WE GOT CLARITY yesterday!!! Good Morning MDNT longs! Hoping to see this open in the low 3's and never look back today! I've been holding on to my shares and no, not in the million share club but I am happy with my holdings! Really liked the calendar of what the company is planning on getting done especially with the start of the studio in May and completion THIS YEAR! One thing that I would like someone to ask about in the conference call this morning is, the studio is being started in May but there was no mention of the roads and infrastructure being installed which in themselves would be huge projects. Any timeline on them being built or are they already under construction? I think that the current road that's shown in the ibox could be used to access the construction of the studio without building the roads but it would seem like the water and sewer would need to be installed at the same time as the studio if not before.
These conference calls...will the company come out and make some general announcements first or will they ask for questions from people and have a phone lineup with each person getting to ask one question? Never done a conference call before.
It's all looking VERY good now and I'm ready for this to rock-n-roll. Just hoping that the diluters will wait a day or two and let the PPS rise on up to 5 or 6. That's what I'd do if I was wanting to raise money. Get double the money just to be patient and let it rise first.
MDNT....reading all the posts and looking at financials and reading calendar and personal letter from CEO and I'm in to WIN! Going long here. Very VERY complex company here with all they have going on but I think they're going to pull this off and make us SE Georgian's proud of our new neighbor and have Hollywood California shaking in their shoes.

The questions I'd like to know is 1)if the water tower on the site will be enough water to handle this entire project or if they'll be having to install new water AND sewer lines to the project and also a timeline for the water and sewer to be started and completed and how far they're going to have to install the lines to hook onto existing facilities. 2) are all roads going to be installed before construction begins on the studio? Will local contractors be working on the studio project and how many people will be employed as start up for this project? 3)The ponds that have recently been dug on each side of the current Medient headquarters...are there plans to buy those tracts of land? 4) The large cleared area that's on the site now...what is the purpose for it? 5) Will a lot of the pine timberlands be cleared for construction and will that money be Medients money or will it be the counties money? Very nice stand of timber on this tract that's probably worth many thousands if not a couple of millions of dollars.
All my questions I guess pertain to the site itself and not so much to the movie production/distribution side of the company. Just some questions that I've had as I wandered around on the property trying to get an idea of what was going on over there.
Yes, my account balance seems to show revenues of a close at .03 but it don't matter...ready to see this stock fly to the moon on Monday and on to Mars on Tuesday!! I don't think we'll see it close in the 02's anymore and probably after tomorrow, maybe not in the 3's anymore. Cool how this stock went all the way down to basically nothing, got it's act together and is now slowly making it's charge back up to $$$ land! Go MDNT!! My boat is loaded!
Yes, my Ameritrade account says this closed at 0.0285 but Ihub is showing .03. I guess Ameritrade has the correct information??
Feels so good to FINALLY find a stock that's making me boatloads of money...I was one of the lucky ones who kept buying when it was 0.017 and again at 0.013 and all the way down to 0.008 and have an average of just over a cent but the good news is, there's still time to get in cheap as .03 is still a way undervalued price for this stock! What did it finally close at on Friday...level two was showing 0.0285 but on Ihub it's showing 0.03? Not that it really matters but something tells me that as hard as the 3's were to conquer on Friday that they will fall to the side easily on Monday and be into the 4's working on the 5's by Tuesday evening...I don't think Manu would schedule a conference call right after the financials if they were going to be bad...Been on this stock for about 5 months now and loving the slow moving upward trend it's been making...giving lots of people chance after chance to get on board at low low prices but soon they'll be paying much more to ride on this train! A massive studio project planned for Effingham County has settled on a general contractor and has picked a construction start date.
Medient Studios will work with Charleston, S.C.-based Shore Development and Construction for its complex to be built near the Interstate 16-Old River Road interchange. Plans call for 2 million square feet of studios, offices, outdoor entertainment venues, lodging and housing.
When it is completed, Medient’s Effingham locale will be the largest soundstage in the world.
“We really feel we are in place right now where everything we have talked about can actually come to fruition,” said Medient CEO Manu Kumaran. “It’s taken a little bit longer than we expected, but we are on our way.”
Thursday, IDA members approved the revised Medient master plan, along with a provision that a letter from consulting engineers Hussey, Gay, Bell and DeYoung denotes that items in the memorandum of understanding have been addressed satisfactorily.
IDA members agreed that while some timelines in the original agreement have changed, others won’t.
“It’s a very large, very intensive use project that is going to take a lot of fleshing out,” IDA CEO John Henry said. “Everything that has been done to this point has been reset.”
Said IDA Chairman Dennis Webb: “What we need to do is pass some kind of motion to keep the process rolling, to protect the IDA and the county and to put some dates certain and identify some of these dates that we’re going to change and some that can be flexible.”
Kumaran said they anticipate beginning construction in less than two months.
“The big change is we have broken up phase 2 into two different stages,” he said.
The first and foremost step, said Jeremy Blackburn, president of Shore Development and Construction and CEO of Titan Atlas Global, is to get the studio operational.
“We think we can get that done very quickly,” he said. “The faster we can get that going and drive businesses and revenues, the faster that dream becomes a reality.”
Titan Atlas Global will produce sustainable construction products, fashioned for environmentally-conscious building. Shore is expected to seek local contractors and will be adding employees in Georgia. Titan Atlas Global also is expected to add to its workforce for production of materials to be delivered to the construction site.
“These guys know what they’re doing on the construction side,” Kumaran said.
Blackburn said they hope to have an updated critical path ready this week.
Kumaran said he has been in talks with several companies to provide the technology needed to make his studio idea work, even with firms that are competitors but could be supplying different parts the studio needs.
“The idea is being received very, very well, “he said. “We have conversations going with one of the largest technology companies in the world. I’m talking with truly global, truly large conglomerates.
“It took some convincing, but it is coming together rather nicely.”
C.J. Chance of Hussey, Gay, Bell and DeYoung has reviewed the revised master plan on the IDA’s behalf, and Henry said having a general contractor ready could help clear up several hurdles, mostly relating to projected water and sewer needs and how to accommodate those.

