Especially since the 6:30 PM world news commercials have a plethora of drugs - all competing at times for the same 'shelf space.' But on the other hand if supermarkets can make room for a thing like 'pet rocks' - BIEL still has hope. IMO
Thanks for your post Jimzin. When you said:
"so if you want 6 items on the shelf in a prime to sub-prime location (6 x $50k = $300k) + 6000 cases of actual product." That's why I suggested just putting the strongest of the Actipatches first, (the back patch) so as BIEL doesn't have to necessarily go broke getting store exposure. We've waited so long, negotiations should end sooner than later. Thanks again for your thorough explanation - first time I have seen anyone here with that kind of example. IMO
LoL - Increment from .25! Nice! I saw millions on the bid and thought for a moment that if people held out instead of selling at the .0038 bid, we could have seen the start of an interesting day. . . . What's another week in the 'any week now' FDA wait? . . . but one of those stores you mentioned should be almost ready to take on these 'innovative' products. (We may hear something soon - in time for June about one of these stores). Like someone said, if you can't get them to accept the whole line because of space reasons - then just get the back patch out there at least, then they can always add more). BIEL needs "a" breakthrough! Greenwood needs "to" breakthrough!
Must have been erroneous?
5 mil on the bid and virtually no one selling; hang on everyone and this could shoot up today!!!
Right, BIEL's complaint for Allay was not addressed by the FDA rejects - yet.
Cheers
Thanks. More proof that PEMF devices can help heal ! Now BIEL is going after ulcers! In yo face to all the non-BIELievers!
Now That's what I'm talking about - great post Simpsonly! Greenwood's out and you're hired! I agree with everything you said about Shoppers etc., and I also say "limit" the contract time with Walmart and give them as much of a 'cut' of profits (initially) as they can, just to get their name out there and position themselves - (BIEL needs exposure right away).
LOL No ghost, that was describing Greenwood..... but your profile may now read: supporter of Greenwood (a dragonass company) for unknown reasons, or "has possible connections with someone at Greenwood, or possible employee or former employee of Greenwood."
Totally agree kidnova!!! Time to get the ball rolling, because Greenwood seems to be still looking FOR the ball! (I also love it when people 'profile themselves when they defend companies or agencies that literally stifle any progress whatsoever!). Give Greenwood $5 for their efforts to date- NO! send a Bill to Greenwood for wasting all if our TIME! And lets get moving!!!!!
Ok, just let us know as soon as they "get involved."
It's not always clear cut as to which companies are scams, though my experience has shown me that penny stock scams do run rampant. I still choose to believe that Bioelectronics Corp is NOT a scam, but many so-called professional companies like Greenwood do not seem to be doing their job in a timely manner at all. Based on their performance to date, they have not given a good reason to BIEL (that we know of) as to why they can't get product on the shelf at one store even! I mean, they should be trying MUCH MUCH harder than what they have shown. Greenwood would make that list you spoke of so far due to their total lack of action and/or results!!!! A red flag should go up for any penny stock doing business with Greenwood until they prove otherwise! Promises, Promises!! Greenwood SUCKS !!! IMO. Andy! GET RID OF GREENWOOD NOW! Do us all a big favor!!! They have proven to be ineffective at what they claim to do! Get another firm who will actually DELIVER on what they say they can do!!!!
I agree; very probable about big pharma and other 'forces' at work trying to stall BIEL; but I don't think we should give up easily either. More and more people are becoming aware that they are getting screwed in more ways than one and the fight is ratcheting up now and it will be interesting to see this finally push through all the BS. IMO
Let's hope you're right. I also think people here are holding out for the most part; some prudent selling going on - not dilution - and hoping for a positive decision from the FDA on the Actipatch very soon! Actually any week now for sure- IMO. The FDA timeline is pretty much done as we all just witnessed! IMO
An approval for Actipatch very soon would take heat off the FDA from the senator and/ Inspector General
investigation into the FDA, at least for a bit anyway, which would smooth things out for FDA, regardless of who is right about the latest Allay decision. IMO
Great idea for the Olympics! (Especially since Actipatch is already cleared in London).
Oh the humanity. In this case it's the ignorance of humanity, FDA included. You think this stock is only about the shares and the money; what about the people in pain? What about the people who want an alternative to the mafia controlled big pharma medication that appears to relieve symptoms in one area, but creates many adverse symptoms and side affects in other areas of the body. How sad for bitter and selfish people to rally against the potentially good products that Bielectronics has to offer. (Dont worry Dubb, if I write the senator I will leave out any conspiracy theories).
Unbelievable! I hope that AW waited to release this news until he had something better to release just after this latest bomb drop, such as the Canadian Launch, otherwise . . . . Monday could really suck - depending on the shareholder interpretation and patience.
I agree and it looks like they are letting it alone for now; thats why I hope some other company comes in and offers to buy them out forcing these other "movers and shakers" to bid higher or step aside. And J&J supposedly gave a low ball offer years ago. .....So then my question is - what was J&J going to do with BIEL then?
Bid/Size
0.0038 / 605,000
Ask/Size
0.004 / 248,000
Demand is approx. 2.5 times greater than Supply at the moment.
