How does Nite have 933,946 after a buy when they had 1,100,000 shares to begin with and nothing reflect an odd buy like that on the level two sell chart??
I noticed that figure too and I think the studioplex might be what costs $300,000,000 and the entire project will cost $700,000,000 as the completion date is NOT 2014 but I think 2016 or 2017 and I'm thinking that would be for EVERYTHING to be built. I believe when this project gets to rocking and a rolling that it's going to have a snowball affect and things get done even quicker than anticipated on the calendar of events. Once that studio is being built and word gets out that it's physically being built I believe a lot more BIG money will come pouring into this stock and after it's built, then they'll have the money to really luxury it up, therein the upscale retail shops they're talking about, golf course ect...Plus that whole interchange and probably the one closer to Savannah will also explode with development. If I had extra money I'd love to be buying up real estate right now in that area at those interchanges....
Good! Some of us locals won't have to ride down there to check on the construction or fly planes around the site! That will be a welcome addition and one that will keep the stock price up steady and rising as the development gets underway. I know one thing...they're NOT going to be doing anything down there today as we had a washout down here in SE Georgia yesterday...not unless they're having a mud bogging down there. Would work great for that. lol

I usually try to post 3 or 4 times each trading day a post about Medient to the Momo board and to BB's Breakout Board and almost every time I have, the stock gets a little bounce. Might just be my imagination but I think if a few more would post too where it would get more exposure it would help bring in new investors wanting to know what is all this excitement about this EAST COAST HOLLYWOOD. I'm sure that there's a few who have seen the posts and have become investors. According to the link that Drug doctor gave us we're in the beginning of a pump on this stock by paid players so why don't we even help them out more and get the word out too and get this gem of a stock's name out there to more investors and get this run to take hold and get a nice more realistic value on the PPS.. GO MDNT!
I hadn't read the intro-post in a good while as I have it where it doesn't show up when I go from ihub room to room and took some time to go thru and read a lot of the information that someone is doing a GREAT job of posting and keeping up to date. THANKS FOR THAT!! After reading this, I went back and set my sell off points at a good bit higher than I had them before and really, not going to be a whole lot of reason for me to watch the stock in the near future I don't believe as I'm in this for the long haul and patience here I think will be golden. This is NOT a overnight sensation here and probably there were many who bought into this thinking that it would just take off and run to the sky but it's taking longer than a typical pennystock company and I consider it like someone who throws a snowball off of a mountain and it gathers momentum as it rolls down. As each milestone is passed and more movies are produced and distributed and revenues increase tenfold or more from this and the studio plex becomes a reality and the whole concept on the 1500+ acre comes to life I want to be one of the few who bought in low, held on thru thick and thin and has a nice healthy bankroll to retire on. Maybe when the golf course there is completed Manu will give some of us longs life long memberships in there for standing by him with our money and our interest and keeping the dream positive.....if not, maybe he'll at least invite us all to come play 18 holes with him...lol

Have a great group of people running this company and about a half dozen of them were at the Effingham County Development Authority meeting which myself and at least two others from this Ihub room attended. Manu seems like a very confident businessman and I think he has assembled a GREAT team of people to take this business to the next level... Only about 3 1/2 weeks until the construction phase of the HUGE studio project will be underway on 1550 acres of PRIME INTERSTATE 16 frontage right outside of Savannah Georgia and also very close to the I-16/I-95 Interchange. Solid financial statements just put out as well as a calendar of when certain parts of this project should be completed as well as dates for movies that have been produced and release and a production schedule for new movies.
When the massive 18+ acre studio building is completed it will draw producers from all over the world to come and use their state of the art facilities and the CEO Manu is currently flying around the world to work out contacts with other businessmen in the industry and attend film festivals for their films they have produced. GREAT solid company and not your "gourment chicken wings looking for a lease on a building" type of pennystock but one with substance, one with a great outlook on a HUGE scale!! Personally I am in this company long and strong and hope to be a part of a billion dollar company when all the current plans have been implemented. Haven't been paying much attention to this stock lately, just kind of stick my head in the door to look to see where it's at and seems to me it's like so many that I see that bounce around for several weeks at basically the same place and then all of a sudden take off to .10 and beyond and start holding there. Thinking of adding some more today as I've been working/watching another stock mostly and need this one to move on up some too. GLTA
Great!! Folks wised up on this stock...now anyone wanting in will have to pay the new rate which made me a GREAT amount of money today. Only was able to pick up a few more shares while it was in it's tailspin while the "Fire Fire" group were getting out but I'm still happy with my position in this stock. It's still cheap but I think Dr Pennystock has this one on the head as I think we might see .03 tomorrow and back up to .05 and .06 as people truly digest what happened with the filings and see that they have a gold mine in their hands and don't even have to dig!! Was never even a thought of me selling my precious shares...GO MDNT!!

