I agree, this needs to be cleared up ASAP. If the shares were sold where is the money? If they were sold Somebody is going to get caught with their pants down around their ankles. However I think this is a simple accounting error and will be explained shortly.

Maybe they were issued but not sold. Maybe it's just a reporting error on the part of the TA. Hopefully we know soon.

Income from the sale of shares must be reported as such. You can not report it as income from operations.

If you are bid sitting then the MMs are using you to walk the price down.

If you look at the trades today, you will see numerous small trades from 5000 to 20,000 shares. Then you see the 50,000 to 300,000 plus trades. I think the smaller trades are being used to manipulated the PPs down, wether it be MMs or people shorting it. Then you see the investors panic and start selling these are the larger blocks of shares. If you bought in in the high .03s to .05s and have over 500,000 shares it is much harder to watch the price go down. I feel for you.

Maybe Sykes has a big enough ego that he shorted this all day to teach us a lesson!

I don't think today's action was all due to MMs manipulating. I think we've been shorted since the day before the financials came out. If everybody holds tight and we get news of being DTC eligible. We might see the mother of all short squeezes in the next few days.
