I honestly don't remember, but searching back I think it might have been the post below. However, I do try to find stocks on my own as well as following folks who know better than me (which is probably everyone since I just started trading / investing last year LOL). I do remember that the words "government contract" did catch my attention.

Very few people here......very little trading....and one of the healthier companies I have seen. Well, I bought 20,000 shares on 04/09....but for the life of me I cannot decide if I should keep them (the company is probably healthier than I am LOL) but if we never get volume how can the price increase?
Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
I don't think this is about EIGH.
CALL HIM CHAPTER11 ....... He is why we are all time ahead on this board!!!!!
Thank you again!
Correction - got 55K shares at .0032 and 10K shares at .0027 weird.
Got all 65K shares at .0032!!!
Changed bid to .0028 got nothing.
Changed bid to .0031 got nothing.
Changed bid to .0035 so far got 10K of 65K shares ordered
Tried to average up ..... thought I would be clever, so I put in for 100K shares at .027. Got 35K shares, anyway....probably will get no more today at that price LOL.
I have no idea, but I like researching stuff....when I saw the odd uppercase "W" in the middle of a sentence, I thought that kind of punctuation mistake is not normal for a PR. So I googled part of the sentence (beginning with the "W") and found the exact same sentence in the 2006 news.
It looks like part of the 2006 news was copied and pasted into the post you noticed on the town crier board.
Mystery solved? Note the uppercase "W" in the middle of a sentence...."With Wachovia and Golden West getting hitched"....
So I searched.......
Go to http://www.sptimes.com/2006/05/11/Business/Bank_merger_starts_gu.shtml
And you will see this.....
Bank merger starts guessing game
Wachovia's acquisition of Golden West may start a race to pair up, and there is no shortage of match-making opinions.

With Wachovia and Golden West getting hitched, the talk in banking is all about who else is seriously courting.
Wachovia Bank's $24.2-billion deal this week to buy Golden West Financial, the parent of World Savings Bank, reignited industry speculation that more big mergers will surely follow. The same chatter happens whenever two big financial institutions decide to combine, but this time there may be more reason to pay attention.
I believe that a 911 signal means impending news.

Transfer agent - how do I find out who is the transfer agent for this stock?
Thank you for all of your hard work.
Yes, do tell! An answer here would certainly clear this up for me.
ib12u - well written and enjoyable reading!
Welcome aboard!
Could this be why the many negative postings the last few days?
http://shortsqueeze.com/?symbol=adcs&submit=Short+Quote%99
I like smart people........to give you a compliment that you sometimes give others, but certainly deserve yourself....IMHO, after reading some of your posts.
Yes and please keep posting it.
I posted history of prices here earlier - don't have time to look for it now but you could search.
If you don't find it let me know I can get it later today or tonight.
AHA!!!!!! After all that I have read here......
"tht the company would only issue shares to add value to the company"
That quote, from your post, tells me that is EXACTLY what they did.....issued shares to ADD VALUE TO THE COMPANY.
And btw.........DOWN WITH BASHERS (bashers not to be confused with folks who warn others about bad companies).
Your assistants did a good job in your absence.....I noticed some good calls.....but it is your advice that I will save my $$$ for. I have lost too much money otherwise.
The hardest thing for me is gettng orders for the .0001 to .0005 or so.....I have to call in to trade more than 100,000, and I lose precious minutes that way. This online limit is a pain.
On a few occasions I put in multiple orders for 100,000, willing to eat the extra fees, but yesterday the brokerage called me and said that was a problem with their compliance / risk section, and my trades ran a risk of being rejected. They said that the multiple trades could be "stock manipulation". LOL - I just sighed and told them that until they raised the limit, or made an official rule against multiple trades, I would proceed as usual.
At least I don't have the "physical paper" problem (or whatever it is - extra fees) that Ameritrade clients are having.
Without Chapter11, it was as if this board did not exist. I bought nothing. Welcome back!!

Hi Ed,
We are hammering Ameritrade, and have been for the last 3 days, as the request to return to paper certificates was never authorized by 8000 Inc.
This will be rectified shortly,
Best regards,
Conrad

Any update? I don't know if you read the board postings, but there is great concern about the Ameritrade issue. Investors are concerned about not being able to sell the stock in the future, even if the price goes up.
Thanks, Ed
I wonder why your purchase is not showing up.
See post 1392 - the letter Conrad sent to Ameritrade.
Your buy at zecco has not shown up yet. Maybe there is something else wrong as well. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Edit maybe I misunderstood maybe your eigh buy at zecco was earlier, not today. Sorry.
Back to life? Just bought a few shares.
WNSH has gone back to .0001. Had this for awhile, it has gone from .0001 to .0002 and back many times.
I THINK HE WAS JOKING!!!
hehehe LOL look at the last sentence:
Oh! I see why. I can't find any negitives either. LOL...hunter
Methinks thou doth protesteth too much LOL.
You made a very good case with your first few postings...but with this one, you kind of diluted your own arguments. I still believe this is a scam, and I will be selling my shares, but I wonder if you have another agenda.....perhaps a great opportunity to short this stock? Don't blame you if you did.

URGENT

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been passed the information below by an Ameritrade customer who wishes to purchase shares in 8000 Inc. (traded on Pink Sheets as EIGH.pk).
“Our records indicate EIGH announced that they will recognize ownership or transfer of their shares only by physical certificate instead of the modern electronic book-entry system. When a company converts to physical certificates only, it becomes extremely difficult and, in some cases, impossible for brokerage firms like Ameritrade to obtain shares for their clients. Converting to physical delivery also increases the costs associated with transferring ownership of common stock between buyers and sellers. To reduce the risks that transactions cannot be settled in a timely manner and also reduce the added expenses associated with physical delivery of shares, Ameritrade is not accepting any new opening orders in such securities.
If you have information indicating that EIGH is trading through book-entry instead of physical certificates only, we would be happy to revisit the restriction, and look into lifting it. Such information would need to be forwarded to our Compliance Department, as they are the ones who effect these restrictions. Written correspondence can be sent to our Compliance Department at the following address:
TD AMERITRADE

PO Box 2148

Best wishes,
Anthony A.

This information is wholly incorrect, and at no time has the Company, nor myself as the sole Officer, have made any such announcement regarding the trading or transfer of EIGH.pk shares in physical certificate form only. Indeed this would seem counterproductive for the Company to make such an announcement and can only be an error in Ameritrade’s filings.
For clarification purposes, I, Conrad Wall, CEO and Sole Officer of 8000 Inc. support the trading of the common shares of the Company in electronic book-entry system and request that Ameritrade lift the erroneous restriction placed upon EIGH.pk shares by Ameritrade.
The Company, its shareholders and its potential investors would wholly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your written confirmation that this situation hasbeen rectified.
Thank you for your assistance in this most serious matter.
Sincerely,
Conrad Wall

Chapter11, I just now subscribed to Ihub so that I could say thank you. I don't know if you knew it, but people can only post on your board if they are paid up members.
Thanks for everything - you do work hard and I appreciate it.
Thanks to stressfreeliving for the advice about supporting this board - hope people realize what you are doing for us.
I know it is traded electronically LOL. I didn't think our telling them it was would have much impact on Ameritrade. I think they have some other kind of agenda. I can't believe that they have been dealing with physical certificates all this time.....nor can I believe that all of a sudden they are worried about $40 here and there. Something does not smell right.
Sort of confused. It seems that Ameritrade is asking for information showing that EIGH can be traded electronically. Or, is that what you plan to compose?
