Until very recently, Apple Rush was a joint venture between RushNet, Inc. and Rush Beverage Company. Apple Rush operated as a division within RushNet, which holds the largest minority interest in Apple Rush. RushNet originally held 51% of the total shares before the company went public. After the public transaction was completed, RushNet's share ownership of Apple Rush decreased to 45% because there was dilution from the original shareholders of the public shell.
From 51% to 45% reduction in ownership. The stock is not trading (yet), so what happened to the 51%/49%? Without a market, there is no trading and NO ONE CAME BUY UNLESS YOUR IN THE KNOW. Someone on the inside bought. I wonder if it is as most would interpret it, 45%/6%/49%? Or what is quite possible, 45%/55% in favor of Corr (Rush Bev)? Corr, as an individual or dba Rush Bev, being the buyer.
Cleverly written. Does not mention who the majority shareholder (only the major minority) is which leads me to believe the latter above.
A loss of 5%, I guess someone has to pay, right? Nothing is free.
Apple Rush is a producer of 100% Organic Juice beverages. Located in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, it has over 30 distributors that currently market and sell its juices to retail outlets throughout the U.S. and foreign countries.
Al least we know Apple Rush is growing a good pace. That is a lot of distributors especially since no one knew anything or at least thought it was below 20.
An announcement will be made before public trading begins in Apple Rush stock. We strongly encourage you to watch Apple Rush's growth over the next 12 months as we execute our business plan. More exciting news will be forthcoming over the next few weeks.
Stock not trading yet. See above speculation.
We have a minority stake in K-Y Brand, the makers of K-Y Jelly!!! Now that is news and also explains the endless supply Corr has. LOL j/k
EDITED: This figure: 192,498,150.00 is approx. 6% of the figure: 3,000,100,000 listed on pinksheets: http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=apru#getCompanyInfo
Which accounts for the decrease from 51% to 45%.
Anyone care to comment???
Theory:
1) Cost of shell (Bob Kelly)
2) Previous shareholders of D-Capital or what it was receives stock exchange/conversion.
3) ...
The percentages above represent 6% of the entire Authorized. That does not make sense unless Corr expects to unload the entire 3B, unless Bob needs lessons in math. I am not the best at math but it appears Bob gave away more than 6% if the Float falls under 3B.
May be he meant finally, the "two weeks" has ended... or finally Corr made up his mind... I could go on...
What do you think of this and its effects?
Conversion of RSHN stock to APRU stock instead of divy?
Loyal shareholders from Dec 2006 receives divy?
Brings RSHN float down and brings the true co-owners of APRU holding their fair share of APRU stock.
Thoughts and comments please... for discussion purposes only... NOT hinting this going to happen...(This has not been discussed with me w/ management)
I think that was about "two weeks" ago...
I'd say 1, 3 & 4.
How do you Canadians feel about this?
Lol... like "FAH-Q, Inc."
Well, actually, with the frequency of the fat finger, it looks as though the MMs are planning or screaming. A close on the fat finger, by default, will show up on many stock profilers/indicators and put them on radar only because of an artificial 400% gain which in turns brings attention to RSHN.
Coincidence... I do not think so. Clever... possibly...
Possibility: The shell is needed because Apple from Nevada is to new and no history. Apple from Texas has been set up some time ago and may have a long enough history so it can list on OTCBB and report. Hence the shares to be traded as a reporting company.
If I remember correctly, one requirement is a long enough history, etc.
Thanks for the update, much appreciated!!!
Ya me too. I always thought Otter was very negative towards Corr & Co.
I do see there is a Texas corp w/ the same name, Apple Rush Company Inc. (They are obviously different or are they...?)

Apple Rush is a Nevada corp., not Texas...
Ya, the founders (funders) of Apple Rush: marayatano, felix_culpa, .... (fill int rest) ...
It could be a pink but report financials.
Sorry guys, I was just kidding. I though you knew what j/k meant.
I just saw APRU in my ACCOUNT!!!! Check your accounts!!!
.
j/k
If Corr does what he promised (said) and retires a portion of the float, I am sure you will make a nice chunk of change within the two (2) year period you mentioned, but not $50 per share.
Scratch my back and I will scratch yours...
Robert Corr, President of RushNet stated: “This was our first opportunity for RushNet to get behind a new product release since we came to Garden. We were greatly enthused to have the opportunity to spearhead this new beverage into the market, the first of many to come from Garden in Metro-Chicago. We’ve learned some new techniques from this and we are grateful for the support of the Cintron Team and our Garden staff who all performed admirably in this launch.”
"The CINTRON Energy Group was conceived by Joe Roberts, one of the nation's most successful marketing executives in the soft drink and juice business. His tireless drive and solid business contacts throughout the country helped establish some of the best known brands in the beverage industry."

Hook up w/ someone who is in marketing and learn by watching and from experience from others in the field. Develop new techniques and apply it to AR and RSHN. Wash, rinse and repeat.
Target your home market first before you branch out. Get production pumping in your home area so production can easily chern out more once you branch out.
Target an untapped and growing market like the latin market. Very big and growing and largely untargeted until recently.
Hurry... Bob... my local supermarkets are coming with their own oragnic house brands, ie, Vons, Ralphs (Krokers), etc.
Corr . . . get on a radio show and advertise yourself so that the attention comes to the company/stock, etc. Nothing will happen without an audience... leran from the past... it is time to get strategic!
One possible scenario is letting go of the corporate name of Garden because of possible liabilities of that corporation. Hence, let the Garden (corp) go under or get defunct and set up (form) a new corporation (A1 Bev) and file a fictitious business name statement (Garden as a sole prop rather than corp). A1 Bev doing business as Garden Bev. By doing this, it is the most cost effective way of cutting off unknown debt to third parties, liens, liabilities, etc.
Now you are able to keep and operate under the Garden Bev name while limiting yourself and your assets from unknown liabilities. Some call it a fresh start (which it really is).
I have personally done this rather than go through escrow and obtain Letters from the Franchise Tax Board for good standing. (I do not remember the exact wording of the documents).
Ok, got it!
Huh? Calm down... I am not running... huh?
Anyhow, I see Bob Corr living "COMFORTABLY."
Ya, the special kind...
You should work for Investor Relations!
Hey Look!!! Bob is losing weight!

"They were suppose to give us a divy the 1st time around, but didnt. " Gee, I though you just came a few months ago. You must have been here since Dec. 2006.
By the way, the Canadian Dollar has really appreciated against the US $. So when you add more RSHN to your 2006 holdings, it will cheaper because of the exchange rate.
I just love Canada!!!!
Naw.. just the reflection in the mirror..
Really does not effect RSHN. All it means is he may have forgotten to file a Statement of Information or some paperwork like that. Very common...
Actually, what I meant was "appropriate to continue to return cash to our stockholders".
I was not really interested in the buy back, just the statement above.
"they are working on the financing to pay the retainer" lol
It is called the gap and trap.
Now they are naked. Make sure they put some cloths on.
I believe the recycled water in Los Angeles is used for watering the plants, etc. There are signs that state, "So not drink the water," or something to that effect but only around the sprinklers.
The water from the tap is not recycled but fortified with fluoride and ???
