Thanks for confirming my point that Apple indeed did testing in public with liquidmetal putting to rest the falsehood that some brought to this board that Apple would never publicly test it.
Continue to enjoy our rise in the share price over the exciting summer!
Wow-35,000!
Wow it really dried up.
A very exciting summer so far, don't you think!
So are trying to argue that Apple will NEVER use liquidmetal, because they haven't yet!
Sorry I don't buy into this kind of circular non-reasoning mumble jumbo!
Evidence goes beyond just the patent! But yes the patent is certainly one important piece.
Nope there are patents, and convincing evidence of a revised home button using liquidmetal.
Not an agenda, just looking at the evidence, which some like to provide!
This is not manipulation, rather a growing awareness of what this deal with Li/EONTEC means for liquidmetals future!
As I said in earlier posts there are to many positive irons in the fire to keep liquidmetal down.
Eontecs 10k highlighted many, but not all, of these positives. And we are starting to see the response.
We haven't even started to see the news being brought to main stream media in China or the US, but it will happen. The share price will see explosive growth, way before revenue climbs.
Those who are waiting on the sidelines to see contracts/revenue climb before they jump back in are going to miss out on one of the greatest spikes in LQMT's history, I believe.
This is all on its way up from here!
It's a bad assumption to think that the main reason for this deal was to stay afloat.
This partnership benefits both parties in terms of IP, manufacturing capability, and machine technology.
Steipp himself said they had others knocking on their door, but they chose Li/EONTEC, not the other way around.
Is this why Li himself said that he is developing a vision and plans in collaboration with liquidmetal?
Sorry the idea that liquidmetal is not going to profit greatly from this partnership with Li/EONTEC is conjecture based on empty content.
Li will own 405 million shares of LQMT and you can bet the farm that he has a vested interest in seeing Liquidmetal, not just EONTEC, make mega revenue.
And he will certainly use EONTEC, of which he is CEO, in any way he can to bring this TO FRUITION!
The Chinese know this and are starting to climb on board liquidmetal. What we have seen over the last 4 days is just the beginning!
Sorry bringing in the past, doesn't change or dismiss the reality of the much positive happenings of today, or the fact that the company is now being viewed as a place for investment!
Keep telling yourself that, and I hope it continues to bring great comfort.
The reality is no one expected the affirming news to come from EONTECS 10k, which highlighted the amazing value of this partnership with liquidmetal!
This has continued to bolster well warranted confidence in liquidmetal and in the closing of this deal with Li soon to happen.
This is no longer just a day traders stock, but investors are beginning to see just what this relationship with Li and EONTEC will bring to liquidmetal and vice versa!
And continuing to cast vision, plans and liquidmetals future to "the nations top institutional investors and analysts" is a great thing, and does not equate to dilution as you assume!
This conference includes the "nation's top institutional investors and analysts. This year's event features more than 100 companies from a number of growth industries, including technology, business and financial services, consumer, digital media, clean technology and life sciences."
Sounds like a very appropriate audience for Liquidmetal.
You can do your own D&D!
Give him a call!
You are arguing over a conference that hasn't even taken place yet, no shares have been diluted, and any proposal as such is just a big fat assumption with no meat on the bone.
The fact remains that Li will transfer his 55 million and you have shown no convincing evidence to the contrary!
Postulating a downside to a meager conference isn't going to get this back to .12.
He does not own them until he exercises at .18 cents.
Plus he has to pay tax on them. This isn't going to happen unless he is absolutely sure he will make a huge profit!
So what is your point?
Nobody wants to miss that pop to .30 when Li finalizes his 55 million!
250,000 shares--Small potatoes!
Investors are going to be hanging on to this at least until Li's deal finalizes and contracts. Shorts are going to be in for a surprise!
I know not!
Liquidmetal has always kept 200 million shares in its back pocket to prevent any attempt of a hostile takeover.
I don't see Steipp trying to sell these off.
Significant institutional investors will be attending this conference, and exposure to them is a very good thing for liquidmetal.
Why would we not want to bring our vision, plan, and future to these institutional investors who will eventually get on board with liquidmetal as we head toward NASDAQ!
This is not about finding ways to dilute more shares. Rather its to educate major investors about liquidmetal, its partners, its potential, and where it is heading!
Steipp is doing a great job, and the needed groundwork for this company.
I believe our climb in share price is coming from smart Chinese investors who were privy to the 10k from EONTEC!
Bond, is a little man, and does not have the following to move this stock by 13 million shares in one day. His jump into liquidmetal in past years has never brought that kind of following.
A 10k from EONTEC filled with affirmation after affirmation about the potential and value of the partnership with liquidmetal is behind this surge.
This has brought in more long term investors rather than the typical fluff and stuff day traders.
As more and more news is leaked in China and brought to main stream media we will see more and more Chinese investors come on board.
Like Joshua, I am sure the Chinese know Li says what he means and means what he says!
Sorry the spin on the conference isn't going to bring back .12 cent shares!