Thursday, IDA members approved the revised Medient master plan, along with a provision that a letter from consulting engineers Hussey, Gay, Bell and DeYoung denotes that items in the memorandum of understanding have been addressed satisfactorily.
IDA members agreed that while some timelines in the original agreement have changed, others won’t.
“It’s a very large, very intensive use project that is going to take a lot of fleshing out,” IDA CEO John Henry said. “Everything that has been done to this point has been reset.”
Said IDA Chairman Dennis Webb: “What we need to do is pass some kind of motion to keep the process rolling, to protect the IDA and the county and to put some dates certain and identify some of these dates that we’re going to change and some that can be flexible.”
Kumaran said they anticipate beginning construction in less than two months.
“The big change is we have broken up phase 2 into two different stages,” he said.
The first and foremost step, said Jeremy Blackburn, president of Shore Development and Construction and CEO of Titan Atlas Global, is to get the studio operational.
“We think we can get that done very quickly,” he said. “The faster we can get that going and drive businesses and revenues, the faster that dream becomes a reality.”
Titan Atlas Global will produce sustainable construction products, fashioned for environmentally-conscious building. Shore is expected to seek local contractors and will be adding employees in Georgia. Titan Atlas Global also is expected to add to its workforce for production of materials to be delivered to the construction site.
“These guys know what they’re doing on the construction side,” Kumaran said.
Blackburn said they hope to have an updated critical path ready this week.
Kumaran said he has been in talks with several companies to provide the technology needed to make his studio idea work, even with firms that are competitors but could be supplying different parts the studio needs.
“The idea is being received very, very well, “he said. “We have conversations going with one of the largest technology companies in the world. I’m talking with truly global, truly large conglomerates.
“It took some convincing, but it is coming together rather nicely.”
C.J. Chance of Hussey, Gay, Bell and DeYoung has reviewed the revised master plan on the IDA’s behalf, and Henry said having a general contractor ready could help clear up several hurdles, mostly relating to projected water and sewer needs and how to accommodate those.
“They were tough to address before having a general contractor, engineer and architect on board with the project that we could address the questions with,” Henry said. “The best opportunity now is for us to sit down with CJ and the general contractor and go through the list and get some of these addressed.. We know the issues and the options with that. Now we have to figure out what it’s going to take to pull that together and keep us on track.”

