We save money and do not have to spend on marketing our product. We focus on manufacturing the product and expanding our line of beverages.

We do not have to try and sell the idea or product as in a sales pitch.

Third party has the distribution network already formed with existing clients. They do not need to pitch it to unknowns especially when they have established relationships.

Imagine Corr trying to market to a foreign company . . . We do not know what is accepted or respected. The culture is different, etc.

What we do know, there is a hunger for American products and the foreigners sure have a lot more to spend then us Americans do. A lot of foreigners (Japan, Korea, etc.) feel our products are very inexpensive while we Americans can bearly survive over there.

Bottom line: We give exclusivity and they market, distribute, sale, etc. our products to well established clients and structured distibution channels, etc. To me, win - win situation. We all make money.

We sit back while the leg work is done by a third party.

This is my opinion.
