I envisioned a thinner version of the technology - maybe to have rows of evenly spaced wires imbedded inside of a thin ribbon material- all inside a comfortable yet thin, layered, waterproof cover. Of course they could have a battery hook up or a jack to easily hook up to a plug in step down transformer. Thanks for asking.
Pretty amazing isn't it? Kind of makes me wonder how many more drugs will be impacted, and therefore how many more that may hope that BIEL can't get these devices to market. (Some time ago, I came up with an idea for a PEMF mattress cover, not a mattress, due to ease of shipping and getting the same effect as a mattress - I am not sure if it exists or not).
The order was probably there from early this morning.
I would also find it incredibly ironic that the FDA would be able to police the entire Internet looking for things like this, yet be unable to find time to clear or not clear the same very products that are waiting for an answer from them.
I believe you are jumping the gun Anthony; the "death spiral" you speak of is only temporary as Jack is just about to obtain shelf space in Canada; quite possibly a road side fruit stand outside of Toronto, but non-the-less shelf space. It actually feels like Lost in Space! Now instead of Dr. Oz, I think they're trying to get Dr. Smith: "Those bumbling boobays!"
If "someone" is deliberatly running this into the ground there wouldn't need to be a "buyout," just a "payout" from someone else; and it wouldn't be somebody small like Greenwood, GW could just be another stumbling block. IMO
Thanks for the idea fuente. I'm looking at all the possibilities as to why this stock is where it is other than "waiting for FDA" and "poor management," as I've been hearing for a while now. Just keeping a open mind; but I'm sure you could give me a good excuse for Greenwood, no doubt.
Nice catch fbsf32. Incredible. A conflict of interest would not surprise me one bit (of course - right?); but if that is the case then AW should make a determination of the potential COI and if found plausible, could make it an easy exit. Not enough data yet, but nice potential lead and would explain the "stall;" at least it would make more sense why the accepted foreign markets weren't moving yet; hell, it sure beats the counting shelf space BS! Look everyone - I am just tired of all this, and would like this to move forward NOW! :) iMo
Thanks guys. I saw the linkedin info already, and I was just unable to access their names under the tabs on the website right away. Thanks again investorsiciple, ghost, and fuente.
I just visited Greenwood Group's website: www.greenwoodg.com and I guess you have to login to find out who even works there because not even Patrick O'Leary (president) or Elizabeth Greenwood (CEO) are mentioned in any of their tabs of info, nor is anyone else for that matter, nor do they tell you how long it took for them to help "build" businesses like Bioelectronics. Here we are in the so-called "Information Age" yet couldn't be left more in the "dark."
I agree. Also, I would like to know how much of Greenwood's funds have been used so far and in exchange for what- shares?
I really liked your number 8 solution (as well as the others), and then it got me wondering what kind of binding contract BIEL management got themselves into (if any) when they signed on with Greenwood. I mean, what if Greenwood is sitting on their duff and BIEL is bound by that contract, that would not be good if it stopped BIEL once again from being able to correct the situation in a timely matter and go around them to accomplish what should have been accomplished already. With all the crooks out there with their own agendas, business seems much more hostile and less friendly these days. More and more abuse with these small companies like Greenwood who promise much but seem to give very questionable results over time.
Hello levateva12321, nice entry point. Since no one really knows the date of the FDA clearance, we can only hope that each day brings us closer to a victory.
I see your giving your Thesaurus a workout today. lol (Part of you must wonder about traveling too much abroad while the ship is "listing" somewhat?) One would think that with such limited funds and liquidity that "focus" is imperative right now for success; therefore cutting back on travel - unless a potential deal is at stake - should seem to be the wiser road to travel. I propose more focus and development on the foundation that has been laid by management. It's time to pack a punch and do what successful companies do best !
Really ddls? And they say I'm the conspiracy theorist? Dude, or whatever, pill pain killers have more side affects than what's being reported. Not only do todays pain pills affect liver and kidney function over time due to toxicity, I'm willing to bet that today's pain pills affect the thyroid and other important organs, and I havent even really even looked into it yet. IMO
Thanks. You're right, maybe it's just way too easy- instead of selling their products- for these companies to just dump (sell) excessive amounts of shares without the approval of the majority of shareholders. We have NO power to do anything!!!! Except maybe sit back and watch and say: "DOH! There they go with our money again!" and it's happening too often. Like I said, after this, Wallstreet's gonna have to do without whatever money I have from this point forward, along with anybody else I can convince to stay way from it. Have a great day Steve! All IMO
I see what your saying, but I look around and am not that impressed with most people's character - especially the ones making the big decisions that affect our lives. Take M. Romney for example, i don't have anything against him, but I wish I had access to his broker to make decisions for my portfolio; not bad to make over 22 million in investments in one year without basically lifting a finger. Not saying money improves character, but I gotta say I've truely had it with waiting and waiting and getting nothing - no worst than nothing - less than what was put in initially. (Spare me from the analogies).
