Not sure what you really mean... If you own the trademark, then you own EVERYTHING. That is why there are trademark infringement laws to protect the owner of the trademark. Owning the trademark is the product, royalties, etc.

I do not see your interpretation of ownership.

May be you can explain it a different way so we can understand your point or what are trying t get across.
