Recently the company issued a press release announcing that the company's CEO, Dennis Ammerman, appeared on "Nashville Business-This Week" to discuss company developments, and to showcase his business plan which presents a comprehensive approach to urban revitalization.
Details of the company's business plan may get the attention of investors, as the program, which was taped on August 12 and co-hosted by Holly Dollof and Geert de Lombaerde, aired five (5) times over the past weekend on Nashville station WTVF!
Continue to watch this company as it progresses! The show focused on the cutting edge of urban living in terms of individuality, design, and lifestyle in America's metropolitan areas. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to get the word out about LoftWerks (LFWK) and our emergence here in Nashville," said Ammerman. "We are integrating a previously disparate array of projects, services and products into the leading movement in metropolitan markets in this country. This includes anything from our physical restoration services to an on-line and catalog merchandising campaign created specifically for the urban/loft market, and even the future production and broadcast of a cable TV series which will highlight and promote the benefits of living in dynamic inner-city locales."
Investors should continue to monitor the progress of LoftWerks for further developments! On June 30, 2005, LoftWerks announced its IPO and presence in the public marketplace concurrent with the launch of its latest real estate venture; a complete transformation of an inner-city icon located in Nashville, TN., The Ambrose Building, into a Luxury High-Rise residential community worth an estimated $40M at completion.
Loftwerks has previously converted six older buildings in Detroit into highly desirable living spaces and will spend approximately $4.7 million to replicate its successful renovation model on "Ambrose," located at 162 Fourth Ave. N., in the heart of downtown Nashville.
On the program, Ammerman discussed the founding of LoftWerks, its recent IPO, and his ideas concerning the development of a new, on-line and catalog-sales campaign that will offer the "essentials" to his burgeoning market of urbanites, including a furniture line, house wares, and other "survival-gear necessities" for the urban dweller. "I always appreciate the opportunity to convey our vision. Media is vital. Everyone willing to listen must have a chance to hear loud and clear. There is a whole lot more to this company than bricks and mortar... it's about all the things that make us the right thing at the right time."

LFWK thats how it looks to me
but I could be wrong...
volume has dried up on the downside...
tomorrow could be a nice reaction back upwards to continue creating the early uptrend.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7915558
glad you like them
we should be at a bottom here for LFWK
but I do not guarantee it...
but early signs are that we are
A
picture
is worth
a thousand
words:
just follow the chart and make your decisions based on that
there is no way of knowing when news or other things will come out..
the chart looks good here
we need to get september over with....
october things should start heating up again
i think .08 to .01 is the base here
Into the Apex...
and then the explosion...
well I am too lazy to post another chart on this, but basically what I did was project at what price LFWK would be based on where the RSI level is
a RSI peak or overbought level is around the 75 to 80 level..
LFWK at .09 has RSI at around 65 or so..
the bottom line is that LFWK is so oversold that it leaves mountains of upside ahead of us before we even approach overbought levels.
RSI is starting from such a low level that we have plenty of room for it to move on the upside!
those of you planning on selling at .03 to .05 level will be selling no where near traditional historical overbought levels
once we get to the .10 level there will likely be a pullback to .07 or .06
that will provide a base and launching point to the REAL breakout to .20 !!!
wow, i have just done some additional research and price projections on LFWK
I can say with good confidence that the .10 level is not even the first maximum overbought level!
it means that our first major overbought level will be in the .15 area somewhere....
and that will only be the first leg up!
based on 3 elliott waves up we should eventually hit .20
definitely a buy and hold here for at least one month going into prime time season!
you may think I am joking.. but that kind of move is entirely possible here..
SWKJ did the same thing after it bounced upwards from oversold..
it bounced to .13 in one day from .02
well, there was a PR out from SWKJ about them buying up all of the float from asia to pump up the shares...
seems people did not mind that and the stock had some nice moves...
believe it or not, but there really is not any MAJOR resistance on LFWK until .20
.20 is the first major resistance that I see..
thats why this one is so attractive
well actually after looking more closely.. it can be argued that .03 is minor resistance.. there will likely be some profit taking there which should build cause and base to move quickly to .10
One of the most interesting things about LFWK is that on 9/6/2005
LFWK had an intraday rally
the low was .008
and the high for that day was .03 !
Folks, that is an intraday volatility of 275% !!
I can tell you right now that any pinksheet or OTC BB Stock out there that has a very large float or OS would not likely see such large intraday volatility.
You can tell about the float of a stock simply by looking at the price percent swings and volatility of the stock and how fast it moves..
it is very clear to me that we have one here with a tiny float and hence potential for a quick and rapid move !
LFWK is capable of getting to .03 in one day! and that would only be the beginning of the rally!
.15 to .20 seems very possible here
especially considering we are at:
*End of quarter, end of month window dressing period this week.
*Very bullish broad market environment
*Companies commitment to shareholders and new energy
*In the strongest seasonality sweetspot now
*January effect kicks in as early as October, November...
*a kick ass chart and a great story
This is how Kong reacted when he found out naked short sellers were slamming LFWK down:
First TARGET price for LFWK:
this is the minimum target based on the highly reliable fibonacci retracements:
oops sorry I meant ILCO
INSQ chart tells me it may not be ready yet
a tough call though
huge huge volume will be necessary to break .004
we need to build enough power to get through...
a market order for pinksheet stocks?
it has been a while since I have traded pink sheet stocks. Mostly I stick with the otc BB's
I noticed that pink sheets take a lot longer to fill even if your limit price is a steal.
do you guys ever enter market orders for pinksheets for faster execution when its urgent to get out
or is it the kiss of death? and will you get filled at bad ticks?
don't forget SEIH an undiscovered one that everyone is ignoring now..
it has a bullish flag and good setup going into next week..
CEO coming back from business trip in China next week with possible good news
yet another LFWK chart
the only DD you will ever need:

not saying we can't pop, but in my experience the uptrend starts slow and then increases with speed as time moves on..
one thing remember with LFWK
yes it declined very fast from 20's to .01's
fear is a much stronger emotion than greed..
so prices can fall extremely fast...
so for the new uptrend that is beginning, keep in mind that it will likely take longer than just 2 to 5 days to get up to .20
it will take a gradual regaining of confidence
those who hold on are rewarded the most IMO
.15 to .20 by October November time period
don't forget january effect starts to kick in November too
LFWK started trading in JULY 2005
many times when stocks first come out public they tend to have rapid price decline initially ( could be a nasdaq stock, nyse stock, amex stock, doesn't matter)
then price moves back to a mean level from the over reaction
but, all of this is irrelevant..
what makes this stock and chart so attractive is the rapid decline, the nice base we have now and the volume accumulation.
the fact is we remain oversold and are ready for an uptrend cycle.
that is the most important thing going forward!
LFWK fall? I am not sure what you are talking about and in what time frame.
The fact remains that the daily and weekly chart is extremely bullish going into next week...
I am accumulating aggressively at around .01 level
LFWK new bull market signal
