Oh, bb, I shouyld mention, I normally do not visit a company unless I investment more than $25,000 into it. It is when I decide to get really serious about a company. To me all money is serious, but 25k and up gets very serious in pennies.
Coincidence. As I told you before, I typically spent the $300-$600 airfare to go visit my investment. I don't get excited about flipper, bashers or anyone esle unless they direct it towards me as you tend to do. My next visit will be to a foreign entity that is based in Belgium. From there I will fly to Greece and Cypress. Vacation, rather not. One day in each country with three to four hours at each site.
Like I told you bb, I try to do my homework. And if an issue goes against me, I move on. I don't hang around bashing a stock or the people invested in it as you do. You really look foolish to those that spend their time, funds, and other resources in order to accomplish proper DD.
As you know by now, I am not a trader. I build large positions through time. The go up, they go down, and almost always in the long term, I profit. Very nicely too. I don't make the 600% returns every time like you do. But I do OK.
If I can be of more assitance to you, please do not hesitate to converse, politely please.
This 130,000 sq ft site is being established and prepared as an R&D facility, a testing facility, and well as a manufacturing plant. Very clean and presentable already. Can only imagine what it will be like upon completion in a few months.
You are very welcome.
Hey JJ,
I'm just reminding you to put on your seatbelt next week when we blast off!! I don't want you falling out of your chair because I enjoy your posts and DD too much to lose you!!
Moose, you have mail.
Are you back in?
Very funny, Brent! But sadly, how true!
Now he's in CSHD? Wasn't that stock at .19 a couple of months ago. Buy high, sell low. Interesting trading strategy, but I don't think we should try it!
Kabiri,
Go to Yahoo Finance and read the article dated Tuesday, June 13, immediately.
This will clear things up rapidly for you.
Dude! Relax, you've been in what, four days. If it drops more, then you jump all over it and buy more. That's how it's done. I hope it drops or stays here a couple of more days, so we can accumulate more. If you like it at .015, you've got to love it at .011? Right? Nothing has changed!
Sounds like a few others are watching over you too! It's nice to be loved!
See Jannie?
I told you so! Ha-Ha
Ein Guten Apetit und Prost!
Someone has already taught you well. Stick with that strategy but diversify as you never know. Trump and I both learned the hard way, me more than once. i was a slow learner. I also believe we could see an incredible run upon announcement of the production. I understand there is a lot of money ready to come in after the news. That money is more the serious type and not the speculators like us.
Thanks for you kind comments.
The answer to your question should have become obvious to all this morning at 10:47 with #4880. Well, maybe to all except one.
Maybe when SVMI gets to $1.00 I can get you to become a member. Then I can PM you if you wish. LOL
Yeah, they probably will deny your claim if you act as you do here. It's only natural.
You have mine. Send me yours and I'll add you to the list of real investors and polite individuals who have responded.
Contracts will be in place prior to production IMO
A hot phone girl won't get your investment back to .20, but yeah, maybe you won't feel so bad anymore.
You are welcome. It seems everyone appreciated our visit except one. Oh well. I'll be returning in three weeks to Savi and hope to be able to meet the new CEO. He had a family tragedy I was told similar to mine of five weeks ago.
Oh yes! I forgot about Bavarian Boy. Herr Bayern, ich hoffe das meinen besuch auf Savi hatte ihnen ein buesschen gehoelfen. Ich werde wieder gehen in drei wochen. Ich weisse das ein flug fuer ihnen wird fielicht mer kosten wie $600.
How's my Deutsch? I know, speak english, you'll understand me better.
Take Care Bayern Boy
Maybe in Jan I'm told.
You might be right about the way Mario ran the business, but you are not right about me having blind enthusiasm. I visit my investment normally with open eyes. It appears to me that you never visit any of the companies that you invest in. I am sorry that you invested into an issue @.20 only by listening to PR's and promises. That happens from time to time. I have done the same in the past.
I believe you have just separated two completely different investment strategies. One is of listening to PR and hype, and the other is done with actual onsite DD.
Not that you need any investment advice, but I'll give you some anyway. This morning during your tirade, you said you could have invested in Valero instead of SVMI, correct? Next time two or more opportunities are presented to you, I would highly recommend that you consider a smaller investment into both.
