So why would you even mention the prospect of selling at this point?
Also, if you don't mind could you copy and paste that email I would be curious to see it....
Of course his response didn't contain any specifics, that would be a violation of insider trading. Curious how he could even ask you not to share with anyone (if he really said that), that it and of itself sounds suspicious to me. Either it's non sensitive info which you can share with the rest or it falls under the category of insider trading, which I doubt. So feel free to share with everyone if there indeed is something worthwhile sharing.
As far as news, I think all of these self professed deadlines or expectations are unhelpful....patience is key here.....
When a buyout occurs, the stock gets halted and money is transferred to your account when the transaction is complete.
I'm just guessing that a buyout would have to be at least at a minimum market capitalization of $10-$15 million which would translate at current price per shares levels to multiple pennies......
From the way I look at, our best bet here is a buyout which I feel is a very reasonable expectation, considering:
1. They own the patents
2. They have current revenue
3. A company with large resources such as General Electric could further this technology to have it incorporated as part of all standardized AC units as opposed to what it is now as an add on product (this one I think could be the main one)
4. Considering that GDGI has been tight with capital and operating resources I would think it is their best interest to seek a buyout. Consider also that insiders personally own about 1/3 of the stock, they stand to profit from a buyout.....
5. (just pure speculation now....) I wonder if the fact that they are late on their filings has anything to do with an impending buyout????????????
Very difficult to figure out the short volume on Friday, it was extremely high though. I was watching very closely L2 on Friday and I think besides for one retail buy of 290,000 at 0.004 I think almost all the rest was mm's covering shorts with the exception of a small amount that was actual sold short.....I could be wrong but something very very interesting occurred on Friday. CSTI brought the price up I believe to try and loosen up some shares for him to cover, but then he dropped his bid and for a second the highest bid was 0.003 right away he threw up a bid at 0.0036 to hide the lack of bid support, if he wanted to cover shorts I'm not sure why he didn't bid-whack the 0.003 to get people to sell??????????????
On the other hand, if he wanted to short the stock and then bring it down to cover CSTI and NITE are notorious for buying from themselves over and over while bringing up the ask and then shorting down the bids that come in. I did not see that here, unless CSTI is worried if he does that the buys will really come in and he wont be able to bring it down enough with shorting?????????????
Still not really sure whats going on and why in the fist place is there so much shorting, are they out of their mind? We could have buyout announced any day...
Unless somehow they are reading the fact of the lateness in filing as bad sign for the company hence the shorting???
Just thinking out loud here, wish there was a low volume day where I could determine the short volume better, also the tiny share paints at the days end are not helpful and make it harder to figure out short volume.
NITE just sold himself 100,000 shares, guess he wants people to sell him shares......
Nothing took us up and nothing took us down, no change. Just some games by CSTI........
CSTI moving up the bid he must really need shares! hit the ask and he will really scramble!
I am so tempted to take out that 250,000 ........
CSTI has to cover shorts probably!
It's called dilution, that cross trade went through as soon as VERT left the scene of the crime. My guess is about 3 + million were diluted today.
I have studied the shorting on GDGI for a while now and I think what we are seeing is a rare case of ETRF being used on GDGI both as an institutional arm of Etrade Financial and as a way for regular retail traders to trade with Etrade.
The reason I say this, is because it seems that ETRF is actually shorting this stock, which retail traders using Etrade don't have that ability with OTC stocks.
Not sure what to make of this perhaps someone here can clarify this....
Not doubting you just trying to figure out what was shorted/covered
Very hard to tell today.......
Short volume for today seems to indicate that the 500 share paint was CSTI not you. By the way, CSTI wants the price to end high so tomorrow if he drops the price people see red and are more inclined to sell, especially with such a large spread it looks like it really went down a lot.

GDGI #44 on the Breakout Boards:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/breakoutboards.aspx
Anyone not convinced yet about hitting the ask, I did it twice already!
Nice volume today only 1:00
Wonder if NITE on the ask is retail or not, probably is retail though....
Better get that 0.0042 before CSTI does.....
Thanks for letting me know!
CSTI probably has a silent bid higher than ours though ready to catch shares anyone sells to the bid...
You bet it's fake he's not letting my buy go through! Hit that ask!
Just watch him scramble to cover when you do that!
OK fine, he decided to let it through....probably sold me his long shares....
Looks like the bid at 0.0041 was CSTI trying to cover I moved the bid to 0.0042 to block him lets see what happens....
Would you mind explaining how these warrants work here, thanks...
If you have that 100,000 on the ask move it higher CSTI will pay a higher price to cover his shorts!
MM's waiting for people to put up cheap shares on the ask to cover shorts with....as soon as more bids come in and the bid stacks up a bit mm's will feel the pressure to start covering....
For those that didn't see my earlier post about catching the mm's covering shorts, I am re-posting it below. Shorts were wrong on this one they didn't have any inside info that we didn't have, proof of that is I caught them covering today!
I cant believe it just checked short volume for today and CSTI [color=green]was covering 132,455 at 0.0045 we are GOLDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
check the short volume yourself ETRF was the one with the ask at 0.0045 when it was bought!

Make sure that you have your bid support in for tomorrow, CSTI and NITE will try to shake to cover their shorts!
Just put mine in now.
Good news looks like we have NITE in the game now manipulating. that last sell of 300,000 only 30,000 was sold to me the rest NITE probably sold to himself mm's are certainly short here!
looks like CSTI may be in trouble, I don;t think he wants this to run he probably still has a bunch of shorts to cover....
That is still my 30,000 ! what a sneak CSTI is, that sell for 120,000 was fake CSTI selling to himself!
Or
The 120,000 was retail selling into my bid and CSTI bought it some how cutting in-front of me the 95,000 was real though. Looks like CSTI has some shorts he has to cover still!
We are golden! I just put in order for 175,000 at 0.0043 and CSTI blocked it so it wouldn't go through! he bought the last 75,000 from ETRF and sold me 50,000 of his own to make it look like a sell!
CSTI is being pinched right now he might have to cover soon.....
anyone here just buy that 25,000 ?
Not sure how he could have more info then us, unless somehow by a long shot he missed the fact of the 2 + million in debt that has been canceled?
PUMA at it again, buying up every share on the bid again absolutely incredible!
Why is CSTI shorting is he out of his mind?!
And therefore Global Cooling distributes coolnsave?
What is the significance of this, can you please explain?
I'm baffled then, check out post 16071 16077 and 16078
I don't know how to explain the short volume if it indeed wasn't CSTI covering shorts. I was watching Level 2 as the trades went through and it certainly looked like the shares were bought from ETRF???????????????
I get short volume from the following site:
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=GDGI&action=view
The short volume indicated in the site includes selling short and covering shorts, hence it's hard to tell if selling or covering is going on.
As far as days to cover, I believe there is no time limit, unless the stock goes so high that it creates a margin call on the account. Those who short though, usually have deep pockets....
A good sign here that a PR is imminent, is the fact that short volume has been almost zero for a while now. In other-words, shorts don't bet that the stock will go down if the company may possibly put out a positive PR that drives the pps up.......
Sure it matters, with a float as locked up and tight as this one you have to be crazy to short, that is unless you have some insider info that the rest don't have.
To be able to cover low you need high volume and large OS, GDGI is low OS and low volume.....someone is wrong here the shorts or the longs I hope it's the shorts.........
