And neither should an unfounded personal attack. You are way off base this time, Jagman.
I think #4.
Exactly, Mur.
Here's the rub, Kels:
"It has always been stated by Hemi and is a Hemi Management policy that the door is open to all Hemi shareholders."
I suspect that this would preclude an audience with the author of the "definitive report." Pity.
REAZO, you have said it just the way it is. I no longer post anything of substance on this board for that very reason. Whenever I have new information to share or need something answered, I use other channels for the very reasons you cited.
While it's most likely true that more people know the Coca-Cola formula than do those who know the numbers for Hemi about which you asked, I can assure that more know Hemi's numbers that those who know the secret formula for Mr. Krabs' Krabby Patties. My oldest grandson continually asks me for the Krabby Pattie formula, but never bothers me for Hemi's numbers.
Everyone has their priorities.
Yah, that was really a stunning tidbit - LOL.
Let me eliminate one other speculation that our "good friend" might harbor - I am not Keith. As to how he drew the conclusion that I was the one with you, I can only guess that he did not do a "definitive" reading of the posts of the last few days.
Not quite correct. Music is also a product of stars, galaxies and sub-atomic particles. More than likely not consciously so, but nevertheless "so."
Not me. I was not with Kels. That was another shareholder who spent the time with Kels and Keith on Friday. As much as I value and appreciate what Kels has done and the information he has provided me, I have long-since had a "definitive" third-party reporting made available to me. That is what turned me a year ago from a Hemi detractor to a Hemi supporter.
Badge, another Frankie Laine classic which has also been done by a bevy of other artists. Ironically, one of my favorite versions of TLOS is by (believe it or not) Jerry Lee Lewis:

Although I feature Doo Wop, American 50's/early 60's Rock and Roll and a smattering of rockabilly on my internet radio station, my real love is that of 20's/30's music. I have a growing collection of over 3000 songs from that era. (IMO, today's music is pure crap.)
Kels, if he cannot fathom what your paragraph five is telling him, then he is as dense as a proverbial London fog. However, I don't believe that for a split second. Therefore, what you have stated must run counter to what is part and parcel of the agenda which has brought him to this board.
There is nothing more which you need to say to him than what you already have.
About as shocked as if you were to tell me that the first recording of "That's My Desire" was not that of Frankie Laine in 1946, but rather that of Russell Wooding and His Grand Central Redcaps in 1931. Or as shocked as I would be if you were to tell me that the last time the Cleveland Indians won a World Series was in 1948. Or as shocked as I would be if you told me that, apart from our Sun, the nearest known star to Earth is Alpha Centauri C . . .
I trust read can read between the lines.
Now why would you need to ask that? Since your impending report is "definitive," you must, perforce, already have those numbers. (That will be the only part of your report which I will have any interest in as I want to see if, indeed, you have the correct count of each.)
Ooops, Saturday night is nearly here. Time to leave the fine company of this board and step out in to the real world.
And, why pray tell, as a non-shareholder would you care to hear that number?
Whatever you wish to believe is fine with me. Fortunately, that is totally irrelevant to my existence.
Kels, that was absolutely perfect. I haven't laughed so much since the late 70's when I saw my first episode of "Fawlty Towers" wherein Basil beats his car with a tree branch. You made my day!
You don't really expect me to tell you a thing which transpired at the meeting, do you?
This board used to be one wherein the contents of such meetings were freely posted. Those days are gone. (Gee, I wonder why?) Fortunately, email and telephones now serve the purpose.
If Kels decides to post, that's his decision.
Yah, right.
Yah, right.
We already had it. Didn't you get the invitation?
I'm showing an ask at 0.01.
The first one goes back to last March, while the last one was just two weeks ago. The latest one was in response to a question which I sent following a high volume day (@1.9M).
I have two email from Anderson, separated by ten months in time, in which he states point blank that he has no knowledge of where the AH trades might be coming from or who might be involved. In one of the two, he further states that Hemi is not involved either directly or indirectly.
Of course, this will not be good enough for the you-know-who's, but I truly don't give a rat's you-know-what.
And, mm, probably disappointed a few. LOL
As always, Mur, thank you for your efforts.
I'll unhesitatingly repeat that I have indeed seen a reserves report. I'll also state quite clearly that I am under no obligation to reveal the contents to anyone else nor to advise anyone as to how to see a copy for themselves. Furthermore, I don't care one iota whether certain individuals believe me or not, nor do I care one iota whether they view this as manipulation. I am quite free to say that having seen what I have makes me not only comfortable in holding my HMGP shares, but also makes me almost enjoy reading the many negative posts which bombard this board on a daily basis.
Exactly.
While this will disappoint you and you are, of course, free to disbelieve it, but I, and at least one other poster on this board, have seen a reserves report. It is one of the reasons I continue to be invested in HMGP and have actually come to enjoy reading the attack posts. Will I share the report with the attackers? Not a snowball's chance in Hades.
moneym, with a rare exception or two, I'm doing the same thing. In particular, a handful have all but destroyed the Hemi board. Sad.
No use preaching here to the choir. I suggest you download a complaint form from the Attorney General of North Carolina website, fill it out and fax or mail to the AG's office.
Fidelity rarely has the correct bid/ask.
As far as I know, jc, you are correct. HG is all by his lonesome; not a single other person employed by this "company."
In all probability, that S.A.B. actually thought that he'd be able to sell some shares at 10.00 after the split. If anyone ever had any questions about just what a slimeball is HG, they certainly can no longer have a doubt.
I have long since held those beliefs.
Funny thing is, jc, that as twisted as Mast was, he gave a lot us the chance to make big bucks on HYRF. Some of us took advantage of it and some of us didn't. I think Mast genuinely believed that HydroFlo was going to become a multi-million dollar operation. I suspect that one of the reasons he believed this was that Honest George was feeding him phony sales reports.
When Hill took over, he quickly found out that Honest George had been cooking the books and, if you remember, immediately canned his azz. Unfortunately, when Hill quit, Mast brought HG back and since then HG had done nothing but sell paper.
All that's left of the "company" is an answering machine (I wouldn't be surprised if it is located in HG's bedroom). In case anyone wants to leave him a New Year's greeting, the number is 919-415-1716 x1204. BTW, it's worth the doing if for no other reason hear how the voice in the recorded message pronounces "Solarbrook."
BAU, see my post #42965.
Badge, thank you and best wishes for 2009 and beyond. (Hate to admit this, but I missed your postings during your hiatus.)
