1. They own the patents
2. They have current revenue
3. A company with large resources such as General Electric could further this technology to have it incorporated as part of all standardized AC units as opposed to what it is now as an add on product (this one I think could be the main one)
4. Considering that GDGI has been tight with capital and operating resources I would think it is their best interest to seek a buyout. Consider also that insiders personally own about 1/3 of the stock, they stand to profit from a buyout.....
5. (just pure speculation now....) I wonder if the fact that they are late on their filings has anything to do with an impending buyout????????????
