Why would Big Pharma want to stop something they don't care to get into?
Big Pharma let MYDX take the risk? Is it because Big Pharma knows it will be years before cannabis becomes legal at federal level even though it is becoming legal by the states? Is it because Big Pharma knows they can just buy into MYDX's first to market smart medicinal cannabis vape pens due to market availability by end of this year? Big Pharma will have to go through MYDX? What effect will this have on current shareholders?
MYDX setting itself apart in medicinal cannabis market (reference link to follow):
"Since the inception of MyDx's handheld testing device, MyDx has been accumulating data tying the net physiological effects of cannabis to its chemical profile and is the only company in the industry that actively collects this sort of data with such specificity. And this has created a whole new business segment that is tied to the pharmaceutical industry."

MYDX is HIPPA compliant, important? You be the judge after considering the following (reference links to follow):
"We are finally getting to the heart of what ailments people are tracking and more importantly, what unique chemicals profiles are helping them find relief," stated Yazbeck. "By mining this HIPPA Compliant Data, we are now identifying the specific green Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (gAPI) that can be derived from cannabis, as well as the dosage of each ingredient that should go into a formulation so it can be tailored for a specific therapy."

MYDX current market cap just a fraction of its potential? Here's what this article reference has to say about it (reference link to follow):
"MyDx trades with a market capitalization of just $22 million, which represents a fraction of its potential if successful in launching into just one of its target end markets. With an initial focus on cannabis, the company is filling a very real need in a rapidly growing market, while its commercialization strategy mirrors that of many other successful companies. The potential to move into other areas of personal chemical analysis represents icing on the proverbial cake."
Granted, this article was written when MYDX market cap was nearly double what it is now, just imagine how much more effective reaching just one target end market will be!

MYDX Why gAPI is so valuable (link reference to follow):
"...we are now identifying the specific green Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (gAPI) that can be derived from cannabis, as well as the dosage of each ingredient that should go into a formulation so it can be tailored for a specific therapy. This information not only supports an active engaged community, but also provides the basis for our Company to partner, sell and supply smart devices and formulations to the various communities we service so they can benefit from tailored cannabis therapies that meet their specific needs."

MYDX major reasons why MYDX data is so valuable (followed by reference link):
"However, as MyDx began to analyze the data it accumulated from its testing devices, a much darker picture appeared - you cannot trust what dispensaries sell you."
"Today, if you were to go into any dispensary and ask for "Blue Dream", what do you think you would get? Would you get "Blue Dream"?
According to MyDx data, the answer is unequivocally NO!
Unfortunately, not all Blue Dreams are created equal, unveiling the biggest lie in cannabis. Whereas consumer products outside of cannabis enjoy a higher level of consistency and reliability brought on by stricter enforcement of consumer laws, the same cannot be said about the cannabis industry."
"Fortunately for MyDx users, brand names take a back seat to chemical profiles as MyDx tracks data based on sensory responses, interpreted chemical profiles, and an associated feeling or relief. So while you can't trust the brand name you purchase, you can Trust and Verify® chemical profiles and track how those profiles make you feel using MyDx, which has created another opportunity: green Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (gAPI)
"I believe extraction and formulation into a concentrate that can be delivered consistently to help patients find relief for their ailments and symptoms is the next logical step to achieving some level of consistency in the industry," stated Daniel Yazbeck, Chief Executive Officer of MyDx."

"One area where lab testing is absolutely set to expand significantly is California—the largest single producer and consumer of cannabis in America—where none of the marijuana is subject to state quality-control standards and may be sold as-is until Jan. 1, 2018."
MYDX is proving CannaDX is reliable for the everyday cannabis consumer to "trust & verify" to determine before inhaling if that is the strain that the consumer intended to put in their body. They will do this before 2018 by the time its required for dispensaries to follow quality standards.

"Widely used by marijuana enthusiasts, vaporizers have historically been low-cost, low-tech products. But many in the industry are now adopting business models that are more in line with tech giants like Apple, Samsung, and Sony as a means to grow sales.
One such company, MYDX, which is leading in Vaporizer Technology on top of their patented technology expects revenues to increase 35 percent each year through 2021. MYDX INC is soaring due to state of the art cannabis-vaporizing pen development."
35% increase each year through 2021, sounds reasonable since it is LEADING in vaporizer technology!
FACT? Sounds a lot like speculation.

MYDX is continuing to build upon its platform: FACT
FACTS are in FAVOR of MYDX
If this is true, then giddyup MYDX, no emphasis necessary.
Wouldn't it be nice to have FACTS located somewhere convenient for all to read in one place at all times?
Shorters can't legally get the sp below 10% margin, so if market closes below .00621, i would consider that a sell off. Price hasn't closed below a 10% margin in quite a while, in fact, volume hasn't been above 50k in a while either. And market cap is still well above $10M.
I purchased what I thought was a brand called "WetDream" and I was told it would help me sleep well and wake up relaxed. Well, when I woke, I was wet alright, from SWEAT, it was "NIGHTMARE" they gave me! Good thing I had the CannaDX to test what I smoked so now I never have to get "NIGHTMARE" again. Remember, not all "WetDream" are alike and can affect individuals differently. One man's "WetDream" can be another man's "NIGHTMARE" so get the CannaDX to "test and verify" before you smoke it.
MYDX NEW SLOGAN: "BACKED BY FACT"
Is it because Big Pharma knows they can just buy their way in? Why no big pharma producing a smart vape pen in the medicinal cannabis market that communicates data by Bluetooth? Don't they have significant resources and ability or will they just buy their way in because they know MYDX is already doing it and plans on bringing the product to market by end of year? What effect will that have on current shareholders?