Eontecs 10k is bringing in many new chinese investors that see the writing on the wall of success for liquidmetal in this new partnership!
Soon the deal with Li will be solidified and you can buy back in at the .30s.
Yep shorts got caught with pants down!!
Conference news is a non-significant issue. Trying to spin it any other way is nonsensical!
Who said it was behind today's move!
Tuesday Apple Rumors: Upgrades May Be Coming to iPad & Mac Lines
iPhone 7 may come in five colors
Aug 30, 2016, 12:54 pm EDT | By William White, InvestorPlace Writer
Here are your Apple Rumors for today:
Apple Rumors, iPad, Mac, Upgrades, AAPL
Source: Apple
Upgrade: A new rumor claims that Apple (AAPL) is working on major upgrades for some of its devices, reports Bloomberg. According to this rumor, the tech company is planning to introduce new iPad software that allows its Pencil stylus to be used with more than just the iPad Pro. MacBooks are expected to get a 5K monitor and a MacBook Air with a USB-C port. There’s also talk that the company will release a new iMac with a graphics card from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD).
Liquidmetal: A new patent from Apple details a touch surface made of liquidmetal, AppleInsider notes. This patent explains the possibility of using liquidmetal to create touch screens that could be tougher than ones available today. It notes that the alloys could be used to form “sense, drive, and/or multi-function circuit elements.” While the patent is interesting, there’s no way to know if it will ever be used. The tech company acquired rights to Liquidmetal Technology’s patents years ago, but hasn’t been doing much with them.
Colors: A newly-leaked image may show off the new iPhone 7 smartphone’s colors before its official release, reports 9to5Mac. The image shows what are claimed to be SIM trays for the upcoming Apple device. The SIM trays in the image are available in five different colors: Space Black, Silver, Space Grey, Rose Gold and Gold. If the image turns out to be genuine, then this means customers will have five different colors options to chose from when buying an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus.
Lqmt just went up 50 percent in last two weeks with no contracts, no news.
This will double on the news of Li's 55 million completed alone, without news of contracts.
Contracts will take it up further.
Visser sold all his shares.
Strike price means he buys back in at .18 cents. Would need to go up much higher from there for him to make a decent profit!
What is his pitch?
Li or Apple?
Yah keep telling yourself that for comfort!
Not going down to .08 again.
Link please. How do you know?
One thing is for sure. We haven't seen any of the insiders, including Li, dumping their shares over the last 5 months as some falsely projected on this board.
These insiders are holding tight to their shares, because they know the day is here when this stock is going to make them rich!
Link please.
Nope. Both on the same plain of negative theories.
Important not to forget that the extension with Li could also revolve around renegotiations with Apple in regard to the MTA AND TTA.
Li could be pushing this renegotiation to Liquidmetal's/EONTEC's favor.
If this is the case, expect to see not only the finalization of Li's 55 million, but also news of a revised license agreement with Apple that sets up LI/EONTEC/LIQUIDMETAL with a much more favorable agreement.
Doesn't surprise me at all, based on that 10k.
If China decides to take that info further into mainstream media I would imagine we would see a further climb up this week!
When news is released about Li's 55 million transfer completed, this stock is going to light up like fireworks!
.15 cents is going to look like a steal very soon!
Good luck to all longs!
Not such a long hot dry summer after all!
Lots of very important information coming out about liquidmetal phones, EONTEC partnership with liquidmetal.
I hope day traders weren't shorting this stock based on some who called for 08 cents.
We are now well into the green, and primed for more news to come!
Very exciting summer!
There remains plenty of SOUND REASONs for why many believe this deal with Li will complete at 55 million:
1. Extension filed with SEC, because of hold up transferring funds to us from China. Why waist time with a legal filing if it's likely not going to happen. I think Li has much better things to do with his time than play empty games.
2. Li himself said that he is currently working on a plan and vision with Steipp for the future. So the guy who is transferring the money is conveying his commitment to the future with Lqmt.
3. Li has already given 8 million, and sits on the liquidmetal board currently. Why would a successful businessman waist his time (months of negotiation by his lawyers, months of sitting on liquidmetal board) and money (tying up 8 million dollars) if he wasn't planning on following through with the deal?
4. All of the gems revealed in Eontecs 10K about the value and importance of this partnership with Liquidmetal.
Please provide your sound reasons (of which I see non mentioned in your post) for why it will not complete, or it will be changed (and please don't just make empty arguments from the past). And refute the above sound evidence and reasons in the process.
Well we are far from going back down to .08 cents as someone predicted on this board the last two weeks. LMAO
That 10k was a huge confirmation of the importance and value of this liquidmetal deal from Li/Eontecs side!
The BS being brought up about Li renogotiating to 25 million is just that BS.
I think we are going to see our share price rise this week.
The information coming out on Eontecs 10k is going to certainly raise some eyebrows in China alone!
EONTEC 10k is stocked full of gems regarding this relationship with liquidmetal.
I remember Steipp saying that as the investment world begins to understand the value of this partnership with EONTEC and Li we would see the share price rise!
