Thanks, I was just wondering because when I called the Transfer agent, she was surprised that I did not have a certificate for the CDs.
(Called because I saw some people had to pay to get the CDs cancelled and then converted to stock.)
Can anyone confirm this:
Anyone with Scottrade and Choicetrade do not have to do anything in regards to the CD conversion. All conversions of the CD is handled electronically through the brokerage hence no need to send any check to transfer agent since these brokers are doing the conversion on your behalf.
Thanks!
Free speech... Speak your mind. I have been called basher before. Corr needs to go on to a radio show. Bring back the audience. Once that is back, then release the PRs of substance. One of these PRs will/should be the "reporting."
Without an audience, there is no volume, without volume, there is movement, without movement, we are drifting...
The last PR was actually really good, but why PR significant info if there is no audience?
Apple Rush(TM) & e-water(R) Gain Momentum at the Natural Marketplace Show in Vegas
RushNet, Inc. (RSHN.PK) recently participated in the Natural Marketplace Trade Show in Las Vegas, NV July 21-22 www.naturalproductsassoc.org/site/PageServer and garnered increased support for the Apple Rush™ Brand and e-water®. The show was well attended by Natural Foods retailers from throughout the U.S. To view pictures of the event click here: http://www.beveragesexpress.com/Trade%20Show%20Glimpse.html
RushNet was encouraged at the response that e-water® received at the show. One of the hottest new supplements at the show was Fulvic Acid, and the surge of interest in this sparked attendees to take a closer look at e-water®. e-water® is now viewed not only as electrolyte-rich water, but as a highly beneficial product that utilizes Fulvic Acid as part of its enhancement and delivery system. Many of the attendees, who were not familiar with the product, took the time to hear the e-water® story and request more information on selling the product.
The key benefit of the show for RushNet was the approval of the Organic Apple Rush line by two of the largest U.S. Natural Foods Distributors, Tree of Life www.treeoflife.com and Nature’s Best www.naturesbest.net . Tree of Life’s approval encompasses four Distribution Centers; Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest. Nature’s Best is a West Coast & Southwest regional distributor. Together these distributors service over 7,000 natural and specialty grocery stores throughout the U.S.
RushNet is scheduled to participate in upcoming tradeshows at Nature’s Best (Brea, CA) August 12, 2007 and Tree of Life (Midwest Distribution center, show in Indianapolis, IN) August 25, 2007. These shows are attended by Natural, Specialty and Grocery retail buyers and are traditionally order writing events. RushNet expects that these events will greatly expedite the sales activity of Apple Rush™, e-water® and other RushNet products.
--------------------------------------------------
Research shows that fulvic acid can 1) convert essential minerals and trace elements into bio-available nutrients, 2) reduce damage caused by heavy metals and free radicals, 3) promote electrical cellular balance and 4) enhance metabolism of proteins—among other benefits.
Few bottled waters can deliver a full spectrum of available electrolytes. None except e-water ™ contains fulvic acid, our special ingredient.

As listed and registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. E WATER is registered and owned by RUSHNET, INC. RushNet is 100% owner of e water.
I am sure RushNet does not manuafacture the e water. I am sure it is outsoured to someone else. I believe Coke (something) is bottled by Coca cola bottling company or something like that. This may not be a good example.

Not sure what you really mean... If you own the trademark, then you own EVERYTHING. That is why there are trademark infringement laws to protect the owner of the trademark. Owning the trademark is the product, royalties, etc.
I do not see your interpretation of ownership.
May be you can explain it a different way so we can understand your point or what are trying t get across.
Thanks.
Funny you mentioned, when I saw the sign, I immediately went to the Wings website my mouth started to water. Well, it is lunch time on the West side.
Cheer!

They should have the USDA portion of the sign "flashing".
Just my opinion. It makes it stand out since it does not appear it is even lighted.
No need to apologize ...
I just was not sure if Corr had something in mind to release w/ the a Pr or what not.
Anyhow, this a franchise with more than 430 locations across 37 U.S. states.
Quite a deal and other in the making. Signs of AR is really turning up.
Looks nice but is it prudent to post/host the pic without it being PR'ed first?
Thanks.
Ok, you got me on that one, but to correct you on something else, RSHN owns Apple Rush at a percentage of 51.
Shareholders owns 100% of that 51%. RSHN gets 100% of revenue/net of that 51%.
RE post of an answer.
51% is only AP. Shareholders get nothing. I though you sold out... Usually when I sell my holdings, I am gone from the board.
Wow, this excellent news w/ lots of distribution. More evidence of moving forward w/ a very good product.
May be because Spanish is the first language in the Southwest part of the United States. lol
May be the recorded tapes you have in your possession can shed some light into the question. You can summaries it if you like...

