Any E*trade probs here?
Any having E*Trade Probs??? ARGGGGGH!!!!!!!
I believe in the market...
I believe in investing, the market order, that fundamentals are over rated and that analyst reccomendations are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe that the best investment decisions are made on your own. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing naked short selling ...
I believe in micro caps, growth sectors, doing your due dilligence before you buy not after, and I believe in slow, steady, marked increases that take several weeks.

fxgp is starting to attract some attention
even without news or hype
The market is stronger now imo...
Much stronger than it was around this time last year. Hopefully that might put shareholders more at ease and encourage more risk taking. This is a risky stock by all means, but a bullish market place encourages risk taking imo.
This 3 day weekend may play to the advantage of FXGP...I've been doing alot of surfing lately and I'm finding lots of discussion.

While FXGP doesn't have any press or professional promotion going on its hard for a stock to move the way it has on such incredible volume without drawing the attention of the investment community.
Thanks Domerfan17....
Frankly, I prefer no news as its my opinion that news clouds the technical picture. If TA looks bullish but the company is being heavily touted via PRs, articles, analysis...well the TA picture should look strong as a reflection of all the buying demand created by what amounts to advertising in my opinion.
The volume traded so far this year represents over $10,000,000 in money spent on and realized from the buying and selling of FXGP's shares according to my estimates (please feel free to verify).
The crux of your question centers around price per share...frankly I'm at something of a loss as there are so many variables in play speculation is difficult. We did bounce strongly off the 5 day MA and I consider that a very bullish near term indication:
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=FXGP,uu[l,a]dallyiay[dc][pb5][vc60]&pref=G
The bottom line though is that it comes down to the strength of the hands currently holding shares versus the buying pressure of those looking to purchase. If news does come out then I suspect some will sell into it (sell on news) and others will see it as vindication of their earlier buy decisions and hold and maybe add.
FWIW when I see this type of chart combined with no press or promotion...well I consider a strong possibility that promotion will follow. Those that have been buying hopefully have strong expectations of news and/or promotion that will see the market assign FXGP a significantly higher PPS.
Best of luck, FWIW having gone through what I consider to be similar activity with IDNW (now GBLT) I think .10 in the near term (inside 2 months) is very possible. I sold IDNW/GBLT after a nice gain...but I missed out on more substantial gains because I was nervous. Sectors get hot, IDNW had VOIP...hopefully FXGP will catch a homeland security wave.
FXGP 50day nearing 200day crossover...
Any thoughts? Not much chatter for a stock trading this much volume on no news.

