Agreed on both counts...would like to see a .0025 close. I love looking at my portfolio and seeing the value increase daily. LOL
Not a MSU fan being that I'm about 1 1/2 hour from Columbus, OH....buuut I hate Alabama far more so go MSU (and go Bucks)!
I wish you the best, man, but all signs are pointing toward a failed CEO running this company straight into the ground.
I think even if the contracts are legit (the only reason I ever invested a small sum of money here), Boreal will never show them on their papers and somehow her private company will reap all the benefits.
Francine may have a successful private company but if this isn't just intended to be a tax shelter, she's a terrible CEO and I hope she is rewarded handsomely with prison time if she's found to have been defrauding the shareholders.
Curt Kramer, as mentioned in the link I posted, is apparently a well-known toxic financier and president of the company that is listed on today's filing.
Considering EVTI was supposed to take advantage of that $7.5M loan to pay off all their toxic debt...it makes one wonder why they are involved with a known toxic financier. Or is it purely by coincidence that they just have really high hopes for a failing company that they've decided to invest heavily in it...
Big red flag IMO...I wouldn't expect a run any time soon. Might be a good stock to flip in the near future though provided they don't R/S.
All you need to know about today's news...

So I'm curious...
First off, before anyone comments about how dumb my question is, I'm new to investing but I like to analyze random sh*t so I figured it would be fun to try playing with pennies and might have better results than burning my money at the casino/bar (Keno).
Folks keep mentioning there may be a need for a reverse split in the future for uplisting...from what I've seen here, the OS isn't too insanely high here. From another tech stock I was playing, Facebook was brought up a lot...and Facebook has around 2.8B OS.
With that in mind, would a reverse split actually be necessary to uplist or would that be considered primarily just to speed up the process?
Edit: My bad...meant that as a new post, not a reply. Derp. lol
My thoughts exactly...borrowing more money and they have access to a $7.5M loan...? Something isn't adding up here...
There's only one more note left to convert isn't there, if it hasn't been converted already? Once that's gone should be pretty smooth sailing, I hope!
Yep, new app was awaiting iOS approval...I understood that. iOS has a slightly longer approval process, but even theirs takes about a week so if it were REALLY awaiting approval, it should have been approved within a week of the Android version.
...unless of course they didn't actually have anything submitted for iOS and were just fluffing.
I can't speak for Vegas casinos or private hotel rooms/suites/restaurants etc...but as for the CASINO part, every casino I've ever been to in Ohio and Indiana all provide water and soft drinks free of charge. I pretty much live on the Coca Cola while I'm there...it's about the only thing I can come out ahead on... :)
This stock has mad potential...and if they release the names of multiple fortune 500 companies they're working with, KABOOM!
I can imagine...I only have around $750 in this. Those of you who have thousands...I can only say I'm going to be very very jealous. Hahaha
Good luck to you all!
I have a lot of debt due to past young and stupid choices...decided to play this game and tossed all my extra cash into this one once I started reading all the good DD on here.
$.05 will pay off all that debt in full including my capital gains taxes... $.25 would buy me a house and new car on top of paying off all that debt. I'm all in!
I bought in a really small position...figure it'll drop lower but had change to burn and I'll likely average down later once it bottoms out again.
What I like about this company at a glance is the fact that they actually have a product to sell and it's in a market that is going to only continue to grow. I bought in more for the buyout potential...someone like Evenflo could swoop in and snatch them up if they end up with some popular products.
I sold all but 100,000 shares over the past couple months...reason I kept the 100,000 is just in case she were to actually sell or something were to happen that would send the PPS skyrocketing.
Too risky for me to keep any big money in though. As long as Francine is at the helm, this ship is sinking.
Oh, nice...learned something new, thanks!
Is it required to file an 8-k if they hired a new auditor? While slim, is there any possibility they've got a new auditor and are waiting for them to finish putting together the financials before making the announcement?
I would think at this point Francine would be doing anything necessary to get the financials in proper order before she ends up under criminal investigation for fraud. The angrier the shareholders get, the more noise they're going to make to get an investigation started.
I'm just curious, what's the 60 days about?
Where did you hear this?
So I'd be better off making $40 or so than burning my transaction fee hoping to turn it into a few grand on a huge run which the charts clearly show have happened more than once in the past? Makes sense...I'd rather just go dump my money in a slot machine...
I think you misunderstood me.
I have a whole $40 in this. Not $40,000. Fourty. If I was playing with my life savings, I'd definitely be 1-2 tick flipping this pick and nothing more, but I'm playing with some spare change and having fun seeing if I can turn it into a few thousand on a lucky pick. Good luck to you as well. Hope you don't get left behind if it runs huge.