This is nothing more than common sense. It looks like that could havee saved you a lot of grief over the last two years. Maybe you should just sell, take the tax loss, and re-enter in 31 days. It's obvious that to you that you'll be able to buy it back at a lower price. Hey, that's two different investment ideas that you got for free!
Good luck.
Thank you, and I will be returning within four weeks. I'll keep you posted also. You have a great weekend to. I'm off to the beach in about 10 mins. Have to enjoy the last few days of summer while the water's still warm enough. I'm not into 55-60 degree water, but right now at 68, it's barely still warm enough for me.
At least now you are learning how to politely reply to something. Well done, sir.
No Hooter Girls this time. That was lunch during my solo visit last time.
Wow! Your first time. I think you're going to get hooked. LOL
Yes, as I stated, I am a little concerned by Cornell, but not as much as before my latest visit. Will a white knight help them out. Possibly.
As with any penny, you shouldn't put in more than you can lose. But let's look at this. If the stock only goes to .07 from here, you already have a 10:1
I think that's pretty excited, and I am certainly looking for a lot more than .07. I am not a trader. I invest for the longer term. This, IMO, should be viewed as such. Obviously if it jumped ten fold or more, I would also take a little off the table.
I will post but not any info outside of PM or e-mail. I also was in RLTR but got out before you. An asscoiate of mine down south rec'd it. I bot 500k yesterday after our visit. I will be adding every chance I get, but please understand, I went to the site. It is my decision to invest. I am not a cheerleader as bb screams.
I will PM you with my e-mail unless you spend the $89 to bacome a member on I-Hub. It's really worth the investment.
Thank you for your kind words.
Thanks! But I will probably just PM the more vital info from this point. I know there are the few who attempt to biggy back on others work for a free ride and when things go sour the messenger is the culprit. I have a fairly small list of very good, intelligent people that I chat with daily. I would be more than glad to set up a separate Savi list as I stated previously. I am not, though, going to put up with what occurred this AM.It's as simple as that. I make my own decisions based on what I hear, see, and touch. I will never or have I ever blamed anyone for their ideas or recommendations.
Yes, there is a lot more that they couldn't tell us. We heard over and over, I wished you could hear more. Once again, this is my opinion only of what is going on over there. Will Cornell be around long? I doubt it. Is it a hurdle? Of course! Major? No! The alternative? Who knows, maybe out of business. One has to do what one has to do.
Yes, I've also have been involved with two scams in the past. IMO this is not a scam. Are they pumping the stock as with the two I invested in? Not that I can see, at least not during my investment period. Heck, I can't even get a return call. That's fine as they probably have more important things to do than chat with me at this point in time.
Allow me to PM you later this weekend.
To Anybody Else Who Wants To Blame Me For Their Investments:
That's it! I am certainly not a cheerleader for anyone. I will continue to visit Savi along with my other holdings, but will no longer post info here. I will participate in discussion, but will only share info now thru PM's. For those interested, please PM me over the next few days so I can make a list. For those of you that can not PM, you really should consider signing up for it. I PM often in the evenings specifically to avoid attacks such as just occurred.
Sorry for upsetting anyone esle with my own DD.
I have never mentioned you ever in any post. Nor did I ever accuse you of calling Savi a scam. There are others here that don't like the stock.
You don't need to jump down my throught, sir. I am only passing on what I have learned and witnessed on a few trips.
No offense sir,
But you are exactly the individual type which makes me reluctant to share any info at all. Have you spent the miniscule amount for an airline ticket to actually investigate what you are investing into. I seriously doubt it. How did you come upon SVMI. A reommendation from a friend perhaps.
I invested the same way initially. $1,000 as a crap shoot. Because if one does not do correct DD, that is what an investment in pennies are. A crap shoot. My next investment, a bit more than 1k, was not done until after my second visit.
You could have done better investing somewhere else? I'm sure you could have. I'm holding a few bags myself, but maybe you shouldn't be holding an issue that has fallen over 95%.
Don't take it out on me bb. I am not the cause of your investment decision. But I did take it upon myself to visit them before investiing a serious amount of change.
BTW, I visit most of my investments, not just this one.
Thank you for you nice comments, though.
Financials I do not know. Time frame for production appears to be set for late Jan. or Feb. Looking at the progress since my last visit, I think they'll make it this time. It's just an incredible amount of machinery in there now. We also witness two more semi truck deliveries while we were there.
