Very perceptive. Some time ago, when more than one company approached Andy about a buyout, he remarked that "their" offers were "not insane enough" for him to consider; he may or may not still have those previous conversations "running" through his mind when he talks about companies like J&J. He is playing a hard sell to them, which may or may not prove to work in our favor someday. IMO
I believe that Harv1947 already answered your question to Simpsonly on

A PPS of $1.00 would require a Revenue base of roughly $220 million and $500 million would generate a PPS of approximately $2.25 given a PE of 30 and profit after of of 30%
I'm not exactly sure how Harv arrived at those figures, but it looks like it would be well over $1.00 value, and more on a possible buyout from big pharma.
(Also, I verified for myself from Paul that there is no news to report right now, but he said that could change at anytime).
Fuja21, didn't GhostCat post that article a couple days ago? It sure looks familiar; I guess for those who haven't seen it yet. . . .
I agree. I'm glad that spike to .007 was quick and didn't cause an adverse reaction, but EOD would have been nice.
Finished Green at .005, or half way to pennyland! Nice. Good call madp! Tomorrow is payday for a lot of people and ACH's placed on Monday clear before start of trading tomorrow morning. More people watching on the sidelines to see what happens. Come on news!! Come on Andy! Make it so!
Why are you asking such a question Now? If you have a TD Ameritrade account you would know the answer to your question, which I think you already know. Don't penalize BIEL for brokers who have not made their peace with the DTC!!!! Open a Scottrade account, and your trades will cost about 60% or so less?!!
It took me a while to get my first 500k shares - and this guy is going to get it in one shot? (I've also been buying and selling this stock since 2009, when the pps was a little different than the price is now).
So many unknowns, and there are some really good knowns here like the intellectual property BIEL has for such a huge market as you just shown us gman22. PPS pulled back some as expected, but still closed higher. More investors are learning of BIEL and former investors are returning with curiosity. I anticipate that Andy 'may' have a surprise for us on Thursday or Friday regarding store news, which should further increase the baseline. IMO. Also, once FDA clearance happens, investment firms, who purchase tens of millions of shares at a time, will definitely consider BIEL as a viable stock for their portfolios. (And why wouldn't they, that part of the waiting and uncertainty - would finally be over). IMO
My last purchase was at .002.
I have posted before that this is my last penny stock endeavor - unless of course BIEL changes that, then I may check out optionXpress; thanks for letting everyone know though moneyguy.
Thanks for reminding me about that imrichb. It's been so long since I did that; I also used to do a wire transfer from my credit union many times a year until they raised the transfer fee from $10 to $30 per transaction all at once and since then they get 'nada' transfers from me. (It's not the amount as so much as it is the amount of sudden increase I protest).
Yes! It should be verry interesting. It takes (3) days for an ACH deposit to clear at Scott Trade for a penny stock; this should look interesting all the way to at least Thursday IMO because of that and more news coming IMO. Also, thanks for that article Ghostcat. BIEL is back in the spot light - regardless of what some other people think. Let the momentum continue !
I think pennyland would return - and quickly before FDA, once valid distribution potential has been secured; i.e.: accepted in foreign stores.
Thanks Frodo. I attribute this to the the recent good news of the long awaited patent last week and the confidence booster from Andy (more signs the tide is changing to our favor) that was PR'd today. This appears to be attracting more penny stock investors back to BIEL. Also, a deal is brewing for putting these on the shelves in Canada - is in the works and will attract more sales as well as investors. Some good breaks will help us hold on much longer for FDA. IMO Happy Trading!
Whats there to explain? A BIEL (Canadian online distributor) was selling products to Americans and the FDA said cease and desist, which BIEL complied to immediately as well as changed certain other claims on website. (that's my take on it- but you can add and spin all you like as some others do here).
The real truth about who is "uneducated" in the world of pain relief is the general public. Once people realize the dangers of the pain pills they take, especially prolonged use, will then spur a revolution in the pain relief market - which Bioelectronics has the answer to - as far as providing effectiveness with the least side affects; and it seems that Andy, in his latest interview - really stressed that point and knows the true 'potential' value of what BIEL possesses. Better news just around the corner! IMO

It appears that it took BIEL 8 years to be granted this patent. Reading through the claims this seems like a pretty major development in terms of valuation of the product and company. Unfortunately the stock didn't react due to many other factors.