Not to brIng attention to your post ghost42, but I hereby give you "Post of the Year" award. I think we may see green from some more speculators today and possibly into next week. Confidence is building, but those calling the shots still need to make a move.
I had asked a similar question back in March about Greenwood and O'Leary, someone had said that O'Leary's name was somewhere elae on the website and here is what ghost said:

Take the next step and querry Patrick O'Leary and it will get even more intriguing, especially if you the reread the original announcement.
Thanks kid.
So the advertisement of the PEMF product that fbsf32 showed us is illegal? Please explain.
Haven't seen this, but it's got me thinking about the FDA and the long, seemingly endless wait again. What if BIEL decided to go ahead in the U.S. legally, totally around the FDA by advertising here in the U.S. like these other companies do, but with a "disclaimer." Perhaps the advertisement could have testimonials by real
consumers, that state the Actipatch helped relieve their back from pain, or their knee, etc., then at the end say "no known side affects," or here's one the FDA loves: "results may vary;" then have the disclaimer at the bottom of the screen??? Anybody know if something like that could be done, while waiting for FDA; then when the FDA finally decided, BIEL could add their claims of pain relief, etc., right on the package. (so re-packaging could pose a problem at first). Just looking for a way around FDA until FDA gets it together. If it's all about the claims - let BIEL plead the fifth, and let the consumers rave about it; perhaps packaging wording could go like this "Acitipatch- for your aching back" - notice NO claims are made, but you can get your product out and let the "people" decide!!!!!!
You warned us or are you the one that placed a "Sell" underbid, then procede to taunt us with your negative posts? Buying may be small, but so are the Sells; nothing out of the ordinary here but the obvious recent "Sell" underbid. ("If"that was you, it's funny that you would have to be holding shares with BIEL, for such kind of manipulation to take place).
The FDA is the "tail" that wags the dog "big Pharma", then after eating a huge meal (ripping many people off) tries to bite all the BIEL investors! lol
Anywhere else but the U.S.! That's the same theme the rest of our government leaders and agencies (like FDA) and corporation attitudes that has taken this country to where it is. Lately most things that may be good for us have been put on back burner, sent away, and/or squashed; things like jobs, wholesome foods, and even potential cures (last one not necessarily referring to BIEL). So, yes until they get these products in Canada and the UK (which cant really brag about the speed at which things are done over there either); we Americans are waiting for an answer from the U.S. FDA; then the market here may have the products on shelves even before Canada or UK!!! (by the time they finish counting their shelf space). IMO
Is there any way we could contact the stores in Canada ourselves to find out if they have the product, and if not, are they going to have it on their shelves, and if so WHEN? If investors in Canada call or go and request Actipatches themselves - shouldn't a store manager know what new products they are getting and when? If the managers don't know until the product shows up, then who from those potential stores would know what new products are going to be "deployed?". Can some one answer this?
Thanks gman, but they should be able to control the "country" pull down bar (which would exclude the U.S.) on the website selling them, yet still have the hyperlinks I suggested so that purchases could be made in (3) less steps. (people would find out they couldnt buy them in U.S. "as they are pending US FDA approval"- mentioned in a note nearby), and impossible to by since the USA would not be listed in the pull down bar.
Why does it take a total of (6) steps to select a Back Pain Actipatch once I am on www. bielcorp.com which directs you to the Actipatch website, and a total of (7) steps to get to Paypal, through a not so clear website to those unfamiliar with it - to buy the product (and that doesnt even count the PayPal steps back and forth)? I have purchased many things off of websites, have created full working e-commerce websites in the past; and surf practically daily especially 'lately' to make purchases off of eBay and Amazon and it does not take that many steps to purchase a product. IMO. Making a purchase should be made as quick and easy as possible. I suggest a "purchase" button right on the bielcorp website that takes you (hyperlinked) to the Actipatch website where the main patches are shown with purchase buttons next to each product. That's two steps and the next step (3). Select "go to cart" button (where you can adjust the quantity) - or select "continue shopping" button (4). PayPal! There, I just eliminated (3) steps. IMO All primadonna web nerds may add their own ideas...
Let's just hope that these patents, which last twenty years, and which those time limits are being eaten up by all this waiting.....let's hope that these patents are strong enough to keep big pharma at bay; but no doubt part of this FDA stall process is all part of their plan to stall and find weaknesses to exploit. I'm done for the day unless we get news.
Right; and watch how fast the FDA will clear those other companies based on BIEL's patience (or predicate as you said). If I think too much about the system, the word "pathetic" comes to mind, that and "thugs!"
I couldnt care less that my posts were deleted. Also, it was Simpsonly that was concerned about their post(s) being deleted.
Ok. Thanks. I'll be here - whatever happens!
Good one! Slam Dunk!!
By summer, do you mean by Wednesday, June 20th (first day of Summer)? Or by end of summer? Because the former is less than (9) weeks away, or any week now. :)
But some of them (distributors) are using their own money! lol
I agree with most of what you are saying. I think that some of us are just trying to figure out if Andy is having conversations with competitors about a buyout or not. Also, it could be that instead of a buyout, Andy is thinking that J & J is considering "slashing" prices on their pain pills to further drive out BIEL once FDA is ready. I think it's closer than we all realize, but again....
