Some people just don't know how to admit defeat...lol
Nooo...pull back Tuesday. My money doesn't hit until Wednesday lol
Unless EVTI pulls out a new strategy, I bet we see 1's before the end of January...lots of convertible debt still due this month.
Some people overestimate the size of DCAC
U::D
I keep averaging up...at one point I had a .001 average. I'm at a .0014 now. Gonna be higher yet next week...
Have you ever deal with corporate legal teams?
Expected means that's what they expect. Corporate legal teams couldn't give two shits about what the other company expects. Every lawyer I've ever deal with has taken their jolly old time while they run the clock. Deadlines from the other side mean NOTHING to them.
I still see a buyout occurring BUT now that they're developing a larger presence in the industry, the buyer will no longer have the chance of a lowball offer being accepted...they will have to make a very competitive offer. If accepted, I believe we will still make out very well. If not, it'll take patience but we'll still make out very well...and even better than a buyout, IMO.
My goal is 1 million...sitting at 700k now. Money to bring me to goal due in my etrade acct on Wednesday, unless this runs first.
Already there with another one more or less.
Needs a 6-10,000SF building, post&frame/wood.
Oh btw, notified they need 30' ceilings halfway through pricing phase.
Got a builder on board.
Asked them for a layout drawing to pass on to builder.
Drawing shows a 24,000 SF building.
Now I gotta bring in my other builder who handles the steel buildings. I also have to move lots as the initial lot can handle 12,000 SF. And I have to get the engineering prints approved at the city meeting before we can get our permits.
Arrrgggghhh!
Let's hope HCTI has a smoother process!
Yep...I was working a build to suit commercial building project and my tenant's legal team was so ungodly slow. Make an offer, send to legal team for review, 3 weeks later legal team sends back their counter-offer...
...and then my tenants got upset when we weren't going to get the building constructed on time.
Funny how the 2 month legal team delays seemed to coincide with our 2 month construction delay...
I can imagine deals with F500 companies are MUCH more complicated and time consuming. Definitely have to have patience here.
Another pullback to low .002's Wednesday and news Friday would be perfect so I can get the rest of my shares bought up...lol
...twiddling my thumbs waiting on the funds to hit.
Looking forward to it!
I wouldn't mind another pullback around Wednesday when another $700 hits my account...lol
I gave up some of DCAC this morning for another play...now waiting for more funds to hit next week and will buy in even more than I initially sold, unless it explodes before then. Then I'll just kick myself.
I'll still be a broke bastard when I could have been rich...
EVTI Summary IMO
Solid idea; poor execution.
Yeah doubt there's any relation...if it were isocyanate free, they would be bragging it up in that.
It allows us to check them off the list of potentials though, right? Lol
Nope...I think everyone who's bought in this low or averaged down as low as they could will all end up making SIGNIFICANT revenues in the end. Whether it's because the company grows into a multi-billion dollar operation or is bought out by a multi-billion dollar operation, the end result will be the same, IMO.
$$$$
The EPA award and proof of commercialization tells us everything we need to know about the legitimacy of this company.
All other details will affect the end result in only one way...exactly how significant our end returns will be.
I'm playing another ticker with $200 thats about to bounce and every day I'm like, "Bounce dammit! I need more HCTI!"
Agreed...I wish I would have flipped into more shares but it'd be my luck that I'd flip only to end up chasing. I'm in at $.0014 average. Hard to average up...lol
For sure...every time I chased, I got burned. Getting in before the storm from here on out.
Yep, totally agreed!
Worst part of getting in early is you may spend a large amount of the day talking to yourself on here trying to keep your sanity.
...and stroking $DCAC of course.
True...if they did a buyout it needs to be a while yet to get the PPS up, otherwise we may be sold REALLY short. Although I would hope management is smarter than that.
It's my first big rodeo too...last one was a scam company. Very solid idea but dilution machine with no concern of developing the product...<$300 in revenues but the three management members made between $1.7-2.5M each in 2014 while their PPS crashed. Ouch.
Playing a few now but this is my long-term baby.
That worries me too...
I'm almost hoping for a really big buyout deal that gives those with itchy trigger fingers a quick return and shares of a more stable major-exchange stock for those who want to watch their investment continue to grow.
I expected this to happen...bunch of big traders tweeting it to their followers. 99% of which bought in for the short run it caused.
I like the slow and steady way myself.
So the big run begins...
Question now is, how many will stay long and how many will flip and drive the price right back where we are?
Should be fun to watch either way!
FFFC has an actual product though...and insider (CEO's wife) bought 285M shares on the open market the past couple weeks. I wouldn't trust it as a long term investment but it's gonna run here soon...and I'm hoping to turn my $50 into $500+ lol
EVTI is gonna need to put out some HUGE news (ie an actual usable product) if they have any expectations of running. Most of the shareholders have lost all faith in the company because so far it's been all hype.
I remember seeing in a 10-q that they reduced their salaries from $180k to $1.
I wonder if they plan to reduce or increase bonuses and stock awards?
Very good research and very possible!
Because of how much this technology could revolutionize the coating industry...if a company were to buy out HCTI, it's entirely possible they could pay billions for the company and patents, etc. From what I've gathered here, the HCTI management knows the future value of their work and aren't going to let anyone take advantage of them for a quick sale.
Buyout or not, the more info like this you all post, the more confident I am that this one investment is going to change my life.
Thanks for that.
Already in it and awaiting the big news! ;)
That's why I'm asking what last year's salaries were...IMO that's more important than what they [may] have made in past years.
I wish you longs all the best at this but IMO, without major changes in management and a business plan overhaul, I just can'r see much of a chance of any light at the end of the tunnel. At least not if they continue following the same business plan.
What year did Gannon take home a $2.5M salary? If it was 2014 or earlier, what did he and the other management personnel take home in 2015?
Yeah, my buddy works for Cargill and a bunch of my family members worked for ADM...huuuuge companies!
Yep same here...I was telling my buddy and his wife about it yesterday and he was like, "That's cool," and his wife looked at him and went, "Why aren't you in on this yet???" Hahaha
Hahaha...whenever I talk stocks, my gf just rolls her eyes. We bought a Powerball ticket tonight and she starts making plans for what we'll do when we get rich.
I finally said, "You realize the odds of us getting rich off my recent stock picks are very good...the odds of winning the jackpot is 1 in 292 million...why in the HELL are you getting so excited over our lotto ticket and not the stocks?!"
They've had that as a price target since back when they were trading in the $1+ range from what I could tell and it never was updated after the price crashed.
And Boreal be like, deal or no deal, yo?
They're probably requesting financials...lol
Gonna keep watching...by the time the S-1 hits, I can probably buy back in without screwing up my tax loss. If it's still low and progress is being made I may toss a lil back in for a lottery play.
