Which accounts for the decrease from 51% to 45%.

Anyone care to comment???

Theory:
1) Cost of shell (Bob Kelly)
2) Previous shareholders of D-Capital or what it was receives stock exchange/conversion.
3) ...


The percentages above represent 6% of the entire Authorized. That does not make sense unless Corr expects to unload the entire 3B, unless Bob needs lessons in math. I am not the best at math but it appears Bob gave away more than 6% if the Float falls under 3B.