8 years?! Nice! As far as the reaction to this patent news, I typically use a (3) day trading rule. After (3) days of trading, if the pps does not react, then we probably won't see a significant reaction - if any. Also, the pps did increase towards the end of the day today, which may be a sign of a reaction, and which may not be finished increasing. Let's see what Monday brings. IMO
1). Recent refraining from dilution. 2). New posters showing up all of a sudden. 3). First time BIEL closed recently above the 50 MA since September 2011. 4). I could have hired someone myself to make the shelves and put them in all the stores in Canada by now. 5). CEO isn't getting any younger. 6). It's springtime and the trees are starting to bloom here in New England - and Canada is soon to follow.
I am starting to think that AW may have some good news for us regarding 'shelf space' and is waiting for pps to go up a little before releasing such news. Pure speculation. I M O
Thanks ghost! Shouldn't someone immediately try to reestablish that "broken connection" between Profoot and Bioelectronics now that the problem has been resolved. Shouldn't they be at the top of their list for Canadian sales - seeing Profoot has a good foundation there?
Hey imrichbeotch, nice post earlier (please keep that post to remind me in another day or two again - as to why I'm still here); and we had a very nice close in a while. Most of us know this could shoot up like a rocket barring massive dumping and diluting too early on, but once past that . . . also, since the market is closed I was hoping to see if anyone could help me with a past distributor BIEL once had. Do any of you know what happened to this "old" distribution agreement with Profoot that started back in 2005 and was dragged out through 2006 and then in 2007? I lost count I think up to about 2007? I'm just trying to understand why these distribution agreements never amount to much of anything and then you seem to never hear about them again? I mean really, what the hell is going on here? Fool me once shame on me . . . fool me twice, fool me. . . .can't get fooled again!

So far, this company, along with the companies they hired to represent BIEL (maybe it's because they use their own money) have proven to be pretty much useless as far as any kind of pushing products in an effective way. Dr. Oz did much better- maybe he could do a spot on a Canadian commercial! Maybe they should also look to Big Parma, who really knows how to push 'product.' Whenever you find yourself thinking of ideas for a company that seems to have none of their own ideas except taking trips to far away lands, then something isn't right somewhere. Let's go Andy, it's time to hit a home run, you have had plenty of borrowed time! Now it's Time to make it happen!!!! Here we go, Another week is coming and what is YOUR freaking plan?!!! (besides more waiting and dilution). Greenwood has a couple more weeks, if they can't do something, I may follow them around on the Internet and make it so no one else makes the same mistake!
Oh, I already know about www.Actipatch.ca., its burried on the Bielcorp webste, so save it!!!! If anyone knew it was there, it might help our situation!!!!
If BEIL can't get shelf space in a physical store, can they at least do a 15 or 30 second television commercial spot pointing buyers to an online store - not sure if the the online store has to reside in Canada or if they can sell to Canadians right from BEIL's already existing www.bielcorp.com? They would have to make it easy to purchase products and include PayPal to make it even easier and perhaps have a disclaimer "Not Available yet to U.S. Residents." Instead of seeing "Learn More" we would see "Buy More" and get out of the "we can't seem to sell anything lately because we can't find a freaking shelf to put our products on syndrome." (Maybe they could hire the same company that got that stupid pet rock in shopping stores everywhere and didn't have to count or wait for shelf space!)
Not really fuente. I just figured - same stuff, different day . . . Anyway, I have decided to not blame FDA anymore for taking as long as they have, and have resolved that they are really trying to keep us as 'safe' as they possibly can, seeing these are 'de novo' type devices.
Did you ask him what the hold up was - i.e.: any reason why it's not on the store shelves by now and are they taking a slow boat from China to get to Canada?
Excellent call Whatamithinking! May I ask what you are thinking as to which news would cause you to jump back in? For example, are you waiting for FDA? Shelf Space? Or any other interesting news? And say the FDA finally makes a decision with one of the products, and it's after the close of trading when the news is released, wouldn't you miss out on the initial spike in pps?
