No confusion here....
Q: "I haven't read a message board yet that the MM's weren't accused of interfering and forcing the PPS one way or the other."
It seems then we agree then that MM's can interfere in one way or another. Anybody who trades for a time can see what they are able to do when volumes increase and when they decrease. I was trying to be funny - hence the lol at the beginning and at the end of my post. . . .and you are right, I probably shouldn't have made that unclear statement about the MMs right afterward. Y'all have some fun, then get some rest this weekend!! Happy Trading!
Anyone notice the after-hours trading bump in pps to .0055? Not sure of the volume...have a great weekend everybody!
I agree with you - especially the last part about people being able to see the product and being endorsed by a well known Canadian sports figure. Usually the product gets on the shelf first somehow, then that's followed up by a stream of steady commercials from time to time to remind people the name(s) of the products and where they can buy them. The only other way to bypass the Canadian stores is to include a Canadian website in the (15) to (30) second commercial. IMO. Paul K. doesn't bother me at all. (Has anybody heard from Deadwood, I mean Greenwood yet? Maybe GW can have a quick jingle for themselves: "but we stillll....haven't found.....what were lookin' for....")
YW Ghost42. Happy Trading!
Speaking of luncheons/parties, when is the next shareholders meeting? Not that I would bother to make it, but come to think of it, I have seen many hollow shell pink sheets have a yearly shareholders meeting, but i don't rember BIEL ever having one. Shouldn't we at least have that much offered to us for investing our money? Does AW really give a dang about us shareholders and even be willing to look some of the 'bigger' investors (I am not one of them) in the eye(s)? I can't remember when the last shareholder meeting was..... Anybody go? Was it in Dubai?
Ok, if Greenwood stays in the picture, can we at least have them stand in the back of the photo - not so close to the front? And can we change the lighting a bit - in fact throw some stage powder makeup on that puppy
cuz they startin to ruin the shot! And are they really helping our shot at making it? So far, I agree with Fuja in that Paul could give a little more info about the "progress" they are making. He doesn't have to bore us with details like cocktail parties with clients, but that in the every other Thursday update - let us at least know who was contacted and the jist of what was discussed. For example, the update could read something like this: "Last week the Inspector General was contacted by BIEL representatives and they will start reviewing BIEL's FDA complaint; also, Greenwood (BIEL's main distributor) made a collect phone call to Canada in hopes to sell some of those patches to Shopper's Mart." Then, we may have more confidence that they are at least working and doing their job - and moving toward a goal; because right now it looks like Greenwood has accomplished absolutely NOTHING - to date. GW and/or Paul has kept shareholders totally in the dark & show no competence thereby giving us no confidence in what they do - or in this case Don't Do! I say AW and company should calculate a timeline for GW and then find another distributor. Maybe we could DD GW's
other accomplishments and how long they took to succeed - if such evidence even exists....
I agree, BIEL needs some kind of penetration! Kinda of what the shareholder longs have been used to. No, I'm kidding, but really, they need to penetrate the market; it doesn't have to be a huge entrance! It's not the size of the display that matters. (Yeah right!). LoL No, really, they should have Greenwood stand on a freaking corner with a shopping cart somewhere in Canada and sell something; or how about a spot on a show like The Doctors but in Canada?
Booiiiing!!! Good thing we put on our hard hats cuz it looks like the stock price bounced right off of them!! lol. Also looks like someone got some bargain prices without hurting the .0052 finish at .0044, .0045, and .0046. Well done chaps! I can't figure out if someone panic'd at the low bids coming in, or if some triggers went off or if AW decided to unload a few before it popped it back up?? (If it were triggers, then that's what I was talking about before when someone asked about setting up a trigger). I never got an alert that it dropped - but I knew the bids were dropping when I looked and picked another 100k up at .0046 - just as well.
Totally agree hereigo.
