From what i've read,Vista International Inc is just a group of investors.They are the ones funding Vista International Technologies Inc.(VVIT)

They appear to be willing to risk 40M USD on this venture.They funded with the 46M shares,and the 5M share buy so far.

Not saying it isn't a good buyback, but imo it may be early.Although if they are paying .10 and you are getiing it at .05 ,that isn't bad.But also imo you must be willing to wait,and accept the fact that the investors will fund at any pps in the future,the funders are dedicated already and do not care about pps at this time.

The "E" at the end of VVIT,means they are not current with the SEC filings.They didn't file their 10K on time, and if they dont file within the extended time they will face being put on the pink sheets which will hurt the pps further,imo.

Usually,on Sheffs board, we try to highlight buying of insiders that are buying with their own money on the open market.Sometimes the funders are buying and are friendly to the company(like in this case)and we mention them as well.

I'm looking for value with insider buying also,

Thanks for sharing - nice update.

Well, you traded one outstanding stock for another outstanding stock. One negative is that all the eggs are in one basket (diamond lined basket, though LOL).

However....by starting at a lower base with MANY more shares......if both stocks hit the same number....let's say a dollar for example......you have a much bigger piece of the pie. So you are comparing $50,000 with $420,000.

If indeed both stocks are equally great, with equal potential (and who knows), then you have improved your position 8 times.

It is amazing that you posted that at this time, because tonight I was thinking along the same lines.....how much more expensive adding SRSR was, compared to adding BLDV.

I think it is only that we are all catching BLDV at a less mature time (relative to stock price) compared to SRSR.

I really like them both. I will keep both, so that I don't jinx you LOL.

Two thousand, two hundred and thirty three dollars. That is how green I am on this stock. So forgive me if I don't have the same perspective that you do.

I will not sell this stock for a long time....chronological or dollar value time, that is.

Except for SRSR, this is the most green I have ever been on any stock. Why don't you just be patient and wait? I see awesome things happening.

Of course, if it turns out that you are a reimbursed individual with a special agenda, then I will feel foolish for having written this to you.
