that he is just reiterating what Bob has told told Chris and share with us fortunate people on the board. No need to kill the messenger...
The only ones tht are calling him a liar are the ones who have been burned on pinks, lost money and does not want anyone else to make money, create uncertainty, etc. Some may have held RSHN and sold at a loss and thus coming back here to the RSHN board and trying to push the PPS lower so that the former owner of RSHN stock can feel better about him or herself for selling at a loss earlier rather than holding on RSHN stock and wait out the outcome. Some people just have a vendetta or want revenge. Look at Key, he is a prime example...
Some may just be paid bashers or people with hidden agendas. The one with hidden agenda are usually minipulative day traders.
One thing we can all agreee, is Chris' DD, along with Robbie English's, Solidgold's and others that I have not mentioned.
I personally would not take attacks from others on here especially the obvious non - pro - RSHN individuals to heart or personally.
As far as the divy is concerned, there are two ways of distributing the Divy even though the there was a date of record BUT there was no x date disclosed (if I remember correctly). I forwarded this information to Chris by way of a pdf format but unsure if he opened it or not since it seems he lashed out on me here on IHUB for some reason or another h did not reply to my email.
I will post it above this post (repost) for those who are intered.
Note: Unedited for grammer and spell - I am just lazy...
I HOPE YOU ARE NOT DIRECTING THAT MESSAGE TOWARDS ME!!! I never mentioned any PR...
PLease state who you are directing your comments to because it appears that you are on a rampage...
Check your email.
Executive Summary
The National Association of
Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD®) Uniform Practice Code (UPC) governs, among other things, the designation of “ex-dividend dates” (ex-dates) for securities. The ex-date is the date on or after which a
security is traded without a specific dividend or distribution. Under
NASD rules, there are two different
methods used to determine the ex-
date of a security, depending upon the size of the dividend or
distribution. This Notice reviews
differences in the way ex-dates are determined and cautions members
and their associated persons to be cognizant of these differences when providing ex-date information
to customers.

UPC Rule 11140 governs the
designation of ex-dates for
securities. The ex-date is the date
on or after which a security is
traded without a specific dividend or
distribution. The payable date is the

Less Than 25 Percent Of
Security Value
The first method, under

provides that for dividends or

Dividends Or Distributions
25 Percent Or Greater Than
Security Value
The second method, under
subparagraph (b)(2) of Rule 11140,
provides that for dividends or
distributions that are 25 percent or
greater of the value of the subject
security, the ex-date shall be the
first business day following the
payable date. For example, if an
issuer has announced August 10 as
the record date and August 31 as
the payable date, then the ex-date
will be September 1, the first
business day after the payable
date. In this example, September 1
is the day on or after which a buyer
would purchase the security without
the dividend and, therefore, the day
on which the price of the stock is
adjusted downward. In this
example, a seller of the security on
August 15, even though the holder
of record to receive the dividend,
would have to relinquish the
dividend to the buyer. Indeed,
because the value of the security
on August 15 has not yet been
adjusted downward to reflect the
dividend distribution, the seller in
this example would be unjustly
enriched by keeping the dividend.
The seller would have received the
value of the dividend twice: first, as
fully reflected in the unadjusted
price of the stock on August 15;
and secondly, as subsequently paid
by the company to record date
holders.
This Notice reminds member firms
and their associated persons that
ex-dates are determined differently,
depending on the size of the
distribution. Current and historical
dividend information is maintained

I will post it just so everyone has the full information and is informed, but not to argue over it.
I am not saying you are wrong (you are correct), but there is just another way that this divy can be done. I have it in my laptop at home (hopefully still saved in one of my directories).
If I still have it, which I think I still do, I will forward to Chrispy and figure out how to post or I will cut and paste it.
One thing I can agree with you, is I did not like the what Corr did in terms of the canceling of the Divy.
I bought a sH!t load of shares on December.
Cheers!
Actually, there are two (2) ways if distribution of divys when it comes to the divy date, x-date, etc.
I think I have it at home. I will try and post when I get home and log on.
This should clear up the divy question about dates.
Cheers!
Agreed, but there are a few things are in our favor:
Garden has cash flow. For people who own business know what I am talking about. RSHN will use the money float and receivables to their advantage, i.e. pay for raw material for Apple Rush, etc.
Pre-order sales of Apple Rush.
Apple Rush, may or may not be the first to be Organic, in specified bottles, BUT are one of the first ones in this market area. This is a plus.
From all the trade shows, investor's input and fist hand knowledge, the Apple Rush, with it's expanding line, is truly catching people's eyes and gaining momentum from buyer, distributors and the likes.
Whole Foods rumored (including witnessed accounts) to have had more than one meeting with RSHN, which is a good sign.
Distributors who have expressed interest in AP usually know what would be a good seller or easily sold or market. Marketing from that stand point is taken care of since distributor are ready have their own clientel.
Gen 2 International entering the picture. Check out their client list.
If Corr was smart, he will do a radio show such as M1 or Subpenny Radio show and advertise and bring more attention to RSHN. One he does this, he can then release his PR campaign which will have better impact on the PPS now than before because of one major factor: VOLUME!!! That is the key...
Another thing to note: RSHN is now in a better position that they have EVER been in it whole corporate history. They have several products that are actually tastes good and good for you.
We are in a period of time where the population is now shifting to healthy alternative beverages, schools fighting obese children by taking out the Cokes or Pepsis from their schools, etc, etc, etc,...
There are really a lot of good things in the works.
The best place to be is the ground floor.
This is only my opinion.
Unedited for grammar or spelling.
Posted information gets factored into the market and is "really" only beneficial to day/short term traders. imo
Traders (unexperienced and/or experienced) and experienced investors know what I am referring to.
Change variable to 5 billion.
Garden is a little over 5.4 mil per year and growing.
Ginseng drinks: ??
Ewater: ??
AR: understood that RSHN has about 1 million worth of raw material to make AR.
Corr needs to go on the M1 interview again. Bring more attention to RSHN so the PR's have a bigger impact.
I should not bring this up, but it is kinda funny. If you read the letter from the school you will notice spelling and grammatical errors such as "you" should be "your" and others.
I am not perfect, but I was just like, hmm... this letter came from a "public" school. LOL You would think that they have a proof reader.
Just a little humor.
On an other note, a little advertisement and tax deduction for Rush Bev.
Hopefully, the school will contract for some wholesome organic juice, e-water, and ginseng for the kids and staff. If this happens, a lot of schools usually refer other schools to contract (within a certain area radius).

