There is potential here. Lets get this moving! Good luck mates!
Years ago I had a gold stock accumulated between 1 and 2 cent. It shot up to 75 US cent in a matter of days. To this very day I am still living off some of that money that was reinvested into property and other stuff.
It is shocking when it happens and there is a disbelief at first and then when you pull the trigger it is pure joy.
Rare, but it can happen.
little bit of LUNA insider buying just posted.

205 brokers, 40000 doors open already. $100 for each door initial orders. Just have to get into the cycles, and those who know it takes just a little bit of time. The volume is telling. Go do the math.
This one is going to be big.

.0001 below that moving average, dang!
We are sitting with all the shares now. They are going to pay for them.
Does not really matter to me if it was real or not but when I sold it the bar had to be essayed first buy the buyer, they seemed happy with it.
I say gold has bounced off the trend-line, the bull continues and KATX follows with vengeance.

In 2001 at about $240 I bought a one hundred oz bar, and took delivery, it was a bucket-list thing you know. Made a great doorstop as I assumed that nobody would believe that the shiny thing was actually real. It worked.
Turned out to be a pretty good investment in a piece of furniture/art-deco.
So the gold bull continues, no?
Actually I am not, it is in the filings. Peanuts for you maybe, but still, better than selling.
Good luck mate.
Wow, a eighty dollar trade takes it down 8%, just got to love it. eom
All information is OK and needs to be dissected, good, bad or indifferent.
Good luck to you.
I agree it being a short settlement. Just been watching MCLN (and trading) and was watching the massive AH settlements going on for weeks. Then last week it came of SHO list. eom

looking good so far for the first day.
LUNA, been swinging this almost down the chitter baby for months now. I think they emerge strong this year. They do have to pay 5 million to Hansen plus some. But core business seems strong.http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=9529

STRONG DEMAND FOR DVM-750 IN-CAR VIDEO SYSTEMS CONTRIBUTES SIGNIFICANTLY TO FOURTH QUARTER SALES NEW PRODUCTS AND EXPANDED MARKET OPPORTUNITIES EXPECTED TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH IN 2010
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digital Ally, Inc. (NASDAQ:DGLY), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security applications, today announced that, on a preliminary unaudited basis, its revenue for the three months ended December 31, 2009 set a new Company record of over $9.2 million. This represents an increase of approximately 37% when compared with revenue of $6.7 million in the prior-year quarter and an increase of over 61% when compared with revenue of $5.7 million in the third quarter of 2009. The Company's previous quarterly revenue record of $8.9 million was posted in the three-month period ended June 30, 2008. For the year ended December 31, 2009, revenue approximated $26.3 million on a preliminary unaudited basis, versus revenue of approximately $32.6 million in the year ended December 31, 2008
"After a rough first half of the year that was penalized by delays in new product introductions and operating inefficiencies related to the ramp-up in production of our DVM-750 In Car Digital Video System Integrated into a Rear View Mirror, we returned to net profitability in the third quarter and expect to report a further improvement in fourth quarter earnings," stated Stanton E. Ross, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Ally, Inc. "For the full year, we delivered approximately 1,700 DVM-750 systems to customers, including 800 systems in the fourth quarter of 2009."
"We have significantly improved manufacturing productivity in recent months and look forward to 2010, when we expect sales growth to be driven by strong demand for the DVM-750 and our legacy DVM-500 Plus; increasing shipments of our new DM-500 Ultra video system for motorcycles, ATVs and boats, and the recently-introduced FirstVu wearable body camera; entry into the Fleet and Transportation market with the DVM-250; and our planned expansion in the second half of the year into the School Bus video and License Plate Recognition markets," continued Ross. "We ended the year 2009 with approximately 3,250 customers, representing law enforcement agencies in all 50 states and 36 foreign countries that are familiar with our products and reputation for quality customer services. This should provide a solid platform for the introduction of new products, while our feature-rich DVM-750 should allow Digital Ally to make further inroads with large domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies."

$heff, a wonderful 2010 to you and everyone else on this board.
My holiday is over and it is time to put in the hours again and make a living. The very best to everyone.
Later,
Probart
Bob, do not feel stupid. You took a great profit. Do not chase a stock. If you want to get back in wait for a pull back. If it does not pull back, well, so be it.
Now if you Really want to buy it back and believe in your own DD do not risk more than your initial investment I.e. $1400. You will have locked in your profit of $2240 to invest in something else. So at Thursday closing price of .0018 not more than 777, 778.00 shares (you should really add in your commission costs too). Your 500,000 would be even more conservative, not bad.
Penny world is full of surprises and we have all been given a good nip from chasing and sellers regret (which become bigger regrets if it tanks).
I think you mostly answered your own question.
And all the best for 2010!
If everything is on track as per all the PR's, webinar etc, then I would be betting that there will be a slew of updates coming our way early in the new year.
I have to reorder my Cobroxin oral spray online as I take a couple of sprays everyday to remain pain free. I would much rather see it on the shelf of one of my local South East drug stores. Lets crack it NPHC and XCHO! I want to see it in the stores.
I visited a very well known and respected Professor on the 24th Dec to drop off a gift at his house. On his kitchen table was a bottle of Cobroxin spray, he uses it for neck pain and he says that it works well.
I hope you have all had a wonderful rest and vacation for a well deserved 2009.
Come Monday lets put some fire under this thing!
Happy new year everyone.
Just a quick question, did they attempt to do even a partial fill?
Crazy! Well I was thinking of putting another buy order in for 100k this morning, did not pull the trigger ( I did have an order fill yesterday very fast).
So why would your order not fill @ the ask?
Elam, I think a small group have bought up the float, nothing left, nowhere else to go but up.
Whatever he told you, you should be able to tell the board. It is a public company. I do not see the point in everyone calling this guy and wasting time.
Spit it out mate!
thanks in advance.
Hangover Cures: What Works, What Doesn'tHeadache pills: Ah, your headache is gone. But your liver took some more abuse, particularly if you are using acetaminophen, as is found in Tylenol. Acetaminophen is by far the most common cause of liver failure in the United States, and combined with alcohol it can be deadly. One or two pills are usually safe, depending on the amount of alcohol in your system. Aspirin can be helpful before sleep and upon rising with plenty of water, but only in moderation. Aspirin, a blood thinner like alcohol, spares your liver but increases the risk of bleeding in your stomach and gastrointestinal track. If your body is sensitive to aspirin, it will hate it while drunk.

Another use for cobroxin??
Well I might call that inside information, but then again so much smoke and mirrors in the stock market.
A email to the CEO tomorrow should confirm most of what you have said.
Thanks for your time.
Ok, thanks. Do you still have inside connections to the company? Seeing that you seem to know that they have not sold anything in 4Q. I am finding it difficult to imagine how they would have got the financing and the contract with MDAS if everything is looking so bad.
Thanks
Ok, I just saw your previous post. Thanks
So how did they get certification in all fifty states including NY if it is a "problem" system.
Do you have anything positive to say about the system that you helped design?
I got laid off by a company once and even though they are not a bad company I still do not have anything good to say about them, it is a physiological thing you know.
Thanks in advance.
this is what I mean.