You need to calculate it into Philippine peso. lol
May the FBI and SEC should hear about Peralie... People like her and her cohorts should be in behind bars. I think shareholders who lost money would rather see that happen...
51% is only AP. Shareholders get nothing. I though you sold out... Usually when I sell my holdings, I am gone from the board.
Wow, a New York sighting of Ginseng... interesting... Is this the first for NY?? or was it sighted before but disappeared and then re-appeared???
OT: Fed Cuts rate @ half point.
Actually, after calculating the value of 64 million, it is only worth $6,400. So I am pretty sure you are right, it is nothing but a drop in the bucket.
Sooo many people are trying to buy at .0001, gave a reason for MMs to pull PPS down. MM calls Corr, "hey, everyone wants to buy at .0001, what do you want to do?" Corr replies, "Sell it to them my good man! We cannot keep buyers waiting!"
PPS takes a dump!!!
Hip, hip, hurray!!! Corr for President!
Or maybe a shareholder took a dump?
Who knows, we will find out soon...
LOL!!!
Correct if I am wrong, but you cannot sell food on e-bay, plus e-bay has rip off fees! can't wait until Google comes out their version!
Anyhow, I would not reply internet sales as any indicator of sales/revenue.
I though Dr. Pepper was like carbonated prune juice/soda... lol
Hmm... this is interesting... In Los Angeles, my mother runs 2 schools' food services on campus. Not exactly the owner, but subcontracted. She has contact with other schools in the surrounding area, including Orange County Schools. BTW, these are colleges.
In these schools, I don't believe there is a contract. As for the vending machines, I do not have any knowledge, but the food area on campus has Coke, Pepsi, Boba Mike Tea, Starbucks in glass bottles, Naked, Sobe, AriZona, all kinda of juices, etc.
I do remember, going to Vons (there was a limit on how much you can buy) one day for my mother because they had a sale on canned sodas for 4th of July. I was asked to buy Pepsi and diet Coke for sale at the schools cafeteria.
I will probably have to ask her for more information.
Costco may not be as bad, but I agree, Walmart is VERY bad. The schools on the other hand, are really good in my opinion. Too bad Corr has not supplied them yet. It would bring brand recognition from the kids to the adults to the faculty. From the schools, it would be word of mouth, the most powerful advertising of them all.
lol!!!
I am surpised that there was no PR today. RSHN has a nack for putting out a PR when no one is watching and out of town because of the holiday weekend. LOL Good for them... maybe they learned from history... lol
Who are you and what have you done with Shorts? I am going to report you as a hacker who stole Shorts' identity!
You are right though, real company with real products. Just wish it was more transparent thats all. One thing for sure, progress is evident in the Mid West and Northeast of US. We will see when the products pop up regionally.
Interesting to note: Volume not too high, but significant in the way that it was all at the ask and more than the "usual" volume.
Conspiracy theory: Volume out of no where and all positive. When this happens, I think someone knows something.
Out come: A Press Release to follow.
Why is this usually the case? Either that or just a few buyers make up most of the volume. Who knows, we will find out by Friday...
Anyhow, the above is just speculation.
It was an OT post, but (reportedly) Bob has been in talks with Whole Foods. Out come is unknown at this time.
Whole Foods purchase of Wild Oats just means more stores to Whole Foods and no need to do the song and dance for Wild Oats. If I remember correctly, Whole Foods approve products they carry regionally or something to that effect.
If memory serves me right, a few products have been seen in VERY few of the Whole Foods stores.
Slowly, but surely, distribution of RSHN products are being made and seen by shareholders.
OT: Whole Foods buys Wild Oats
Monday August 27, 8:28 pm ET
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Whole Foods Market Inc (NasdaqGS:WFMI - News) said on Monday it had bought smaller rival Wild Oats Markets Inc (NasdaqGM:OATS - News), following months of delays as U.S. antitrust authorities sought to block the $565 million deal.
The acquisition extends Whole Foods' dominance in the expanding natural and organic grocery market and eliminates one of the chain's chief retailing rivals.
Whole Foods said that by the close of its takeover offer at 5 p.m. EDT on Monday, Wild Oats' shareholders had tendered 96.8 percent of the company's outstanding shares for sale at $18.50 each.
The Austin, Texas-based chain said it would pay Wild Oats shareholders and take control of all those shares over the next three business days.
Whole Foods announced its plan to buy Wild Oats for $565 million plus the assumption of debt in February. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission sued to block the deal in June, saying it would hobble competition in the market for natural and organic groceries.
A federal appeals court denied the FTC's request to temporarily block the deal on August 23, paving the way for Whole Foods to move ahead with its takeover plan.

For someone who is in Korea and never been to the United States, you sure know a lot of American sayings/slang.
"Do your own DD, my contact with 7-11 in Japan, thinks any deal with 7-11 is a no no.
My contact said Rushnet blew their chance last year with E-water.
They had a deal, but Rushnet could not step up to the plate, and eventually struck out."
For someone who just heard about RSHN, you know sure know the reason why they bought into RSHN.
"People got in to Rushnet because of the Asia/Japan dream."
For someone who is not in RSHN, you sure know how to use the word "us," unless you do Not know what it means.
"Trade shows? look where it has got us so far?"
--"I see your true colors shining through I see your true colors . . . " Cyndi Lauper
RushNet & Apple Rush: Can this possibly be a solution or consolidation rumored?
LOL, there is a joke re: GrayTaxi (in Korea if true) having better grammar and spelling skills than our current American high school graduates (graduating after 5 to 6 years form a 4 year high school).
AK47 can't be an Insider. Chrispy spoke to AK on the phone when Chris went to meet Corr & Co in Chicago.
This stuff is getting too weird! lol
OT: Coke switched to Cane sugar as sweetner...
ya, right.