According to fuente, by now I should be well defined! Because I for years I trusted these so-called penny stock "businesses" (not talking just about BIEL but many other penny stocks), who unlike gambling are not "in the business" of flipping cards to make a profit, but real legitimate patented products and/or services. I did not expect so many of these businesses to 'sell out' the shareholders - out of their investments as they have and if this stock does not turn around and prove me wrong - or actually right because I believed in it, then wallstreet and every other penny stock POS - (I won't care what it is or how well its supposedly doing), they will have another enemy who will stop people from investing in crap like stocks. This particular stock is my last penny stock left over since the crash of '08 and I have one bluechip (UTX) left, and that's it! Goldman Sachs today suggested in heavy buying of stocks right now and the comments were all hilarious saying things like if they want you to buy then sell because they are up to something. They have the ability to "flash trade" our pants off and the playing field is totally freaking scued in their favor- FACT not a conspiracy. Wallstreet has cracked up & most people have wised up to all their pathetic lies and that is like going to a casino to play the slot machines where they let so much $ out to lure the suckers and some suckers - though few - will actually win - that's their whole pitch. IMO
madp: doesn't iHub reside in UK, though a lot of Americans use it. There is more censoring going on in America it seems than over there. IMO. I have had trouble posting political opinions on Yahoo, You Tube, and Google that had no bad words, just stinging truths. It almost seems like specific groups are hired to filter out certain truth containing ideas, but let all sorts of immoral and unbelievably perverse things through. Have fun!
The only "insane" part of all this is when AW had the chance to sell the company around .20 but didn't.
Good work Johny, you have pinpointed one of the sources of frustration for BIEL shareholders; some more to identify no doubt. . . . .(some sources are able to "hide" under slow, dinosaur-like, operations).
I response to:

"This is how big pharma survives. They need companies like BIEL to secure future sales.
Everyone is stating that big pharma wants BIEL to fail, and that some conspiracy exists between big pharma and FDA. On the contrary, big pharma NEEDS companies like BIEL to survive..because without them their rev streams would dry up."

You can bet that big pharma and the little brother FDA along with all the other stumbling blocks I've mentioned in an earlier post are doing their best to stall the success of companies like BIEL so they can continue to sell their "drugs" OTC or otherwise. Also, decisions to stall a company into bankruptcy would not be held in an open meeting for all to hear, but among the top people in these organizations capable of carrying them out. If you can't understand how something like this could happen, let me give you an example you may understand- and that is the military. Another example of how things are carried out without your knowledge in the corporate world is that bosses usually tell people what or what not to do Without always giving an explanation, and if you disagree - you are on the outside looking in. At some point they may need
a "company like BIEL to survive," and have many ways to acquire their patents, etc., but in the mean time, it's business as usual. IMO
Very interesting about Gorsky, who is an expert in devices has become the new CEO of J&J. I'll bet Weldon was one of the people that did not provide the "insane" offer that AW was looking for way back when and probably figured that BIEL would eventually come back around due to lack of liquidity. With Gorsky at the helm, you can speculate that he is well aware of BIEL's existence. Let's see what comes of it in the coming months. They are probably watching for approval just to be sure, (just like we are), before making any offers.
IMO
Great post as usual Brabo; but the situation is not as you stated. I got an email alert when it hit .002, but was too busy to react and it finished up (painted) green, my favorite color (and Andy's favorite color) for St. Patricks Day (tomorrow). I'll bet Andy painted it green just for that reason!!! lol
Nice job. He seemed perturbed about giving you specific info on when the presentations were given. I was hoping he would have given you that info - because then it would have given me more of a sense that something was actually getting done.