“I want to make sure we don’t do something inadvertently that negatively affects the county’s system in any way,” he said. “We need to be partners in this. It’s not our organization doing this.”
An ad hoc committee of Knowlton, Chap Bennett, Rose Harvey and Charles Hinely has been established to meet with the engineering teams from the county and the developers.
“We’ve got to get it started,” Webb said. “Now that we have a contractor on board, I’m very optimistic about that. It’s been a struggle to get to this point.”

Medient Studios will work with Charleston, S.C.-based Shore Development and Construction for its complex to be built near the Interstate 16-Old River Road interchange. Plans call for 2 million square feet of studios, offices, outdoor entertainment venues, lodging and housing.
When it is completed, Medient’s Effingham locale will be the largest soundstage in the world.
“We really feel we are in place right now where everything we have talked about can actually come to fruition,” said Medient CEO Manu Kumaran. “It’s taken a little bit longer than we expected, but we are on our way.”

Yes, I'm taking my first check out of my account tomorrow for $5K. Waiting for this stock to go a little higher to sell an additional amount to get the rest of my original investment money (including money wires and fees) and then will still have a sizeable amount of "free" shares to hold onto and release at different levels as the Medient train goes to higher and higher stations. I hope to have a couple hundred thousand shares still when this entire project is completed and the stock is probably in the $$ range. Can't wait until you guys do another flyover in a few weeks and see the studioplex being started with a ton of workers out there. That's when this stock starts on over a dime a share or more and when finished and operational, no telling where it will be. Not only is this project going to change the face of movie production it's going to change that entire area of Georgia as I feel sure that both of the Interchanges down that way will fill up with new businesses as this project is going up and what was once a country road crossing the Interstate will suddenly develop into a busy 4 or 5 lane highway with motels and eateries on all 4 corners. It's really hard to get a grip on how big this project is and the ripple down affect it will have on other businesses being developed in the area..GO MDNT!!

That's good! Glad we got on past that. I was raised by good parents too. Father was a medical doctor for 50 years in this town I live in and my mother was mayor of this town, first and only woman mayor so I come from good stock. Just have always questioned things especially when they didn't add up in my mind but with your years of trading and making money I know you have forgot more than I know right now..lol. Thanks for your and the other Dr's on the boards knowledge and willingness to share it. I'll leave that issue alone from now on and just recognize that MOST times that the gap has to be filled in a stock before it can move up....for whatever reason...

Dr. Pennystock, I didn't really direct my message totally at you by name but simply stated what seems to me to be a fact that could be done by people and I guess must have developed into a trading pattern over the years. As I've stated I am new to this trading but to me it DON'T make sense why a stock would have to close a gap before heading north unless that's just the way things have developed over the years and if so, I would still say that it's from people with a million shares or so of stock to play with that can sell at say .030 cents a share and then buy back again when the gap closes at .0255 and then resell again at .030 and make $4500 for a day trade. In my corner of the world $4500 is a good chunk of change and as I stated I guess that's all part of trading is to make money anyway one can on here but, it's just to be honest, annoying to those of us who don't have the big $$$ to day trade like that and wish the stock would just take off from whatever level and ride on up. However that practice of closing the gap got started it just don't seem logical to me and I will apologize if I made it sound like you were doing that, but in all reality, if you were, it's your business and if you or anyone else is making money by whatever means in here then more power to you. It's all good and don't mean to step on anyone's toes in here. I'm just like everyone else and have been in here since the very bottom was reached and almost sold out more than once but have held on and anxious to see those .19's we keep hearing about. Far as I'm concerned that is all over with, let's move on and keep this MDNT on track!!

I don't see how anyone has been proven anything at this point. The same person predicted time and time again that the bottom was at .017 and again at .013 and again at .01 and ect ect ect. How soon many of ya'll forget? Anyhow, if/when I see something that I feel a need to apologize for I'll be the first to do so but right now I don't see anything to apologize for other than stating an opinion that might or might not be the same as many others in here.
