Right on all counts, it also has to do with our large bid-ask spread most days, which today is a whopping two cents at .06x.08, which makes this one hard to trade quickly right now.
Good to see that this is your first post on Ihub with an account made today, linking to a blog post made today. Thanks for the head's up and offering a different viewpoint.
This tells me it all though:
Thank you, goforit. You are a truly a credit to the force.
Yeah, it did...kinda funny that it did less volume so far than our days without news! lol
Jx, surely you remember the days of less than 10k worth of volume, and there were at least 5-6 of those days if I remember correctly. There is no volume for this sole reason: many people consider this a lottery play and have already "placed their bets". There are too many 'anticipated' variables and too many similarities with prior 'testings' in the past. Only difference this time is we have a company name, and well, nothing more but hope at this point.
Most of us here are keenly aware either 1st or 2nd hand that this product works and is cost-effective when it comes down to large scale utilization. Problem therein lies: can management pull the rabbit out of the hat this time? I don't know, but using my feelings as a springboard here, this more than explains the paltry volume at this time, IMO.
I would assume that was your '7777' buy just now, right?
Most of it was, but the part under strategies near the end stating their intent to "peruse commercial partnerships" is all we need to know. The whole PR could have been that one sentence, LOL.
I also like how near the bottom of the press release, they state that they are actively searching for "commercial partnerships" at this time. That is really all I need to see...some injected capital could do some amazing things for NENE.
Tell that to some of the investors who are rapidly approaching being a decade invested in this stock...eeeeek!
Wow 100k share trade at bid...
I truly hope this is the case here...many, many people will be extremely happy campers if this is the reality facing us in the upcoming weeks. Even with my now modest amount of shares it will still be a bonanza for me.
lol so true...
More than I would care to admit, IMO
And we aren't even guaranteed to hear by December...this is just our speculation on this board. No time-line has been set, nor have we heard any updates. We can only sit, watch, and take our bets.
Its all good, man. If it wasn't for your clutter and DD this board would be a virtual ghost town... =[
I'd agree if Wayne king wasn't on youtube all the time commenting on videos and uploading his own, lol...
I agree with Charles though, hes probably closer to the "get of my damned lawn" generation.
Um, yeah man...and my video was extremely basic, and I know I could have made it even better
But of course I do, how could I take that seriously? lol
Well the cats out of the bag in terms of two thing:
1) We haven't really fully utilized the bibby financing yet;
and
2) We have word on just why (sort of) we are issuing unlimited shares for an indiscriminate amount of time.
However, the jury is still out in regards to the Aramco test: if it has been done, or if it is in the process of being done, or has it been back-burnered. We just don't know, and all of the third party DD that has been done is just scratching the surface at best.
December we shall see, but if its another PR along the lines of, "Saudi Aramco is still testing MOP, we anticipate hearing more in the next few months, blah blah..blah", well, look out below, IMO.
Unfortunately I am not expecting any more news for this month. I just don't see it happening since the last PR accompanying the financials. I expect (demand, lol) some news next month...news of the 'epic' variety to boot...I mean dammit, give me something here MOP!
lol @ train set!
Seven is a distributor here...dunno about others?
Bounced pretty hard off the 1.40 area just now.
I appreciate that, sunbunz.
Even though I've been critical of MOP's management as of late, it was that test and confirmation of the product's efficacy that has kept me from selling all of my shares here.
When I made my demo video that is in the ibox, I got contacted by Wayne and asked how I made it so well. I was kind of shocked to be honest, I was merely using a mid-range 1080p video recorder with stability control amongst other standard features that tend to capture video more "professionally". I was like wtf, really? Are these guys recording on 8mm film or something? Still makes me wonder to this day...
Congratulations!
Kinda weird that they wouldn't post those videos to youtube as they would be very useful for prospective investors and users of MOP.
Thanks for the update!
And if this massive "sell off" you talk about without presenting evidence or an annotated chart, does not happen...will you just be like dust in the wind or something?
I think you should realize this is rising on the potential of an amazing product and it surely hasn't been rising at a phenomenal rate here.
GLTU
Same here again, man.
I paired down from 120k shares to 40k when we hit .03 and **** just seemed to be hitting the fan. Two days later, well you know what happened...that is investing, ya know? I will hold 40k shares until I get some other tangible news, ie: contracts and numbers. I will chase at that point because, well, I have bought enough shares at "bargain prices" with this one and feel MOP owes me at this point! LOL
Remember this though, and this is what made this a GREAT play. Many pinksheet companies tried to get the attention of BP for orders of their (sometimes, shady) products for oil cleanup. One we all know of got suspended for lying about getting interest and potential orders, many went up on hype and only that alone.
MOP got put on the BP list far ahead of the order we got months later, we had had interest from a previous BP official that had written a letter of recommendation a few years back praising us...who unfortunately was no longer working with BP at the time of this accident.
Our time will come, but when, how, and where? Where is appearing to be SA at this time...but it was also at one time in Ecuador, Azerbaijan, and the GOM.
Just some things to think about.
We all know what this product is capable of and the latest MOP catalog showed the new oil extractors for extracting usable oil from oil-soaked MOP, so the sky is the limit in terms of profitability here...we just need a lower COGS (cost of goods sold) to see decent profit margins here. This will be clearer in the next few weeks and months when we get further details about the outsourced production and costs therein associated.
Fully agree. This does work on small scales but can it be as scalable as Charles says it can, ie: can a MOP cannon sufficiently neutralize an Exxon Valdez spill in 24 hours as claimed? Inquiring minds would like to know!
It sounds like a damned fine idea.
Make it so!
edit: you've done TV commercials?
doubly make it so!
edit edit: don't worry I won't feel bad about you putting down our net videos! LOL
I personally did, and I was able to document amazing results and measure them to confirm MOP's marketed abilities. Yes, yes it would be great if more of us did grab our cameras and post to youtube. Problem is, we can only do so much individually, as we have discovered over these past few months of this year approaching and leaving the BP order fiasco...its all well and good, but there is lots of competition and our company's management and ability to execute has always been our Achilles heel.
Yup, its one of the more "forgettable" demonstrations I've seen of MOP.
Thanks for your research regardless.
run for your life, dammit.
LOL
No doubt you are right as well, I have been watching this stock for a while, and it is definitely the "same pattern" as it were.
Not being filled at ASK is one thing, but I am just saying there will be no shortage of impatient investors selling to break even and wait for lower prices to reenter, or others to invest elsewhere now that the time-frame is known.
None of this discounts the amazing play this can and will become in the near future.
I have no emotions with this, I am just stating facts..I still have my position here, no big deal...just explaining the movements in real terms here.
We will have a few weeks to grab cheapies, IMO.
Couldn't agree more! In addition, I am almost done with the bear raiding that has been happening in pre-fda decision pharmaceutical stocks as well. As usual, should have sold on the top when the commons were saved. Oh well, another lesson learned!
It makes sense when you add another thirty days of waiting for results. Many investors are fickle, and will take a slight loss or lower profit to put their money to work elsewhere. We will tread water until we get closer to one of these key dates. GLTA
I'll take a 1.50 close. See you guys next week.
They are letting her move again.
Little low volume shakeout, nothing big...but glad to see the buying pressure hold up.
Boardmarks are starting to increase...