The FDA either has the highest moral, ethical standards on the planet or the top dogs running the show over there are very cateful calling the shots and just haven't been caught with enough evidence yet! That's actually more believable to me. I think they should make a new logo for the FDA with an illuminated halo on top of the FDA letters. Yeah, that would fit their impeccable reputation along with the AMA and the new genetically engineered food with virtually no nutrition or seeds coming down the pipe for all. GLTY
Hi madp, I feel like that Bioelectronics funding has been successfully cut off by a plethora of aholes behind the curtain. Over the years BIEL has had to overcome BS from short sellers, from brokers like Scottrade, Etrade, etc, with their "no buy" list BS, the DTC, MM's, paid bashers, FDA preventing sales in U.S., and now foreign supermarket owners who have OTC clearance but can't seem to make enough room for an Actipatch. WTH? Someone should show them the Dr. Oz show. I'll bet Dr. Oz was probably sternly talked to after that show for showing the Actipatch. If you find a non-drug solution, or have something worthwhile to offer people - you are just like all the other doctors or scientists who are ostracized and abandoned. They are redirected toward a guaranteed path of failure and if you disagree - your funding is cut off. BIEL's income is being targeted and from what I can see - the disdain for these kind of non-drug products appears to have spread world wide. How is this possible? We all have been patient, IMO and now I want to see BIEL moving with SALES results because fact: the Fk'DA has so far been useless to this company! That's my conclusion until a positive change actually happens.
Don't cha love it when after you've waited for years for a company to pull it together, meanwhile watching most if not close to all the penny stocks -portion- of your portfolio dilute and R/S your shares into oblivion (after the "crash") that somebody can come along and accuse you of not having any patience. Don't cha just lOvE it? lol
I think CAN is important to some of us here and would be a victory for BIEL to finally get real OTC recognition outside the U.S., in spite of U.S. FDA, because (though I hope I am wrong and I have no proof) I don't think the FDA is going to give BIEL any decision if ever, because they have no real timeline or pressure from anybody to do so and can sweep it all under their BS safety excuses "rug." There should be a dosage
(length of time used) established if they are concerned about long term use of the products to cover everybody's butt.
Don't listen to them. I am conviced that there are a lot of money grubbing FDA pill pushing freaks roaming around watching this stock go down. Everything you show them is a conspiracy theory to them - and they pretend the FDA is for everyone's well being when there is plenty of evidence to the contrary. The warped philosophy of the FDA is clearly obvious - except to those who have connections with them and/or are able to line their pockets. PS: I had a lot of walnuts this afternoon as a snack!!! Chew on that FDA!!! (Just go ahead and try to take my bag of walnuts!)
We all know that penny stock companies wouldn't ever dream of releasing a PR then dumping more shares. Conspiracy!!!
Anyone working for the government, who obstruct's a persons right to good health for any reason, should have their entire background thoroughly investigated with the utmost scrutiny, & anyone above them who sides with them for BS reasons should also go through the same - until all are permenantly removed from position and a "clear" report made easily available for public review. It's time to shine the light of truth on the FDA and expose the "areas" that are rotten to the core! (I know there are some good people who work for or with FDA on this board). Something like walnuts or anything like it should not even be subject to this kind of silliness. The longer it takes for BIEL, the longer I believe the FDA will not clear BIEL's products, even though they have allowed RxRecovery through, and even though they will have no grounds or sound reason for it. Just more BS. AIMO
Good one- lol! Made me laugh. Some of us at- least 17 of us - believe that what we have left invested here is worth the risk that the "horse" might get fed up and kick back. So tell me, why do you keep visiting a supposedly "dead horse" anyway if there is nothing to see here anymore? There are plenty of other boards that I'm sure would love to hear your repetitive negative rhetoric. Hmmm?
Thanks for that! I think that the FDA is trying to make us "stronger" because as the old saying goes, "what doesn't KILL you makes you stronger," and I really believe the FDA, especially in this case, is trying to assist in preventing people from being healthy - ergo kill us. I guess they will also have to make "fasting" illegal because fasting allows the white blood cells to "catch up" with cleaning up hemoglobin. Gee, I wonder who suggested that fasting (from time to time) was a good thing?
I saw a possible connection in the "Clients" section of the orianhealthcare website:

Over 3 mil shares waiting at the bid; hang in there people!
Here is why getting the Canadian Launch is a really big deal. Here's an article that gives an idea of what's involved called (scroll down on link): "Mindmap: How to get your product into a supermarket":
http://www.smarta.com/advice/suppliers-and-trade/logistics-management/mindmap-how-to-get-your-product-into-a-supermarket
Q: Does any body know the logistics of getting (distributing) these BIEL products to each store? I assume it will probably be a (lower) quantity at first but at many locations.
And we wonder why the pps doesn't have a chance right now; because even the longs must always state the obvious.....
Thank you fuente. I understand, appreciate, and agree with your clarification.