I think I used some fuzzy math there...ha. But point still stands.
This is my go big or go home lotto pick...I tossed $40 in hoping to catch the next big promo. If I cashed out now, I'd take a whole $20 in profit after transaction fees.
If this hits .01+ as the chart shows it's managed to do a couple times in past promos, I'll take a lot more. If it doesn't, then I'm out around $20 unless it goes to no bid or reverse splits.
Honestly, I'm not even the slightest bit sure...sometimes I think it'll be over .03, but then I question whether it will even reach .01.
I'm just watching it closely and seeing what kind of news gets released.
If the news involves the Tommy Chong Green Card and shows the company *will* generate significant revenues...completely reversing it's past setup, this thing could take off. Too many factors here for me to make any form of guess.
If you got in at .0001 and they don't RS, there's much joy to be had unless you get too greedy and hold on for too long.
I will agree that anyone who goes long on this one is likely a fool...or has bigger balls than I do.
Yeah, sucks to be them no doubt...but if this shoots up to a penny or more and I don't goof up getting too greedy, my $40 lottery play is going to be looking pretty good.
I've never tried but based on others' posts, it doesn't appear that communication is her strong point, even when she's treated very respectfully. My weekend is pretty free...I may type up a civil email and try my luck just to say I tried it myself.
That's purely speculation...probably accurate but it can't be proven. This is why I think something needs to be done to give Francine the boot though. Or get her scared she's going to be caught and charged so she puts someone else in charge and lays low for a while. I dunno...there's gotta be a way to bring value to the shareholders but as long as she's blocking the way we're all screwed.
I'm just glad I'm only down a whole $177 on BRWC thus far and can sit on it for ages. I'd be pretty livid if she took me for many thousands.
Yeah, that's what makes this a gamble. We either get rich off a good gamble if the financials show good news or we lose all our money if they end up exposing fraud lol
How do you know for certain? They haven't released any financials...
If we can't accurately assume they've made money, you also can't accurately assume they haven't.
...hence why the financials are so important to us.
Definitely have a gem...but Francine's got it in her pocket and doesn't seem to want to share it with anyone else.
We get her out of the way or put her in check and this thing is gonna rock.
The demand for good water is only going to increase for the foreseeable future IMO.
So how do us minority holders start the process of giving the CEO the boot?
I did it the other day. Sold my 165,000 shares for $9.55.
An hour later the run began...
Bought back in the following morning. Lol
This stock would soar if we used whatever means were available to force Francine out and bring in a new CEO.
Provided they got the auditor situation taken care of, of course.
Bottled water is a big industry...the only thing holding the share price down is piss poor management.
If they had a product, why wouldn't they have it rolled out according to their stated schedule? Instead they keep saying it's coming and produce nothing while watching the share price plummet and doing absolutely nothing to reassure their shareholders that it's still a sound investment. Then you see the paychecks and bonuses these guys are getting and it makes you seriously wonder what's really going on.
They've got a great idea, I'll give them that...it sold me and my friends on it. But good ideas don't bring in revenues or even obtain users. Products do. And so far, their main product which was stated would be released during the holiday season is nowhere to be found and there are only a handful of days left before the holiday season is officially over.
Best of luck to you though...hope you guys get rich. I took the tax write off but if I was wrong, my friends still have stakes in this so they'll fare well.
First they need to prove they actually have a product which truthfully I don't think they have one. I think they paid someone to modify their Gift Ya Now platform and released it as a teaser to spike the share price.
Something is going on for sure...
I sold my whopping 165,000 shares yesterday at .0001 due to nothing happening in months. Then just a few hours later I see the volume skyrocket and price doubles. Gah!
Bought another huge position this morning...300,000 shares. Just in case lol
I don't see much of a lesson here any more...hope I'm wrong for your sake though lol
When I renew my membership and get PM's back I'll shoot you a couple of my other plays to check out if you'd like
By the time she gets a deal penned, negotiations finalized, and an agreement executed we'll be in the next recession and those businesses will all have closed up shop. Lol
I sold most of mine off but kept a small position here...being that we know this company actually exists, has a full plant capable of generating massive revenues, and may have contracts in place, all this would take is for the CEO to produce the right information and this could skyrocket.
But there are also a lot of red flags hence why I've kept my position pretty small.
I just hope if they learn Francine is funneling all the revenues to her private company, that not only is she caught red-handed, but that she is also prosecuted for defrauding all her shareholders.
Once upon a time I said hell yes...now there are too many red flags. I would avoid it IMO.
I hear you...my gf won't even let me talk about stocks in front of her any more LOL
