Some don't seem to realise that we just gained thousands of loyal dealers that are fed buy our new distributors....
Aero doesn't have the time right now to sort out the old dealers from their list, but rest assured their will be more than 10k new dealers on it !

Seems to me that the insiders have been buying to a tune of around 30+m shares / 1.5m share conversions at a clip.
Maybee the company didn't know that we knew this already and went dark to hide it....lol

The product certainly speaks for itself, and as far as the share structure, we'll get some revamping as soon as Aero turns some profits. Break even could be as soon as the next 10Q.

It was beautiful to get 35% of a real company with a super patent, and to acually close the deal....lol
So if Aero had 5m in revs, we would of got 5% of Aero and would have had to R/S before the merger because 5b shares wouldn't have been enough. lol
Now comes the growth and the money ! sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet !

Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today announced that the company expects to file the Current Report on Form 8-K that includes details of its acquisition of Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, before the end of business today.
Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust, commented, "We apologize for the protracted delay in filing the Form 8-K. We have received assurances that the necessary information will be included in the document and all the appropriate reviews will have been completed, so the Form 8-K can be filed by 5:30 Eastern time today.
"We are anxious to file the Form 8-K, so we can move forward with the business of Aero and articulate its strategy as a public company. There is a great deal to discuss regarding the current operations of the company and its future expectations. It is in the best interests of Aero and our shareholders that we have the Form 8-K filed as soon as possible, so we can begin these discussions.
"Again, we regret the delay and look forward to the Form 8-K filing later today," he added.
The definitive agreement regarding the acquisition of Aero Exhaust by Franchise Capital was executed in January 2007, and at that time, Franchise Capital announced that it expected to exchange up to 95% of its total issued and outstanding capital stock in exchange for all of Aero Exhaust's issued and outstanding shares. Franchise Capital provided approximately $1.9 million in financing in the form of a commercial loan to Aero as part of the transaction. The value of the loan and any accrued interest were converted into Aero Exhaust common stock as part of the share exchange, which increased the percentage of the public company's issued and outstanding common stock retained by Franchise Capital shareholders. The final number of shares exchanged, including the additional percentage retained by Franchise Capital shareholders, will be included in the 8-K filing.
The 8-K will also include the audited financials of Aero Exhaust and additional detailed information on the company.

If Aero was at .03 when people thought they had 5m in revs and there would be 3-5b shares outstanding, where should the share price be when we're break even with only a 1.7b O/S

Hunsaker took a huge risk sponsoring Nascar for $40m and it probably came with a guarantee from MMM racing that if sales didn't pick up the contract would be voided.
It was a good try and sponsorship alone wasn't the answer. Aero needed the distribution chains in place, these distributors form a chain around the country that is very difficult to break through.
Now Aero is poised for the real growth that should have coincided with a full blown Nascar sponsorship.

My brother picked up 250k at the eod.....after he got filled, the bid ask went down.
Aero has to be able to supply huge amounts of mufflers, and Aero is working on having the capital to supply large distributors today.
IMO the auto industry is in a frantic R&D mode to meet the new standards. Mufflers may or may not be what they believe to be the answer, but for the millions of cars on the road today the answer is very clear to me, change your muffler and gain fuel economy along with increased power.
The trucking industry is another story and we will see fleet applications in the future.

The main reason Aero has not grown was always due to cash flow.
Do you realise that break even fins are upon us and Aero products are still on backorder.

Air Flow Technology
Aero’s air flow technology is incorporated into its Turbine product line--a patented, high-performance, flow-increasing exhaust unit which replaces a vehicle’s factory installed muffler. The Turbine uses the same basic design and technique as a jet engine: when the incoming exhaust air stream enters the exhaust unit it is rapidly expanded and split via an airfoil cone with an orifice similar to that of a jet engine. The outer airflow velocity is accelerated due to the increased distance the outer air must travel. The higher density inner air stream forms a low pressure vacuum in the outer expansion chamber which produces a vortex that pulls the air off the piston head and out of the exhaust manifold. The outer air stream accelerates as it recombines with the inner air stream suppressing the exhaust sound and increasing the flow of air. The result is a reduction in engine backpressure and exhaust gas temperatures which allows the engine to breathe easier.
Because Aero’s system creates an air turbine effect inside the exhaust pipe, the motor frequency sounds turbo charged, even if it is not. The sound is louder at idle, but as the revolutions per minute (RPM) increase, the sound starts to dampen. Unlike most mufflers on the market, the Turbine operates most efficiently when the RPMs, and the resulting airflow, are increased. Aero’s technology assists in the movement of exhaust, rather than restricting it. This capability to run high airflow without power robbing restriction and backpressure, contributes to low- and high-end torque and horsepower gains and increases in fuel-efficiency and overall performance.
Most vehicles have extreme restrictions on exhaust airflow, which increases exhaust temperatures and decreases engine longevity. The Aero Performance Exhaust breakthrough, based on thermodynamics and jet engine technology, dramatically reduces the exhaust backpressure, leading to:
