They walked away from a couple offers from Asia, in the best interest of the company and shareholders. Should they have accepted any offer? Did you expect Asia not to play hardball?

The re-launch of magic should be in a few weeks,if I heard correctly. They were also expecting more European countries to be on board. It is unfortunate that they did not get it right the first time. The delay is, I believe, due to a contract with a European company manufacturing the filter to be used in the new Magic Ciggs to change the taste. They were very optimistic that they had it right this time on taste.

X-22 ,,, I can understand how it is a challenge to have a pharmaceutical company accept a cigarette as a smoking cessation drug. It sounded like 22nd century was working hard on getting a partner. A one billion $ per year industry.

Would I have liked to hear better news on this CC? Sure. But I thought Henry was very straight forward and honest in his answers. He knows he has the goods to make this a very profitable company and investment for the shareholders..

If you don't believe in the direction the company is taking, then you should sell.

Etradedge , Your opinion on where CTIX is heading ? Very surprised the other stock is sub 4.....hopefully we'll get good results on both plays . If successful, I'll be happy with the financial gains but more importantly, for the people these drugs will be helping .

That and if Empery done selling , SP may slowly continue Northwards, unless we hear of an Asian JV or some other positive news, then forget the slowly part.

Agree, I've been following pre split and have been waiting for the opportunity to initiate a position. That time arrived last week . It's all about the science .
I just hope the background noise will lessen and it is business as usual at AVXL. This lawsuit has no merit. I have no idea how some people can even sleep at night.
Having lost my sister at an early age to AD this last year , I know firsthand how families are affected by this terrible disease. I'm proud to be a shareholder of such a promising company .

Today may have been more selling from the newsletter that got in a couple weeks back . Hopefully got rid of those short term traders .

I don't think they'll sit back and watch how this plays out. IMO there may be some play on XXII in the near future.

I think the company didn't want to release news on such a down day. But with each passing day I think the SP was going to suffer . Hopefully we'll get some exposure from the news .
