In the bear market, Microsoft is up too!
If news really spreads, investors getting out of their NASDAQ and NYSE bets might jump on this!
I'm curious to know the License Agreement, cause that's where the big money is...licensing!
Wouldn't surprise me! I've been here for several of their R/S, I need dollars to break even.
If more lawsuit are in order, those defendants would be smart to just settle now...if big ass Microsoft essentially admitted to infringement, the little guys don't stand a chance.
Someone is buying this stuff up, and will charge a premium for it will the details of the deal is leaked.
OS isn't 10+ mil, today's volume already exceeds the "OS".
SFOR product must be the real deal if Microsoft settled and also decided to license it.
If management is smart, they'll decrease the AS!
I need to see dollars to break even! It appears that Microsoft now has a license agreement with SFOR.
Both the PhoneFactor and Microsoft suits are settled!
Based on the fact that the Jury Trial isn't set for another FULL YEAR, a split with these guys isn't speculation, it's a Guarantee!
With PhoneFactor (a Microsoft subsidiary). However, the Jury Trial is set for JANUARY 2017 (assuming a settlement isn't reached before then). As far as the case against Microsoft, the court, as of yesterday, has issued a 30 day stay.
(A stay of proceedings is a ruling by the court in civil and criminal procedure, halting further legal process in a trial. The court can subsequently lift the stay and resume proceedings. However, a stay is sometimes used as a device to postpone proceedings indefinitely.)
Litigation TRIAL set to begin in February.
A month ago, the latest R/S went into effect courtesy of our friends at FINRA, thus giving a new O/S count of 1,419,942 for sfor. I wonder how many share are outstanding now? It's unfortunate that so many people (obviously newbies and/or people whom don't read IHUB boards) bought some of this garbage a few days ago, only to get burnt yesterday. Good luck recouping what you've just lost.
This company's market value is currently speculated at $9 million (which is no guarantee), and based on the 5 BILLION authorized shares (which Kay can release at will) the current stock price is too high. .0018 is where this stock will drop and linger.
A $9 million deal with 5 billion authorized shares equals .0018; current stock price overvalued...headed in the right direction...down. LOL
WARNING NEW INVESTORS! I used to champion for SFOR until they stole $3000 from me via their latest REVERSE SPLIT. I don't know if it's a scam, but I'd advise any and every one to stay clear of this garbage until it hits atleast $1...and if history is an indicator, this will never see $1...therefore, don't waste your money!
Stargazer, I've sided with you in the past on SFOR, but I truly can't grasp why you are still going to bat for this company...they've shown us no respect...and I bet they've already increased the OS count since the latest reverse split.
QVC?! LMFAO!
This company along with FINRA and the SEC has discouraged me from investing in the OTC market. With the exception of FNMA (Fannie Mae), I won't ever invest in the OTC market again...too manipulated and unregulated.
I went from $3000 investment down to $19 (not counting the restructure fee, lol). Maybe this is the way (by allowing unlimited RS) the SEC and FINRA plans to discourage people from investing in the OTC market, thus letting the OTC market die a SLOW death.
I'll break even if this garbage reaches $2 and some change. Thank God I'm fortunate enough to take this loss; moreover, make money on the more proven exchanges.
Maybe the SEC and/or FINRA heard all the complaints about the excessive reverse splits and took action...latest reverse split attempt - DENIED!
No split yet, just no buys yesterday.
Yeah, I would rather lose my money via them filing bankruptcy instead of seeing it vanish via reverse splits...at least I'd know they lost too
As long as they live via reverse splits, they're winning at our expense...and as Faustilius says, "the government allows this". LOL
So far no R/S. They said on or around the 20th...hopefully the SEC and/or FINRA are looking into their practices and won't allow it.
I apologize to anyone here whom I considered a "basher". You guys were right. That said, I won't be on this board to criticize anyone, not even Mark Kay. I invested my money in SFOR which thus far has turned out to be a mistake. All I can hope now is that the SEC and/or FINRA will deny this latest R/S attempt.
Message to Mark Kay and the other 2 guys whom have all the voting power: You're officially done. If enough people file complaints, be prepared for a suspension, which will hurt every pending suit you have going.
Hopefully someday I can get away from the OTC (the OTC is for the middle class and lower, lol), and invest in proven companies on the real exchanges. Officially done posting on SFOR board :(

I wish they were a "gov't front company". The government has more money than Microsoft, not to mention the government has been the target of hacks lately.
Buy SFOR Mr. Government, Please! LOL

Yeah.
I know I was LMAO at your replies to Scotland..."Just your opinion, I don't believe that..."
You're wasting your time talking to these guys. They never provide links/facts to back-up anything they say.
Of all the Bashers, Hiphop makes the most sense 10% of the time. The other 90% is wishful thinking.
$FOR
Good read. It surprises me that Apple hasn't partnered with Strikeforce.
Google could be in play too.
Thanks. Good find!

232 mil volume! MSFT is accumulating. LOL
Maybe Microsoft should be buying at these low prices...lol.
Not only needing the technology, they're already using it. I recall buying a WinBook (which was garbage) and I had to register via out-of-band. The technology is also being used in Microsoft's Azure.
May the "force" be with Strikeforce!
Trial is set for February 2016.
If Strikeforce wins, there won't be an appeal; and if Strikeforce wins, Microsoft will have no choice but to settle this. IMO
From a May 26, 2015 motion, it appears that Strikeforce tried to ADD Microsoft as a defendant but the motion was denied. But if I read it correctly, Strikeforce can go after Microsoft separately.
Strikeforce would be wise not to go after Microsoft until they beat Phonefactor. But if they don't beat Phonefactor, it's over.
If they decide to go after Microsoft now, be prepared for (I hate to say it) more of the same.
