Can anyone explain to me why the stock is so sucky lately with such good revenue and prospects?

Seriously, I am just trying to understand.

Right now, it appears that Lanza is selling his family's shares 'cause he's sure as heck not authorized to issue new BDGR shares. But I remember that we found out his wife and kids had shares.

So, once he burns through those, the price should take off. Good time to load up while the dumping is happening if you believe in the new management, which, in my personal opinion, has our best interests in mind.

We are well aware of things like that but want to encourage the oil community to work with our company at this point. Soon we will need to address production and vendor issues.

So far, it has been a wrestling match just to get control which is why we were all so grumpy.

Advanced Battery Technologies Announces Financial Results

Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: GBT) today announced financial results for the Company's third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2007. Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. develops, manufactures, and distributes rechargeable polymer lithium-ion (PLI) battery cells.

Revenues for the third quarter increased 112% to $8.6 million, as compared with $4.1 million for the third quarter 2006. Net income for the third quarter increased 260% to $3.6 million or $0.07 per fully diluted share, as compared with $1.0 million, or $0.02 per fully diluted share, for the same period in 2006.

Revenues for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007 increased 137% to $21.6 million, as compared with $9.1 million for the same period in 2006. Net income for the first nine months of 2007 increased by 344% to $8.2 million, or $0.16 per fully diluted share, as compared with $1.8 million, or $0.04 per fully diluted share, for the same period in 2006.

Looks like someone is starting to slurp up Dragon stock.

There has been a constant trend of buy ins in the last week or so. And the dumping has been small lost which looks to me like Lanza is not able to sell. And the selling has been done by small guys who couldn't handle the heat.

I never understood that: We are talking a few thousand dollars at most here and people lose their nerve. If that's all you have to put on the table and you can't afford to lose it, you shouldn't be in the stock market.

There is actually a guy on the Raging Bull forums who says he met Lanza with 3 other share holders. And Lanza was very upfront about his illicit past. He is still diligently waiting for an audit (excuse me while I break out into cackling laughter).