In analyzing technicals I would like to underline one point. I don't consider any one indicator as being full proof...If there was one single sure fire technical indicator, well everyone would learn it and wait for it by and large imo. A market needs both buyers and sellers and as such I consider TA a part of DD, but not the b all and end all. TA may give an indication of strong buying or strong selling...but for my own part I keep a close eye to see if that buying is possibly the result of News and or Promotion. In my opinion TA is likely to be most reliable when there is an absence of said news and/or promotion.
Moving averages:
You can play around with these on the chart by chosing 10, 20, 5 day...whatever you like. Two common MAs are the 50 and 200, this chart site defaults to them automatically. FXGP's 50 day is pointing up and to my eye the 200 day is edging up as well.
I consider an upturn in the 200 DMA to be an extremely bullish indication, and a cross of the 50 over the 200 to signal a possible break out.
Stochastics
My read shows the fast line pointing down with the near term indication being overbought. It was that way on Tuesday when I made my first purchase @.0068 but as I said I don't consider any one indicator to be full proof.
OBV (On Blance Volume)...
Basically what OBV purports to do is serve as an indication as to whether money is flowing into or out of a stock. On days when the PPS closes higher than the previous close the volume is counted (+), if the PPS closes down from the previous day it counts (-)...on day's with no change OBV doesn't change.
The OBV chart speaks for itself...and most encouraging to this investor is that there isn't any Press or other types of promotion attracting what I call 'Joe Sixpack and Sally Housecoat' investors...(I'm a big Simpsons fan for those who know the reference.
Any thoughts?
Gord
Many Thanks TraderTim...
That's exactly what I was looking for (saved) very much appreciated.
Regards
Gord
Can anyone suggest, (help needed)...
I'm looking for a site that gives price and volume history...One that also goes to 1/100th of a penny. Yahoo finance rounds up and isn't helpful with subs.
TIA for any who can help
Some Random Thoughts and DD...
The volume of the past week in tandem with the + price movement has garnered some attention I'm sure. I am certain there are others with a better understading of Finx Group than I but regardless I'll share some of my DD.
There doesn't appear to be much, if any news which suits me just fine. An abundance of fluffy PRs leads me to believe that a company may be more interested in its PPS than it is in fulfilling its business plan.
For Bios on the principals my site of choice is Forbes:
Lewis S Schiller
http://www.forbes.com/finance/mktguideapps/personinfo/FromMktGuideIdPersonTearsheet.jhtml?passedMktG...
Up until this past week 1 share of FXGP wasn't even worth a single penny and is currenlty valued at less than a cent and a 1/2. In my opinion a large part of the justification for that type of performance can be found here:
http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001085711%2D03%2D000029%2Etxt&FilePath...
Of course those results only speak to a period up to September 30th, 2003 and that was over 3 and 1/2 months ago. I am one who believes that alot can happen in just one week, let alone 12 or 15.
In the 10QSB on page 8 section 4. 'Exclusive License Agreement' there are details on the GIL 2001 security door which can also been seen here:
http://www.securedportalsystemsinc.com/sps_001.htm
That's enough for now...I'll post more later
FWIW I do consider FXGP extremely risky and I strongly suggest that any considering an investment to do their own DD and to assess their own level of risk tolerance. I consider it a possibility that I could lose some or all of my investment.
nice digging...
I bet 1/2 the shareholders buying in on momo don't have a clue what FNGP is about.
FXGP mentioned in hotstockchat email...
"FXGP $ 0.0122 0.0007 6.09% 22,399,450 Watching closely here."
Hard to trade as many shares as have the past 3 days without attracting attention.
FXGP turning up...
volume still lighter than the past 3 days.
rumors on FXGP...
Who knows? volumes absolutely insane the past 3 days
We'll have to wait and see...
With the $$$ represented by the last three days of trading...on balance the demand seems incredible given the absence of news. Much ado about nothing? Could be...but personally I doubt it.
Just 2 subs in my hotstockchat email:
EMTI $ 0.23 0.03 15% 700,940 Big gap, can it hold on?
JAVO $ 0.21 0.02 10.53% 303,461 Watching it... may have put in a long term bottom.
Right now FXGP looks interesting...
Volume is lower than the past 2 days but that was insane, over 500 million in 2 days. No news or promotion...and I don't see it being touted much on other boards.
ENGY...I like it but it seems to be hibernating right now.
subs in my email from hotstockchat...
FXGP $ 0.0171 0.0044 34.65% 133,724,562 Huge move...
ARSW $ 0.011 0.0044 66.67% 73,009,141 Even bigger move...
PACC $ 0.0029 0.0003 11.54% 25,345,056 Watching it...
If they'd picked up FXGP earlier they could have touted a GIGANTIC move...but I'm not whining. FWIW FXGP got a passing mention on tradersnation this AM...said it was consolidating, here's hoping it consolidates further tomorrow
sentinel...in @ .0068 and holding right now
I might've sold some, but because of heavy snow I left work early...the volume is insane, I'm still looking to see if any web sites are touting it but I'm coming up dry.
FXGP...anything out there anyone?
I'm still in sentinel FXGP...
Although the other comment re 'sold, couldn't take it any more'...that was me in IDNW when it got up to 2 cents and I'd bought at .0055 (ugh wish I'd held but the volumes were insane).
Unless I'm missing something there is no news or promotion going on...so I'll ride it.
lollybella just one day after me...
Wish I'd gotten in earlier and for more shares, but @ .0068 I'm not complaining. Hardly seeing any chatter for FXGP, which suits me just fine. Today's volume represents over $3,000,000 if my calculations are accurate. And all without any PRs, or any promotion as near as I can tell.
Any talk of FXGP here?
Huge move over the past 2 days, and on no news or promotion unless I'm missing something. Any thoughts, there's been some discussion on the subs board.
Probably will kashcow....
But RB will still be the forum of choice because of all the activity (multiple IDs, bashing, hyping) tbat i-hub doesn't allow.
No news that I can find...only real exposure I've seen is a mention in hotstockchat's email which includes 10-20 stocks, and today was the first day
They've mentioned a few runners, like IDNW and ADZR.
Ahhhh, refuge from RB's garbage...
At least i-hub makes it more difficult for the multiple ID types (both bashers and touts) to participate.
thanks stock190 re fxgp.ob
I've had a drought between IDNW and FXGP and am still waiting on ENGY to move I've so far resisted the tempatation to take profits.
FXGP got a hotstockchat email mention...
Wonder what took 'em so long? Given the space their in I like the chances for a really big move if they start putting out press. Right now, I don't see anything.
FXGP should bust through .02 imo
FXGP...leaving sub .02 land?
Held on through the shake, she's still running!!!
Forgot to mention FXGP here...
But then I only got in this AM @.00680 and the sub .02 board is more active.
I know montana...
I'm leery of hype...look at ENGY, same thing but much less volume. FWIW if you know of any attempts at promotion pls let me know.
Just got my hotstockchat email...no FXGP mention
GOOD!!!
montanna re fxgp...
I hesitated over the chart on FXGP this morning before jumping in @ .00680....The only TA downside I saw was stochastics pointing to oversold near the 80 line. But then I figured, volume is low (it was at that time)...and no one indicator is a perfect indicator. Besides, it still had room to climb and a re-tracement might not drop that far back.
Hopefully there'll be some news.
I got in at .0068 FXGP...
And I can't believe it Normally stocks go down in the near term after I buy in before going on to gains if they come.
thanks dallas....
They're both moving today
I'm no longer just ENGY man...
Still in ENGY, but now in another sub...FXGP
Any thoughts on ENGY?
Volumes have really dried up of late, 20 day average is only 600K but it doesn't look like they're doing anything to attract interest.
Thoughts? I consider it a possibility that ENGY is experiencing what I refer to as smart money accumulation based on my read of OBV (On Balance Volume)...with that being said volumes are so low right now (just over 100K volume today) that I'd give serious pause. I am invested so view my comments in that light.