Scam! as I've read previously? Oh yeah. Let's spend millions, lease two warehouses, collectively over 400,000 square feet. What might they be scamming? A few shares at sub penny.
I don't think so!!
Good Morning Everybody!!
I don't know about PatD100, but I got a well needed rest last night. It was a very exciting day for me yesterday at Savi. With all the excitement and the plethora of information that we had to retain, I was drained. And my eyes, oh my goodness! They are still aching after everything they had to look at yesterday.
In all seriousness though, this was my third visit within four months as some of you know. The progress over those four months has been nothing less than extraordinary. My initial visit was viewing nothing more than an empty shell of a warehouse which I estimated to be about 12,000 - 15,000 square feet. There was also no one available for a "tour" of the fabulous empty building.
My second visit was, as everyone already knows, to a facility that was under rennovation at every corner, in addtion to being informed that the available space had be increased to over 25,000 square feet. The expansion was not done through construction, though, but rather due to additional leasing of warehouse space. I believe the pictures of my visit are still available on the board.
My visit yesterday with PatD100, was, in my opinion, nothing less than mind boggling. You have to remember, I have witnessed the transformation of a building which was completely empty to one that literally now contains wall to wall machinery. If this equipment was new, the value would surpass $10,000,000 and perhaps as much as $12,000,000. Obviously, this equipment is not all new. Most of it, as a matter of fact, is used. Everything within the warehouse is being done to be eventually exhibited as a showcase. Polishing concrete floors in the warehouse, newly refurbished equipment and a beuatiful suite of offices also completely redone. I was very impressed.
But as a shareholder, I believe their prudent purchases of used equipment, rather than new, is exactly how a developing company should invest our money. I know there have been endless jokes about this company and it's executives. In my opinion, they are not warranted.
Those of you who continue to post demeaning comments should stop the BS. This company and its officers are very serious about Savi's direction and future. There is so much that PatD100 and I witnessed and learned. There is alot more that I will not post either due to the sensitive nature of how information on this board is sometimes twisted into falsehoods.
As far as the Cornell financing issue? After yesterday's visit and lengthy discussions, I am convinced that if Cornell is allowed to excercise their warrants, yes although very dilutive, but a not a major hurdle as far as future appreciation and growth of the company.
It is estimated that the market in California alone for this type of pollution equipment is nearly 50 billion dollars. Of course, Savi won't get the entire market share, but extrapolate the numbers to the rest of the United States, and you can get the general idea of the size of the true market.
The United States? Oh my gosh!! I forgot about the 270,000 square foot facitlity in China. What could the Asian market be worth? I don't know, but I do know that Savi has released the news of the Chinese facility. Could add at least one or two dollars to future revenues.
My personal belief and thoughts of what is happening with Savi is very exciting. I better say that this is just my opinion. I sure wouldn't want some knucklehead to sue me because I took it upon myself to do a little DD and shared the information and my opinion. Of course, stuff happens and maybe Savi wouldn't make it to the big payoff. I think the chances of that are less and less now that they will not survive.
In summary, I think anyone of the wize guys that appear here with their bashing or idiotic comments, should perhaps purchase a plane ticket and take the trip. That $400 or $600 ticket might be the best money spent ever for them. Maybe not, but at least it would shut them up once and for all as they could themselves witness the fantastic job that these guys are doing.
My next visit will be within four weeks. I'd be more than glad to chat with anyone with interest. Sorry for the lengthy post, but I tried to calm everyone down, and even though Savi's development has taken longer than expected, I think January or February, or March, or ..... will end up having very much been worth the wait.
PatD100 will be posting a few pictures shortly. Pat, wake up!! It's your floor. I have to run.
Have a great weekend everybody!
Take Care,
Blockman
Oh yes! And it was very good Kool-Aide indeed.
It's not late out here, but just got in with from a date with my wife. We'll chat with you guys tomorrow.
Dear DFW,
I met a very good friend of yours today at Savi. He says to say hello.
Take Care,
B
PatD100 has them as my truck went in for an unexpected repair this AM. I left everything in there forgeting to take it in the loaner.
Gentlemen, Ladies, Supporters, and Bashers,
We are back. I'm so excited I have to pee!
Correction, an electronic halt on buys, OK. I think you knew what I was referring to.
There's not doubt that this stock is being manipulated. But why the halt now rather that over the last few weeks when the swing were much wider? Once again, just curious.