MYDX, the best kept secret on this list of companies. Investors will be buying indefinitely into MYDX when they hear about MYDX's current product on the market and all of MYDX's products to be on the market. I believe investors will buyin much less before all products hit the market. It will be a scramble I believe for investors to get in under .025 with enough exposure.

FACTS are in favor of MYDX, speculation is of no consequence and is shot down by FACT, where are any FACTS about speculative concerns against MYDX? Are there not any because that's why it's speculative?
Check out this REAL concern published yesterday by a Canna health activist. FACT, there are concerns about trust regarding marijuana companies:
"Just 13 per cent of roughly 1,500 people gave marijuana companies a rating of five or higher on a seven-point trust scale."

Solution: Use MYDX OrganaDX to test cannabis of harmful sprays before use every time due to trust issue.

This looks like an institutional investor or at the very least, a company that institutions would trust to invest in indirectly supporting MYDX and remaining discreet:

Regarding Canada Cannabis Pesticide Regulations: http://www.cannabisfn.com/health-canada-mandates-cannabis-testing-pesticides/
You'll notice, this reference comes from an article published a month ago on the website of the company that handles MYDX's media marketing. This communicates to me that the more MYDX is involved with Canadian cannabis pesticide regulations, the more it will be involved in the beginning of US Cannabis pesticide regulations. If this is why MYDX chose Canada in marketing campaign ahead of US, investors are in for a HUGE payday in the years to come if not months. Genius I tell ya, investors are in good hands with MYDX.
Quote:
"Should United States growers expect similar measures?
As mentioned, there’s a lot that remains to be seen regarding the legality around cannabis in the U.S. given the mixed access across states.
But chances are, should cannabis become legal country-wide, officials will be looking at the models of standardization and quality control in other countries, like Canada, to inform future policies and practices.
Therefore, while no one can say for certain what will and will not be authorized with respect to medical marijuana testing, it’s safe to assume that there will be parallels between how Canada is managing medical marijuana and how the U.S. will plan to."

Good news travels fast and free.
Quote:
"Aphria (APH), one of Canada’s largest licensed Marijuana grower’s, called on the government to determine “clear and enforceable rules to ensure that customers are protected and have access to clean and safe products.” Other licensed producers are also starting to take measures to self-regulate and go above and beyond the regulatory requirements until further defined. The MyDx handheld analyzer for Cannabis (also known as CannaDx) goes hand in hand with those efforts to identify important chemicals profiles and the effects on consumers. This is a very unique opportunity for Canadian producers and MyDx to work together to track feedback from consumers that is tied directly to a chemical profile with over 48,000 datasets collected to date."

http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/pharma-and-biotech-companies-significantly-investing-in-rd-focus-on-rising-demand-for-advanced-medicines-628164013.html Wow, according to this, est. 50Billion dollars is used by these companies alone are using on R&D investments specifically in "advanced medicine" alone:
"In just over a year ago, it's been estimated $50 billion was invested on pharmaceutical Research and Development activities majorly on oncology, diabetes, and autoimmune therapy classes, which is expected to propel the biotechnology services outsourcing market growth. Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Companies with developments and recent market activity this week include: Moleculin Biotech, Inc., (NASDAQ: MBRX), XBiotech Inc. (NASDAQ: XBIT), GTx, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTXI), Agenus Inc. (NASDAQ: AGEN) and TrovaGene Inc. (NASDAQ: TROV)"
How many of these companies are applying research to the use of medicinal cannabis in the rising medicinal cannabis market? They are clearly focusing their attention on non-cannabis markets and will go through MYDX when the time is right for them which is most likely when medicinal cannabis is legal at the federal level. The more years, the more they will have to pay for all of MYDX's R&D investments in advanced medicinal cannabis vape pen. What effect will this have on current MYDX investors?
There's a reason why MYDX is on the top of the radars for new investors. Low entry if new investors are able to trade subpenny through their brokerages. Otherwise, look out when MYDX clears .01, we will see 100 new investors trying to get $10k in MYDX battling it out and raising the price with demand. The day MYDX hits .01, MYDX will clear .025 easy. $1M fighting for position.
MYDX is selling products globally.
They're the individual use sensors, no MYDX 2.0 required. It gets the job done for those in dire need which is pretty much all of China and it's affordable.
That too has been resolved, MYDX pulled the plug, it was a no go. However, what is interesting is that China science tech (CST) website is currently selling OrganaDX and AquaDX single use sensors. Doesn't look to me like a wasted investment in China market.
By 10:00am ET MYDX will be trading at .009 and will close at .0103
The issue was resolved.
They couldn't go to 10%? Big buying upon open tomorrow. Should be interesting.
Shorters could have gone to 10% by closing, I wonder why they didn't?
Clerical error, happens all the time, they were glad Jb pointed it out.
