Pre-news and Pre-holiday shake now it's time to bake!

I had never heard of Yippy before I found it on this board. I love their concept, what a great site for kids (and parents) and educators - this is not your normal niche market - it's huge and from a parental standpoint I love it. If they keep doing things right, this company will get bought someday for a lot more than their current market cap. I'm putting away at least half my shares for the long-term and will trade the rest.

Being a holiday weekend not many people paying attention, should see some volume late like we have the past few days in anticipation of news next week.

We got up to around 108 near my house, I heard Galveston was like 113!

Yes I have a friend who just moved to Vegas from the Fort Collins area and I have some clients in that area also, definitely y'all are in my prayers.

Houston sucks do not move here, I've been here since 1989 and I loathe it! Watch the new episodes of Dallas on TNT, buy some oil and gas leases with your YIPI profits and take down JR Ewing! ;)

Rudy, we all thought ATRN was going to be life-changing, and it was but not how we expected it to be. And that's OK, because I've been below the bottom when things looked hopeless, and somehow it always worked out in the end. And as much as I enjoy making money, no amount of it can take the place of your health and your family. It's a hard lesson to learn but once you do you become a better person and your life does indeed change, because you come to understand what is really important. Trust me, I speak from a lot of experience, and if you ever need to talk I'll be happy to tell you my life story so you can see that you will get thru this.

No buy or sell pressure but the good news is the MM's seem to be leaning towards the upside and aren't shaking the tree. This is good for the chart, now we just need a catalyst to create the buy pressure.

MM's will continue to try and shake out weak hands by lowering the ask after a buy, putting up false blocks on the offer, etc. - remember, they work together to manipulate so unless you're daytrading this stock it means nothing to the long-term price which is what I'm in for.

The P&D destroyed the chart, that's why it's often hard to trade pinks on technicals. We need the stock to consolidate and the flippers to get out, then we're back to basics.

It looks like the CEO realizes it's the right time to kickstart this stock for a move to the OTCBB and then the COMP. Longs just need to understand the ride will be extremely volatile because of the tight float which allows the MM's to manipulate on days where buy pressure is very low. It happens to every stock like this, so if you're not a trader don't watch the share price all day. You know what you hold.

It's a non-issue. The float is so damn tight it was bound to take off with some buying pressure, and vice versa. That float will work to our advantage more and more as the story gets out.

Let the flippers get out, it will be good for the stock in the long run. This company is moving in the right direction, they clearly have a gameplan to dominate their niche and are executing that gameplan which will ultimately increase shareholder value. I'm just going to keep buying on the dips.

Classic short covering today, not surprised after the CEO's comments last week. Something is coming to make this legitimately run (instead of the P&D) and the shorts are well aware of it.

I added another 25K today

I will average down if it drops, I'd like to have at least 25K shares averaged around these levels. This is a long term hold for me unless something crazy happens.

I bought 10,000 shares yesterday for several reasons, this being one of them. There seems to be a great degree of confidence by the CEO and executive management. It's a real company with real customers and should be off the Pinks in the near future.

As others who have been to this building can attest to the security guard at this building doesn't check ID's. Anyone can walk right in you don't even need to sign the Visitor Log. I was surprised myself it was that easy because every other meeting I've had this week in the city I've had to show my license.

Anyway, I tried to get there on Tuesday but couldn't make it and yesterday I was on Long Island most of the day. So I took the bus this morning from my hotel in NJ, the bus station (NY Port Authority) is not far from their office (less than 1/2 mile).

Apparently they were expecting me because when I came off the elevator on the 10th floor at approximately 9:35 AM EST, there was a screen door closed that prohibited any visitors from entering the reception area. These are the types of doors you see when a store at the mall is getting ready to open or close, it's not solid, you can see and hear through it.

Jeff the receptionist guy was not at the desk (I don't think he was there), and after a few minutes a woman who I'm 99.9% certain was Amy Johnson walked by in a hurry. I said "Are you open" and she said "yes we're open but I'm on a call" and disappeared. I could hear 1 other male voice in the back office somewhere. When Amy came by again a few minutes later, she said "we're going into a conference call and it'll be at least an hour", and she proceeded into a room just to the right of the reception area and closed the door. I waited around for a few more minutes but no one else came by and I heard no other voices, whoever was there was in that conference room. I was dressed in a suit and tie (and I looked damn good by the way), but she never asked who I was or why I was there which I found a bit strange, but she was in what I would call a "semi-frantic" state to get onto that conference call. MUST HAVE BEEN IMPORTANT (GIORDANO ON THE PHONE?)!

Also, when my associate was there a few weeks ago there were books and other things on and behind the reception desk (like normal). I didn't notice anything except the guest book and a small file cabinet so I peeked behind the desk thru the left side of the screen door and there was a box that was packed with 3 books on top of it, so it looks like a move out of that location is imminent.

So what does this all mean? In my opinion (and this is speculation only!), they are very close to finalizing whatever is happening. If a merger, they're packing up and getting ready to move to the new company. If restructuring, they'll be moving to a new office with a new business model most likely based on Spyder or some other application of the Kazaa technology. Remember Amy posted that video about the $25,000 office makeover 2-3 months ago, maybe they've had a gameplan for a restructure back then and when Fong's part was done he left and now they're bringing in Giordano to implement/finalize it? If there was nothing of value left, why bring in heavy hitters like Campbell and Giordano, it makes no sense to spend the kind of money they command if there's nothing to salvage.

I agree, but that fn "winding down" is screwing with my head. This company is evil but I hope they have a plan that benefits shareholders.