Very good post and I feel the same way...I feel this stock is solid, I feel it's legit and is and will be making money, more each month and exponentially more once the studio is finished! I've seen nothing for me to run for the hills so far and I'm still holding what I bought..even added to them some. I feel Manu has been very transparent with this operation and even had a question and answer session where us stock holders could ask anything and everything and only two people stood up and asked anything and then it was behind a telephone line. We all should really be ashamed to not have asked the questions on our mind and he had the experts and knowledgeable people to deal with most any type of question we could throw at him. Shows to me VERY GOOD character of a CEO IMO and I too am embarrassed and saddened that so many bailed from this venture. One of the best investments in the market IMO...If it goes on down, I'll be loading on up because when the news of construction hits this stock, it's going to explode. Somehow I think it's all about the studio and not what the money that's coming from the movie company that everyone is wanting to see happen. EVEN WITHOUT the studio, this company is solid as a rock and making great strides. Sometimes people can't see the trees for the forest being in the way..

Now let me get on the MOMO and BB stock haven boards and shout out to all the people who haven't found out about MDNT what a great buy this still is. Good luck to all and hang on tight when that construction announcement is announced which might be some weeks away still but could be some things already happening down there. Got to go redeem some Christmas gift cards down at the mall in Savannah this weekend so will do a run thru and see if I can see any new progress going on at the site..
I think you're going to be dead on target this time Dr. Pennystock! I hadn't read the letter Manu sent out yesterday (nor all of the posts from yesterday) but I do believe that this guy has the bull by the horns and as most all of us expected too, this stock should have gone up instead of down on Tuesday with the GREAT news we received. SOLID company, with plans being confirmed and backing of STATE and local governments. What else could a person want to invest in? My shares are in here solid and forgotten for the time being and I do have sell prices already in place and they should follow along with the different stages of this development. I can wait myself and watch as this project comes to life and when those that have left look over and see a one day rise of double PPS when a PR or boots on the ground see that the roads are being built, pipes are going in the ground and the studio has footers being dug. Once that announcement comes, I think these prices down here will be a thing of the past and the $.10 price per share and higher will become the norm!
Well, I've been gone for a day or so and glad to see MDNT is holding on strong! Hoping to see this take back off and recover what it's lost because as I rode by there yesterday to go on a deep sea fishing trip I could envision this project on the site it is planned to be on and it's absolutely in one of the most growing areas of the State of Georgia and would be welcomed there! Slow and steady MDNT...we got this!!

I agree today is a mental setback to a point as I think 99% of us thought this stock would go up today (be honest)...but when all is said, it was just a few short weeks back we was loving life when the stock was where it is right now. I think it's going to rebound nicely although it will probably just move on up slowly until some more nice news happens. Right now I think we're living on the dream and although I think that Manu with the conference call let us know there are real live human beings involved in this and there are architects and engineers all working to get the final details worked out where this can go on up, right now, we need to see something happening and for many of us, something happening on that piece of dirt out by I-16 is going to be the thing that really puts our minds at ease with this project. When I do a ride by and see dozers, excavator, paving machines and such working on the roads and track hoes putting in the utilities and our buddies do a flyover and see a huge place carved out of those woods for the pad for the studio to go, I think those reports will set this baby on fire and we'll get our 10 cents a share and more. I know that it will for me. Medient long and strong here. Still is at a high position but of course, we all thought it would be higher.
Another thing that bothers me a little is that no one (including me) but two people even had questions for the conference call. I guess all of us just assumed that someone else was going to do it. I started to jot down a few questions but I figured that there would be so many in line ahead of me that I wouldn't have a chance to ask any questions. Boy was I fooled...lol.
I'm heading to the bank to see if I can get some funds to buy some of these cheapies....unreal! A powerful stock like this with PURE Clarity today and everyone runs in a corner and sells off. LONG TERM invester here and will wait until the studio is built and enjoy the fruits that a golden stock will produce. When the revenues come in from the movies and the studio is built and making movies down there and all the other things CLEARLY outlined in the calendar are up and running folks will be wishing they'd of held onto their shares...GO MDNT!!!
I don't think no one would have predicted this panic sell off. I'm still in long and strong....just a bump in the road (although a HUGE bump) and I'll be sitting here smiling when my shares go back up!