Do I dare break the silence? Shhh. BIEL is planning their next marketing attack. Corporate statement: "The Company has established 'distribution agreements with distributors' in Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Columbia, Mexico and Italy. It sells its products to wholesale distributors and directly to hospitals and clinics." Now all we need is for these "distributors" to actually DISTRIBUTE SOMETHING!!!!! The listed countries above are not waiting for FDA - so besides the usual mundane excuses, what is keeping these "distributors" from doing what they are named after- else should we call these distributors Inventory Holders? I mean, what if the distributor in Malaysia needs a new wheel for his cart in the marketplace? (Maybe AW could help get him a new one). And whose job is it to get these products the stores around the world? Please don't tell me Greenwood. (Oh, if it is Greenwood's job and I am pissing him (them) off, then my point was understood).
Thank you for your opinion Guitarzman. (Just so I am clear with everyone here, I have never said Guitarzman shouldn't post). Happy Trading!
Very smooth Guitarzman; you're on the outside looking in - just dropping a casual bomb as you walk by the BIEL board as the pps drops..... I am not upset with your comments because for the most part i think your critique of BIEL management seems quite accurate to now - especially regarding getting product out there; and anyone they hire - like Greenwood - seem completely helpless. I am certain many people that are not emotionally connected to the products are making money here on the more interesting PRs, then perhaps selling at the peak, then shorting on the way down. I am still in the hole on this one, I have never shorted this stock, but I have sold a few shares at peaks occasionally and I usually buy at the ask or just below the ask. So I guess you have made your mind up and won't be returning here? PS: this stock may be down right now, but it's not out. IMO
Nice post; excellent points!
LoL. Well I know I'm not the prognosticator or whatever but I can tell you Exactly when the stock price will go up again. Here goes.....The stock price will go up when the volume of buys exceeds the volume of sells and the MMs do not interfere. I know thats probably not what you wanted to hear. lol
I know that dilution isn't supposed to be funny but when you spell it that way and for three times in a row - I just couldn't help but laugh. Sorry.....I also think that because the volume dropped so quickly between yesterday and today, some people got spooked and when volume is low we are pretty much at the mercy of the MMs as well....and I noticed that at times like these, the MMs love to drop the spread on their 5000 share bids much further from the ask - and is their way of helping us I guess. Right... IMO
ddls, I read your story and it's pretty amazing; I mean the $110k and going from .011 to .12. I will not judge your decision to "hang in there" especially after you got to .12, because I have been buying and selling BIEL since about .09 - .10. I only wonder why you didn't sell about 12% of your million shares at .12 to cover your initial investment of almost 12k? I mean you would still have had 88% left for BIEL to 'shoot to da moon,' and maybe you wouldn't have such animosity toward BIEL. Many of us have heard you several times here and on other boards (under other aliases), and we believe that it's good to warn people or even vent your frustrations, but vengeance against the company and other investors for believing in a product with zero side affects is not helping anybody; (of course providing your story is even true). Maybe it's time for you to leave stocks for awhile. I had planned to leave stocks, but I choose now to wait this one out! I hope you are able to resolve this issue soon. GLTY
I picked up another 90k at .0067 just a little while ago. I guess I'm still adding. Lets go Greenwood, give us a reason to go to pennies!
Amazing speakhim, but for some reason, the truth hurts. Be careful. I'm not surprised you were "censored." It is a lot easier to sell all kinds of drugs, if it's already included in everyone's health care plan. I think Obama, like many others, are hoping this is good thing for people, without realizing on particular fronts, it's like making a deal with the devil. I just wish since they are determined to make those deals and so many people are going along with them, that they should include healthier alternative choices like BIEL. IMO
Yes you did! (But it may be hard to sell that to some of the other longs). You got any more picks?
Great idea add2it! If they can't get shelf space go to Canada Walmart online. (They will have to block any U.S. sales though for now - they can ship anywhere else except the U.S.!)
I agree; you said it all - and then some....
Isn't FDA decision close for Actipatch now?
Great! It looks like volume is on track to closely match or even pass yesterday's volume - currently over 9 million shares traded. Is there a shareholder update due tomorrow?