The stores have been counting shelf space since January. WOw! Longest inventory count in history! I've seen penny stock beverage companies (talk about competition for shelf space) provide small display stands in stores to sell product - and they didn't have to worry about taking any other products "space." Even a temporary display like they use at an expo but use a much smaller one for a store; with products and an LED screen and relooping 15 second commercial to explain and teach potentially new customers about Bioelectronics products which could attract future investors also (include ticker symbol). They gotta make a big deal about it by including things such as "NO side affects like acetaminophen has" - in a powerful 15 to 20 second commercial right on the display - providing store agrees and store gets a percentage of what sold and minimize any loss (nothing sold- nothing lost kind of deal). Distribution doesn't have to be monumental with crazy contracts to get the word out. Also, as a shareholder, I approve of this idea of crowd funding for other investors to stay off further dilution! Yes, it would be good for us shareholders as imrichbeotch said. IMO
It feels like we're close to the (10) year mark, but I know it's been about 8 months (last August 2011) that AW said "any week now." Maybe in the (ninth) month following that comment - the FDA will finally have something to deliver; not really sure of the FDA gestation period.
BIEL could go "supernova" on us. It sure has imploded enough, and "soon" may become unstable before going supernova, unless the FDA holds it back and it becomes just a dwarf star or black hole in stock space sucking in all the money that comes near it. Lol
I respect your position with the FDA fuente. Remember though, just because you were exposed to and/or impressed with some very nice people at the FDA, still leaves much doubt in my mind that you have experienced every high ranking official or facet of that administration.....Wait we shall, and in the mean time I will be very skeptical of the U.S. FDA as well as the whole process of the way conclusions are arrived at over there. Oh yes fuente, there are parasites in our food and they can cause all kinds of diseases in people, depending on lifestyle, diet, and immune system; but your "doctor" for 9999 out of 10000 times will not typically mention that fact, since we can't possibly have that in the U.S. because the U.S.D.A. and FDA makes sure of that. I'm not knocking the USDA, but people are not looking truthfully at reality if they deny the existence of such things in our society, therefore the FDA is guilty until it proves otherwise as in the case of BIEL. IMO
I suppose right now wouldn't matter until product is on the shelves in the U.S., but we all know that can't happen right now. Most, if not all the "good idea" news stories I have heard such as welders that run on water, water fuel injectors for cars (splits the hydrogen & oxygen molecules), cures for hair loss, cancer, diabetes, etc., so far nothing to date has ever come of them as far as being produced and/or accepted by the corporate world for one reason or another (usually due to lack of support and funding). Also, there were scientists Lyman and Kaali who discovered that the worst kind of viruses were killed by electrifying the blood in a petri dish with an extremly low 50 to 100 mA DC pulsed current applied with two platinum wires and their story that was published in March 30, 1990 Science News had pages removed physically from journals in libraries. There's too many stories that can not all be conspiracies. I am leaning toward BIEL being among one of these conspiracy type stories because of all the things that happened and are still happening (or not happening - referring to the FDA - in this case). IMO
If I were AW, I would call Action News and tell them the BIEL story to get as much free publicity as possible; but good luck trying to find a news organization these days that isn't looking out for the Big Pharma Cartel, since the stations place the most drug commercials during the six o'clock news, and then especially World News at 6:30 pm. But they sometimes don't mind stringing John Q. Public along, to make them think there is a drug free alternative - let alone a potential cure for something.
See you next week!
You too madp.
Thanks for the info Simpsonly.
Cool ideas! How about sewing PEMF right into luxary car seats. It would keep 'your seat' from cramping and promote circulation on long trips! lol. I once saw an article about astronauts and PEMF; and though I can not vouch for it accuracy, I think they have had it with them - knowingly or unknowingly; as this technology is well over half a century old.
Maybe they could make a much stronger, heavier duty PEMF blanket for people who get injured, or just ache all over (like football players). Or, if someone gets hit by a bus, you could throw one of these over them until help arrives - to help out with any pain. Hey, where's all the pumpers? Skipping out to an early weekend I'll bet.
fbsf32 I think you're onto something!