Look under "contacts."
The very last name code named "Candles."
Plus, there was mention about adding additional/extra shifts to the current plant to catch up with the backlog.
He is talking about the Ford Modeling Agency, not the POS Ford that makes POS cars. Sorry, to the die hard pro-Ford people. It is just my opinion...
Here is a dumb possible answer... Since these are foreign companies, could it be that these companies are in a different language or that these companies are translated into english or typed in english but stayed in the original pronunciation of the company name...
Different company, different product. Competitor of our product.
We save money and do not have to spend on marketing our product. We focus on manufacturing the product and expanding our line of beverages.
We do not have to try and sell the idea or product as in a sales pitch.
Third party has the distribution network already formed with existing clients. They do not need to pitch it to unknowns especially when they have established relationships.
Imagine Corr trying to market to a foreign company . . . We do not know what is accepted or respected. The culture is different, etc.
What we do know, there is a hunger for American products and the foreigners sure have a lot more to spend then us Americans do. A lot of foreigners (Japan, Korea, etc.) feel our products are very inexpensive while we Americans can bearly survive over there.
Bottom line: We give exclusivity and they market, distribute, sale, etc. our products to well established clients and structured distibution channels, etc. To me, win - win situation. We all make money.
We sit back while the leg work is done by a third party.
This is my opinion.
I'm so excited ... and I just can't hide it ... I'm about to loose control and I think I like ... ya...
Pretty good PR... RushNet has turned over the marketing to an experienced group rather than trying to handle it themselves. This group has an already set up distribution channel in several areas and major clients so no real marketing is needed since "these" client are already "clents". Did that make sense? This is a VERY good step in the right direction.
"The company has over 30 years experience in selling and marketing US made products in Japan, both in the Foodservice and Retail Markets. Among their clients are Denny's Japan (650 units), Co Co's Japan (300 units), and Ito-Yokado Supermarkets, Japan's largest supermarket chain, which is also owns Seven Eleven worldwide."
Because Apple Rush was recently born and have recently several brother and sisters born. Organic Certification and Kosher approval was recent as in the last several days. I do not believe Jones Soda certified Organic.
Give it time. Look at it this way . . . you found a "Jones Soda" in the early stages of development. Imagine if you were a shareholder of a company about to explode . . .
This is not intended for you to buy RSHN. It is just a reply to your question.
Thx and cheers.
Are you = HI?
HI = Hawaii ?
HI = BYE ?
Interesting, the PPS stayed at 6 all day and then all of the sudden, it closes down one tick . . .
Try searching by city and state, do NOT search by zip code. You should have better results.
They also received Kosher Certification as well, which is also very good.
"key" free . . .
May be you have gotten "Intel Inside; Idiot Outside!" Humor
AMD = Another Moronic Discussion...
Agreed... according to last PR (today), proven sales will be 'fact' once production fills all whom "pre-ordered" Apple Rush and whom have just ordered from the last few trade shows and possibly the trade show coming this weekend.
We already know that the first 3 days of production of Apple Rush is reserved and exclusive to a buyer, but judging from the the latest press release, it looks as though more than 3 days of production will be produced.
Patience is key (no pun intended).
Introduction of Apple Rush Line (and expanding), closing of Garden, USDA Organic Certification . . . just to name a few... More to come... stay tuned.
They look like "designer" bottles to me. My guess is it is suppose to attract trendy or people with more disposable income. I say that because, I believe some of them will cost a pretty penney to the buyers.
It reminds me of the Fuji water.
That's funny... I thought it sounded like "Cha-Ching!!!" LOL
LMAO!