LOL, I only tried all those accounts because of ST, but they ended up being the best. I also tried Charles Schwab way back when U.S. Surgical was breaking $100 a share, and those trades were like $29.00 automated over the phone, which used to be the latest and greatest- remember?
You are right kidnova; I get a 66.9% decrease. 124,159 - 375,436 = -251,277/375,436= -0.669 x 100% = (-66.9%)
1). Get a Scottrade Account 2). Get an iPhone 3). Set up email alerts in your ST account to go directly to your iPhone to vibrate as soon as news, a pop, or a drop occurs - you set the percentage, etc. and you will get an alert in your email, which you can easily check right on your phone, you get instantly informed without having to log onto your ST account. Talk to your broker directly to set up a trigger sell for BIEL; but be careful because triggers can be falsely triggered and make you sell on a sudden drop then loose out on the sudden spike that may follow right after that drop. IMO
Jimzin, what country are you located in? (Of course you don't have to answer that). Your post says 10:57 PM and the post right after it is 8:49 PM; and I posted way after you and it's not even 10:00 PM here yet......
Your welcome Jimzin. I currently have (4) accounts: ST, TK, TDA, & Zecco; I have had trouble at some point trading BIEL with all of them in the past until Scottrade pulled ahead of them all and I mainly only use ST now. Zecco is great, but it did not support normal trading for BIEL. There is a connection with ST and NITE, the Market Maker (MM). If you day trade, watch for wash sales and use Trade Log software along with a good CPA to keep track of over thousands of trades including the wash sales. You can open an ST account I think for $500 but a margin account is $2000 minimum maintained. You can trade virtually any stock, but they may still have a restriction list. You can make direct deposits from your checking account called ACH deposits, but they take (3) business days to clear for any stock under $4 per share, but any stock over $4.00 may be traded instantly. (There is also pre-market trading & after hours trading available, but ST does not allow that for BIEL unless maybe directly through a broker for $29 fee? Maybe someone else has done this?
Scottrade is $7 for smaller trades and $9 to $10 for much larger trades - Buy or Sell. (The brokers having problems trading certain penny stocks haven't made their peace with the DTC nor entered the 21st century yet). IMO
That would be funny; several commercials per hour. It would stir curiosity like the short Max Headroom commercials did while at the same time drive people nuts - of course that was before they gave him his own series. Lol
Ok, let's just say for one moment they 'are' understaffed and undertrained; why wouldn't the FDA put a seasoned case person on the job to solve the tougher decisions of products, especially an electronic 'taboo' device and not a drug; esp. A De Novo device that is going to break new ground. I mean, I gotta give the FDA some credit, just like the Patent office that someone assigns these cases to the people that are better equipped to handle them????
Where's the really rich Canadian Investor's? We know you're out there! Ok, the rest of you - use your baby bonuses then! :)
Well I suppose you can use the 'understaffed' excuse, but I tend to believe in the big dog little dog situation; BIEL being the little dog rIght now - but some day this 'Great Dane' puppy will grow up and could very well win some races. Do you honestly think that if J&J or more likely P&G submitted these applications, that we'd be waiting this long? I sincerely doubt it. GLTY
I stopped blaming FDA directly for the delay, but I didn't stop calling them out for what I believe who some of the top FDA dogs really listen to. I would like to see a 20/20 or a 60 minute expose' on BIEL, the FDA, and big pharma should AW dare......but then the 6:30 World News kinda reveals who owns the media. IMO
Let's Goooooooo!
Where is everybody? Wake Uuuuuuuhhpppp! (News obviously hasn't spread yet). BIEL needs some bigger investors now....someone who will pick up 15 to 25 mil shares at a time! John Q. Just doesn't have enough to load up.
Almost 100% agree. (The drug cartel can be quite intimidating). Canada is apparently not under the same principality as the U.S.
OH CANADA! Recovery Rx = OTC !!! \;^)
Agreed, I really like your vision for Bioelectronics Corporation!
